A book on Sri Lankan Navy and its pivotal role in ending a 30 year conflict against the LTTE terrorists from the Navy Commander who guided the Navy towards victory. Admiral Karannagoda, in his own way, has changed the history of a nation. The book takes you through that journey of first, his report on the unauthorized LTTE camps in East, during the ceasefire period, which made a political stir to finally ending the thirty year conflict. Without Navy’s efforts on restricting LTTE’s weapons supply from sea, terrestrial war could have probably never been won. If not for these two critical events Sri Lanka’s history would have been entirely different. Admiral Karannagoda explains every detail in his own words and firsthand experience.

One of the best books I have ever read. It contains the story of defeating LTTE terrorists from the SL NAVY's point of view.
