HERO Force Book 8

Novella length this may be but action packed and ending with a bang in more ways than one ;) It was interesting seeing Trevor and Oliva together after being apart and watching Trevor spring into action to save the woman he loves. The fact that he pulls in a retired rather broken SEAL to assist when Oliva goes missing then comes up with an idea to extend the HERO Force in a way that will allow him more time with Olivia while providing a focus and job for other SEALs that are in desperate need of doing good again is frosting on the cake. I am EAGER to start reading The Shattered SEALs Series as soon as it is available and wonder if Mac will find his wife and children before the series ends!

Forever with the SEAL is Book #7.5 in the H.E.R.O. Force series by Amy Gamet- and is part of the Hero Force and Shattered SEALs: Boxset. They are all engrossing romantic suspense stories with a bit of a military romance element and everything from action, adventure, tension, danger, mystery, chemistry, sizzle, drama, drug cartels, emotion, friendships, camaraderie, violence, murder, angst, embezzlement, corruption, forgiveness, hope, love, passion, family, amnesia, runaway bride, terrorists, investigation, undercover MCs, high stakes, agendas, betrayal, pain, sinister forces- to dynamic characters.

Trevor and Olivia have been apart for about a month while Olivia films in France. Now she has a stalker and is terrified, even though she has a bodyguard. Trevor is berating himself for not being there sooner and gets a scare when Olivia not only isn't in her trailer, but it looks like there had been a struggle in there. Panicked he asks the bodyguard where she is and is told on set, she wasn't there when he passed through a minute ago, and the bodyguard said he went to lunch. Then the bodyguard expands on his answer to tell him village set. There he finds Olivia and something else, which turns out to be lifesaving with his actions.

Olivia really wants to quit; she misses Trevor and hates being afraid. While she's happy Trevor is now with her, she also has doubts creeping into her thoughts. Trevor is quick to dispel them as she packs up to leave the trailer.

Staying in a hotel an hour from the studio accommodations is perfect as far as Olivia is concerned. The further away the better. She also comes up with a viable hint from the most recent letters. They are scenes within the script.

Trevor starts his day with checking out her co-star Weir and the Lockheed the director, then he pays his former commander Mac O'Brady a visit. Trevor thinks the perfect person to handle HERO force management so he can spend more time with Olivia is Mac. He has issues but he's the right person to take over. That is if Trevor can convince him.

There's a lot that happens in a very short period of time. With a bit of action, lots of romance and sizzle and the perfect intro to a new series.

Finally! Trevor and Olivia become husband and wife

If you haven't read HERO Force yet you really don't need to to read Forever with the SEAL but I would suggest you read the first book in the series Stranded with the SEAL, that is Travis and Olivia's book and how they met.
Forever with the SEAL follows the ending of Kidnapped by the SEAL after Travis learns that Olivia's been receiving stalker letters while filming in France. When he learns that those letters have been escalating with threats of violence he hops the first plane to France to be with the woman he loves!

Ms. Gamet does an excellent job of setting up the new series and we get introduced to Mac, Travis Hawkins former CO and ex Navy SEAL. I can't wait to learn more about Mac and his family along with the other former Navy SEALs who make up the New HERO Force team in New York. I have said this about every HERO Force book in the series and even though Forever with the SEAL is a quick read it's high on passion, suspense and danger. I love this series!

There is nothing more fun that revisiting characters we have met to see where their happy ending goes! We met Trevor and Olivia in book 1 of this series, and now they are ready for the next step. But are they? When Trevor visits Olivia on site, there is danger lurking. Can he keep her safe? Gamet writes this series with such romance and suspense, I can not get enough of it. Each episode is filled with twists and turns and this one is completely unpredictable, and also lets us bring in Mac to help. What a great character he is. Loved this look into Trevor and Olivia's future, it's a great addition to the series.

Janelle Tedesco finishes out the 8th story of this series with her amazing narration. I have thoroughly enjoyed each of the books, her narration consistent with characters and her voice very pleasing to the ear. I love her pacing and her ability to have distinct voices for each character. I have loved her performances.

‘Forever with the SEAL’ is setting the stage for the next chapter [pun intended] of the HERO Force saga. In this book, Olivia Grayson, is faced with a stalker while on the set of her current film. Trevor “Hawk” Hawkins, who has been away on a training assignment, arrives overseas to provide the kind a help only a SEAL can.
Even though the story is short, it packs a lot of action and suspense. Hawk finds himself second guessing his job now that he is ready to marry the love of his life. How can he continue to take jobs away from the woman he loves? The perfect solution presents itself in the form of a former colleague who is suffering from his own nightmare. Enter the new series of HERO Force men, misfits who are struggling to make their way.
I enjoyed the book. The Actress/stalker plot is both believable and scary. And there are a few twists that the reader will appreciate.

