omg. omg. omg. this debut novel is amazing! it was well written and flowed great. there wasn't one time where I felt bored or lost in the story.

I went in *mostly* blind and was shocked with how the story went. the beginning of the book sucked me in and it was hard to put down. I just had to know what happened next.

This book had me HOOKED from the first page. TD Lane had me feeling all the feels from anger, to depression, to the crippling anxiety keeping me on the edge of my seat with anticipation of what was going to happen next. I cannot give this book enough praise. It hit home in a way I never saw coming, as I too was once Brynne, trying to love an addict.

If I could give this book 100 stars, I would. I devoured this book in less than 12 hours. Fantastic job, TD Lane!

This book was so good! I absolutely loved the flow, the plot, the twists, and the fact that I felt like I was apart of this and living it right along as I read! I loved the character development, there was true relationship banter, real life situations as parents and more! Thank you TD Lane for allowing me to read and connect wholeheartedly to your debut book! I'm truly honored and can't wait to see what else you have coming!

Honestly I have never connected to a book the way I connected to this one. I was once trying to love an addict and change him. I was on my toes. I felt every emotion while reading this book. Did have to break it up into two reading session only 282 pages and wanted to savor it. I will definitely recommend this book to anyone who reads these type of books!

I ate this book up!! For a debut novel, I’m truly speechless at how well written this book was. I went in blind thinking this was mostly a romance but it was SO much more. I loved the mystery aspect and I couldn’t stop reading until I knew the conclusion. Huge thank you to TD Lane for allowing me to read this as an arc!
