cute n steamy
I was expecting the hero to be a bit more stern and tough, but he melts immediately upon meeting the heroine.
I wouldve preferred a tougher hero, where it took a little effort to melt him, and a heroine who wasnt the one chasing him and taking control, but it was still cute.
I really loved that the heroine was innocent, that she gave the hero the irreplaceable primal bond in claiming her and hadnt been broken in and rutted by another man. At least, in that, she gave the hero something that no one else would ever be given.
Safe. Heros past isn’t mentioned and he comes off as celibate. Heroine is a virgin and belongs only to her hero. No ow/om, no cheating or sharing. HEA with kids and epilogue 25 years out

Amber comes crashing into Logan's life, ripping him a new one and turning his world upside down. At first I thought he was going to be a push over, following her lead like a puppy. Not the case! He was head over heels and was taken by her exuberance for life and having fun. Logan was very take charge and HOT!!! It was a fun story, made me smile and full of steam.

Her sister gave her a very specific list of instructions along with a lengthy list of how to care for Munchies the cat. At the top of the list is that she is to stay far away from her grumpy boss. Amber is determined to prove she can be responsible and not the flighty chaotic sister everyone thinks she is.
Logan is a workaholic, all business never get distracted kind of guy. But when Amber blows into his life, nothing will ever be the same.
This is a sweet steamy quick read. Like all of Olivia Turner's books, it is well-written with a well-developed couple and a great plot as well.

So, so cute! Olivia T. Turner can always be counted on to live up to her initials—OTT in the best way. She’s consistent, entertaining, and her books are usually a quick, satisfying way to pass a little bit of time. I’ve never been disappointed per se, but I’ve also never really expected anything deeply emotional. Her stories are exactly what they promise to be.
Except this one.
This one is really good.
The MMC, Logan, is exactly what you’d expect from an OTT alpha hero—possessive, driven, and a little bit growly—but when he meets Amber, our FMC, something shifts. There’s actual emotional connection here. Genuine growth. And Amber? She’s one of my favorite Turner heroines to date. Funny, quirky, cool, and unapologetically herself. I’m old enough to be her older sister (maybe even her mom if I stretch it), and I still want to be her when I grow up.
From the moment she spills the chaotic contents of her bag while trying to find the address to her sister’s workplace, I knew she’d be unforgettable. Logan meets her on his birthday, of all days, and their very first interaction had me wheezing. Amber hits him with:
“Nice meeting you, Mr. Cranky Pants. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have an old diseased housecat to medicate.”
And just like that, Logan’s controlled, buttoned-up world is rocked. He knows instantly he can’t let her walk away. What follows is a delicious mix of grumpy-meets-sunshine banter, slow-burn character development, and the kind of chemistry that crackles off the page.
Amber’s sister Willow and her husband Greg also deserve a mention. Their dynamic, especially in the opening airport scene, added an extra layer of warmth and humor that made the world feel so real.
This is hands-down my favorite Olivia T. Turner book yet. It’s sweet, sexy, and just unputdownable. The relationship development felt genuine, the banter was top-tier, and Amber is the kind of heroine you wish you could pluck off the page and have coffee with.

I absolutely loved this book! It was such a fun read and I loved the characters. Grumpy workaholic Logan and sunshine wrapped in chaos Amber. I could see how chaotic she was from page two dumping out her bag looking for the address to her sister's work so she could pick up her spare house key. I swear I saw the contents of that bag in a comedy skit sometime lol I loved her immediately. Logan was controlled, uptight, and a workaholic. I found it amusing that it was his birthday the day he met Amber. But the actual first interaction... I was cackling, wheezing, and gasping all at the same time! Oh. My. God. Amber is my spirit animal. I wish I had her in my life because she is absolutely amazing!

She left poor Logan there rocked to his core, challenged, unapologetic, and completely entrancing. And he knows instantly he can't let her walk away. I loved the developing of their relationship, his character growth, and of course a lot more of her because I could read about this woman's whole life and never tire of it!
I also loved Amber's sister Willow and her husband Greg. The dynamic between their personalities was fun and I could picture them so well just from the initial airport scene.
This has to be my favorite book from Olivia T. Turner. I wish we could get a sequel because I definitely want to read more! 5 stars

So, so cute!
OTT can always be counted on to live up to her initials. She’s consistent and usually reasonably entertaining. Nothing too incredible, but a nice way to pass a little bit of time. I’ve never been disappointed, per se, but I’ve also never really expected anything emotionally resonant. Her books simply are what they are.
Except for this one. This one is really, really good.
The MMC is like so many before him in her books. OTT (as expected) and alpha, but when he interacts with our FMC, Amber, there’s genuine growth! There’s emotional connection that’s usually only hinted at in previous works. And Amber is freaking awesome! I adore her! She’s funny, quirky, and cool. And so unapologetically herself that I want to be her when I grow up, even though I’ve got at least a decade, probably two, on her!
This was more than just a decent tale to pass the time. It was a fun little romp with some sweet and sexy times sprinkled in good measure. I’ve read most of her body of work because she’s a reliable writer that delivers solid, if not overly impressive, amusement. This time, she gave us so much more, and I am here for it!