After the last blockbuster HERO force adventure, I have to say that I found this one to be just okay. Hawk has his hands full with missions that take him away from the woman he loves at a time when she's being stalked by a creep and she needs him the most. Sounds like a good storyline and I think the author would have done it justice but the story didn't last long enough to add enough mystery and intrigue that would have made it a 4 star read. This book introduces new characters to carry on the business now that the original members are family men. Based on past books I'm willing to give this author another chance to blow my socks of with a full length romantic suspense adventure that includes lots of twists and turns. I can only give this novella 3.75 stars. I read a complimentary copy of this book and all opinions expressed in my unsolicited and voluntary review are completely my own.

Following on from Stranded with the SEAL, when Olivia gets threatening letters, Hawk realises that his first responsibility is to her and not his team. Olivia knows all about terror, but the threats she is receiving go beyond anything she has previously experienced. Hawk arrives in Paris on location only to recognise a threat when he sees one. However, even though Hawk neutralises the threat, Olivia is still in danger. Hawk draws on the one available resource that he has, namely his old CO who is also living in Paris. Ultimately, it takes both Hawk and Mac to bring Olivia's stalker to justice, and the reader is also introduced to Mac, who becomes a focal point in an upcoming series. The story is fairly short, but it is suspenseful and keeps the reader's interest. I received a copy of this book as a gift and this is my honest and voluntary review.

Trevor Hawkins is kicking himself for not being there for his girlfriend Olivia Grayson. She has been receiving threatening letters and frightened of their meaning. Trevor travels to France where Olivia is currently working on a film. Olivia is a complete wreck and crumbling more each day. She wants to be strong but all she feels is weak. Whose responsible for the threatening letters? Can Trevor protect Olivia from harm? Is Olivia really weak? Your answers await you in Forever with the SEAL.

This series continues to get better with each new book. The characters and story are real, bold, complicated, intriguing, mysterious, complex, honest, and flawed. I look forward to the next book in the series.

FOREVER WITH THE SEAL is a continuation of Trevor “Hawk” Hawkins and Olivia Grayson’s story from “Stranded with the SEAL.” You can enjoy this as a standalone novella, but you’ll have a deeper understanding of this couple’s dynamic if you’ve at least read “Stranded with the SEAL” first. Even though it’s a shorter story, it’s filled with enough emotion, excitement, and a couple of “didn’t see that one coming” twists to keep you thoroughly entertained. It also serves as an intriguing segue into Ms. Gamet’s spin-off Shattered SEALs series with an interesting introduction to Mac O’Brady, one of the key players to come. Although I’m excited to begin this new series, I hope we haven’t seen the end of our HERO Force characters as I’ve enjoyed reading this very compelling and captivating series.

Action packed adventure in this short novella. Olivia was being stalked and threatened, Trevor was doing what he could to keep her safe. There was attempted murder, suspects, kidnapping, death surrounding this couple. Twists and turns around every corner. Then Trevor got Mac his old C.O. involved. It gave Mac purpose again after emotionally giving up on himself. Can't wait for the next installment of HERO. I want to know what happens to Mac and his team of emotionally broken men who he and Trevor try to give purpose to and I want to know if he finds his wife.

Trever seeing the letters from a stalker, made him realize he was like his dad, being a detective, job always came first. He didn’t want to lose Olivia, he had to let go of what he had been proud to be, find a new purpose. He could start his own Hero Security, and wanting Max to run it, so he could be with Olivia when she needed protection. Max life has been in the dumps, since his wife and three kids left, life was over, as far as he was concerned. Till a situation of saving Olivia life, changed all that. He wanted a team of broken men like he was, and Trevor agreed. Short story, but powerful, of two men, coming to terms of what was the priority in their lives. Can be read alone.

A fantastic way to bring us back to where it all started: with Trevor and Olivia, and introduce us to a new batch of SEALs to fall in love with. This is fast-paced romantic suspense with elements of a psychological thriller. I adored watching Olivia identify her weaknesses and work to overcome them. Trevor’s still one of my very favorite HEROs, and the way he commits to doing anything for Olivia just confirms why I feel that way. It just about killed me to see Olivia’s doubt in Trevor and their relationship, though.

