Wiley Post; From Oklahoma to Eternity

Rate this book
Wiley Post was born in Texas, but Oklahomans claimed him as their own, often referring to him as the world's greatest pilot. And who is to argue? After all, he was the first man to fly alone around the earth. Additionally, he was a parachute jumper, a test pilot, the discoverer of the jet stream, and the inventor of the pressurized flight suit. And he accomplished all that in 36 years.

You have to really be interested in Wiley Post to get much out of this book. The editing is poor and too much is spent on the funeral over the accomplishments and early history of the man.
