Practical, methodical, useful, as all Steve Andreas books. Very helpful for dealing with internal dialogue and it's repercussions.

This is great stuff!

I have taught many people in my social anxiety elimination seminars and use the material in this book quite infrequently.

I highly recommend anything from Steve Andreas.