Short and sweet

This was a visit with old friends,Olivia and Trevor. The story takes place in France, where Olivia is filming. Trevor "Hawk" has to track down and defeat Olivia's stalker. In the process he meets back up with his old CO Mac. Mac is a messed up SEAl who is drunk depressed. His last mission cost him his leg, his life and his wife and kids. Mac helps Hawk take out Olivia's stakes and sobers up and is helping open a new branch of HERO force in NY. Wondering what new stories will unfold.

Its been a long time coming and now that time has arrived but someone does not want that HEA for. Forever with the SEAL was part two for Trevor and Olivia. I love this mini-reads but this one you will need to have the whole story to know the whole story. If you have not stop now and go back and reads Stranded with a SEAL. This was a fantastic finish line crossing for both Trevor and Olivia. My only draw back was that it was too short. I wanted it longer.

Getting ready for new york

The last book in this series, this book was not about a team mate finding love it goes back to the first book really with hawk and Olivia, she has a stalker plus we meet mac.I have read the spin of series or season two I guess you could say, hawk moves to new York and gets Mac to run the team there,this series was ex seals, but season two is ex seals but I guess you can say with broken souls and missing body parts.being I have read that series I got to say it is better then this one.

I purchased a copy of the steamy postmilitary romance Forever with the SEAL in the Hero Force Boxset Books 1-8 by Amy Gamet, and this review was given freely.
It’s ok.
This drama-packed sequel is a continuation of book one’s couple, Olivia and Hawk’s story but introduces the spinoff series Shattered SEALS. Set in France, centered around Olivia aka Brooke’s stalker and kidnapping, and introduces Hawk’s medically discharged and alcohol-dependent former commander.
18+ for intimate scenes and violence.

4.5 stars! Will Hawk and Olivia finally tie the knot? Trouble on set of her latest movie brings Hawk to Olivia’s side in Paris where they both must overcome the issues they are struggling with. Hawk re-connects with his Seal mentor, Mac, whose bitterness over the loss of a leg and thus his Seal career has led him to numb himself with alcohol and the loss of his family. Decisions must be made…will they be the right ones? Janelle Tedesco continues her excellent job as narrator in the audiobook series.

> What a wonderful story. It has everything that is needed for an unforgettable story. Romance, mystery, suspense and love and friendship. Hawk and Livvy must work through a few relationship issues, Hawk rescues an old friend an HERO FORCE will get a new beginning. Again, characters are flesh and blood and writing is just right. This is book 8 in the H.E.R.O. Force series and we’re back with Trevor “Hawk” Hawkins and Olivia Grayson from book one. Hawk must be obsessed with H.E.R.O. Force if he let Olivia go through the stalker situation without him. It serves him right thinking he was too late when he first got to France.

I absolutely loved the lavender fields! Brilliant and beautiful! I can’t wait to read the new series in the H.E.R.O. Force novels, The Shattered SEALS. I would love to know the rest of Mac’s story.

This was a great short and sweet story with Trevor and Olivia from the first book. Great story as Olivia is being stalked and Trevor puts her first. This also seems to be the start of a new seal group. Secondary character Max seems to also be a great character who will be in future books. All the characters were well developed and likeable. Loved it.

This is dramatic, suspenseful and exciting. Hawk is intense, focused, emotional and caring. Olivia is strong and brave, but also insecure. The storyline is quick and straight to point, but with a twist or two. I hope these guys keep coming, I love their stories.

LOVED THIS SERIES SO MUCH!!!

WOW, this series is one of the best I've read in a long time. Could not put them down and was eager to move onto the next seal's story....don't get me wrong, non were cliffhangers, it's just you get a glimpse of the next seals story and just can't resist.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERIES...EVERY SINGLE SEAL!!!!!!!

Sorry, this short contained all the necessaries, it just never grabbed this reader but readers don’t have to ‘hear’ about the upcoming wedding of operative Trevor ‘Hawk’ Hawkins and actress on location, Olivia Grayson. Gray comes to his lady love over the holes in her security and runs into an old CI that’s speeding toward rock bottom.

Another great read for this amazing series. It was great to read up on Hawk and Olivia. Great storyline about a stalker on a movie set. A little bit of intrigue in this storyline and a bit of who done it mixed in there. It also introduces a new main character for the Shattered Seals series. Can't wait to read more up on HERO Force.
