Not given proper picture for all mudras

Mudras given are good, however enough information for each mudra not given and hence given 3 stars, also pictures given for each mudra are not that clear

chakra info and mudras

I enjoy finding new books on chakras. This one was very good since it also covered mudras for each of the seven main chakras. The author is also offering a seven day chakra course to readers of the book.

Not enough information

Not enough information and a waste of money. I could have found better results on google. It just promoted others books to buy for more information

Was hoping for more

Just wish it told more. There isn't much information. If they had expounded on each chakra or more about the effect of the chakra maybe

The only thing saving this book from a single star rating is the fact it's very clearly laid out and has an excellent number of photos displaying the mudras. Aside from that, you're better off doing a search on Google. There is very basic information on the chakras, which was also good. The amount of information provided on each of the mudras was also very basic, which was not.

The fact the author has a dozen other books published on Amazon's self-pub platform, and offers to send you a free book in exchange for a positive review of this one, are both major red flags. He also pushes a 7-day email "course" at the end of every single chakra section, which amounts to every 3-4 pages. All his additional books are also presented on single-page adverts. All of this adds up to a grossly inflated page count.

Stick with Google.
