Magonote has a tendency to dump a lot of information every 3 or 4 books, this is one of them. We finally move ahead with Nanahoshi's plot, I wouldn't call this a resolution of course, if anything I have more questions but things seem to make sense. We also keep getting allies for the future war, and let me tell you I was not expecting the final chapter to go down the way it went. As the series progresses I've noticed I have less chances to write proper reviews without spoiling things, so I'll leave it there.

A relatively light story coming before the penultimate book in the series. Rudeus Greyrat is assembling forces to take down his friend turned traitor. Sylphie worries about her newborn son and reconciles her mental image of Rudeus with the fallible yet loveable man she married. Eris recognizes how badly she hurt Rudy when they were kids. They go on an emotional road trip and their relationship deepens as a result. We learn a surprising amount of lore from the ye olden days that frames old characters in a new, more complex light. Rudy runs into old friends from his adventuring days and realizes that he has grown into the kind of man that he has always wanted to be. Roxy … does something … I think. This was a fun, relatively light volume in the series as we watch Rudy earnestly attempt to be a good father to his growing brood of children while simultaneously doing all he can to save the future of his adopted fantasy world.

WN - 4.25 on first read. Just like with volume 22, volume 23 of the light novel includes a lot of new content that is not in the webnovel version, (the version im reading...) so I can't wait to see the content im missing out on when I eventually get to rereading this series in light novel format. But I thoroughly enjoyed this novel. A lot of interesting stuff goes down in this one. The introduction of a new member of the Greyrat family, some really great Sylphie and Perugies content, a huge expansion on Nanohoshi and her narrative, and foreshadowing on where the crew might be going next... Bighaeril. Volume 23 of the light novel corresponds with the ladder chapters of volume 22 of the webnovel.

4/5. The begining was solid, I was interested in the adventure in the Divine continent and wouldnt mind the whole book about that. Afterwards though, it felt all over the place. I aasume the series will end with the final confrontation between Rudeus and Geese and we probably wont get a timeskip 80 years in the future for Laplace's resurrection and the final confrontation with the Man God. The extra chapter and the closure on Nanahoshi saved this from being a 3.5/5. Still a fun listen, it is just starting to feel a bit repetitive and predictable. I hope the final few volumes blow me away given how influential this series is. I would absolutely hate if it were a cliffhanger or left things unresolved.

Volume ini ketunda 1 tahun karena sempet bosen bacanya. Baru mulai baca lagi setelah dapat update season baru animenya..
Di volume ini, secara garis besar menceritakan Rudy yang berupaya cari Ally baru untuk bantu perang lawan "man-god" tapi rada buntu karena lagi2 ngga ketemu sm yang bersangkutan alias north god. Walopun begitu di akhir volume Rudy dapet hint kemana dia harus pergi dan melakukan apa, yaitu ke beheiril untuk ketemu North God dan ruijerd superdia lalu mastiin mereka masuk allies, kemudian perang lawan geese dan (kemungkinan) badigadi karena jadi bawahan 'man-god'

Volume 23 feels very much like a pause before the big event. It contains some solid slice-of-life about Sylphie, Eris and Rudeus' past, but none of it really moved the story forward and in some cases felt a bit too coincidental for my taste. It left me a bit conflicted, I would have wanted some more progress or focus, but what we got was in itself not bad. So a decent read, and not the weakest of the series, but neither the best.

Great Volume. Some very fun slice of life stuff in this one as well as more closure for some hanging plot threads.

Seven seas could not possibly translate these volumes faster but at the same time I never want this story to end. First time I've been anticipating future volumes to be translated before, an interesting and new experience I guess.

Side stories, loose end closures, and attempts at recruitment on the road to the big showdown. This volume had some entertaining reunions but otherwise nothing really definitive happened. It was good though.

El fin de la historia de nuestro protagonista o por lo menos su conclusión mayor.
Bastantes batallas, no todas explicadas al detalle, con ciertas bajas y consecuencias, incluso personajes tanto aliados como enemigos super inesperados y que me gusto mucho.
Todo lo que se ha ido preparando el Ludeus desde el volumen 14 - 15 es para este volumen, salen muchos personajes que hemos ido viendo a lo largo de toda la historia, muchos Dioses de estilos o de razas, Reyes demonio, personajes fuertes, armas poderosas, todo sin estar fuera de los limites ya establecidos por el autor y su world building.
No deja de pecar al ser japones en el aspecto de que no hay consecuencias mayores o super inesperadas, pero aun así esta bien en este aspecto.

Un buen final para una historia (aunque queda otro volumen, el 24, que es corto y esa si es la conclusión). En muchos aspectos muy buena y en otros no tanto, sigo pensando que tanto su world building como la historia del mismo, de su universo, aunque tiene algún fallo o cosas sin explicar (por el momento), me parece de lo mejor que he visto de un japones en este aspecto, si no el mejor, tiene tantos detalles, la historia tanto del universo como del mundo es muy interesante y ojala tener algunos volúmenes de las guerras pasadas que me parecen interesantes.
