Crestwood Valley

Dark and Stormy

Rate this book
I was about to close the cafe for the day when Nash Tucker strolled through the door and right into my heart.

Maybe if our interactions had been limited to morning coffee, I wouldn't have fallen so hard for the handsome new police chief. But no, he had to go and buy the house next to mine and prove himself to be an amazing neighbor in addition to being incredibly hot.

When Nash finds out that someone is sending me threatening letters, he takes his duty to serve and protect to the extreme. Nash is determined to keep me safe, but at what risk to my heart?

good short story

Very good short story. You already know the characters, now you add a storyline to the friend/cafe owner and you have a good story with a bit of scare. Well written

Sweet and steamy

This was a fun read especially following their steamy courtship. Most of the focus was on the courtship. While we did see Amelia at work, Nash didn't do much "sherrif-ing".

Fun, easy and fast read. Quick romance with some spice- if you want to read a book in a day this is a good one for that. Not much plot and I wouldn't say great writing- but a fun read nonetheless.
