This book was such a page turner. I couldn’t put it down because of the anxiety that grew in me when I was reading it.

The story is about Katrine, a young mother to two-year old Bjørn that had relationship with Jens, Bjørn’s father. Jens is a manipulative man and often gaslights her for being hysterical and turn the narration among their friends and even the professionals upside down, making her look deranged and hysterical.
.
It’s a story about a woman that the system has failed to help, a desperate one that is looking for help but none was given because everyone thinks the boyfriend was a better person.
.
It truly gives me anxiety reading this book through out, that’s how good it was