Strictly Yours by Olivia T. Turner is a very fun to read grumpy/sunshine, opposite-attracts, ṣëxƴ ägë-gäp romance. Amber is cat & house sitting for her older sister Willow in New York City. Amber has to go to her sister's work to pick up the keys. She meets the formidable, strict boss - Logan - that Willow has been complaining about to her for years. Logan doesn't know what to make of Amber. She is a high octane ball of sunshine energy & zero f*ćkṣ given. She isn't afraid of him and talks to him like a regular person. She tells him some hard truths. He is fascinated with her afterwards. He convinces her to spend more time with him. Amber has to go to her sister's work to pick up the keys. She meets the formidable, strict boss - Logan - that Willow has been complaining about to her for years. Logan doesn't know what to make of Amber. She is a high octane ball of sunshine energy & zero f*ćkṣ given. She isn't afraid of him and talks to him like a regular person. She tells him some hard truths. He is fascinated with her afterwards. He convinces her to spend more time with him. Amber is in NYC to apartment sit for her sister and brother-in -law (and to mind the cat) while they take a much needed vacation. Her sister Willow works too much and is the C.O.O for Logan’s corporation. When she goes to Willow’s office to get the apartment key, Amber runs into Logan. Just wow!. You definitely do not want to miss this passion filled exciting ebook. I absolutely loved it. Talk about opposites. Amber is going to stay and take care of her sister's cat while her sister and husband go on vacation. But first she has to pick up the key at her sister's office. Amber unexpectedly gives Logan what for and he's completely mesmerized by her. Amber is surprised when grumpy turns into a pussycat. She decides to tell him off for working her sister to the bone and wouldn’t you know it, he’s smitten. No one talks to him like that and he really likes her sass.
Ambers all chis and light which is completely opposite to Logan who is order and dull darkness. But he’s all there for it and craves her presence.
They just work and it’s awesome to see Me Grumpy Pants fall head over heels in love with Amber.

This was a quick little 2ish hour listen as an audio book that was enjoyable enough to pass the time. This book has insta love that is not very believable. The love at first sight thing can be sold to me on some occasions on this one it was not. This was an solid three star book until it lost me maybe 75% of the way with this “The noodles will be soggy. Again. F it, we’ll order something. Speaking of soggy noodles….this noodle is NOT.” And yes this girl just compared his D to a noodle and I was done.

Strictly Yours is filled with sassy banter, brilliantly written characters, intense chemistry, and flirty fun! Amber is a delight—getting right up close and personal with Logan, showing no fear and calling him on his BS. I love how he immediately reacts to her with stunned silence, and then they just can’t stop talking. Their electric connection lights up the pages, building an entrancing story that had me laughing out loud at Amber’s antics and Logan’s reaction to them. This is such a hot read!

What an incredibly fun story to read!
I loved how Amber acted when they first met, and how her spontaneity made Logan thaw right away.

It sounds like this story is going to have a serious vibe at the start, especially with the male main character (MMC) being quite rigid. On the flip side, the female main character (FMC) is more carefree and whimsical. They seem like opposites, but the FMC brings just the right balance to the MMC's life. She helps him remember to enjoy the lighter moments and adds a fun spark to his world!
I loved the ending and how the sparks are still there even after several years.

Talk about total opposites, Logan and Amber were night and day, him all work and her all play. All it takes is a single meeting for both of the to have their world knocked off axis. Just who will be teaching whom in this OTT, possessive insta-love story. Readers get plenty of internal insights into both players during this dual POV short story. This ride goes pretty fast, hang on!

This is a fantastic book. Amber is going to take care of her sister's cat while she is on vacation; first, she has to get the apartment key from her sister's office. Logan is the boss and has a reputation for being strict and inflexible. The dialogue is so much fun. I love Amber; she helps Logan remember how to relax and enjoy life. This is a steamy and entertaining story with a truly satisfying ending.
