This book had me laughing my out loud from the very beginning. A librarian/smutty romance author and a pro hockey player, who are absolutely not swingers, both accidentally end up on solo vacations at an exclusive island swingers resort. It’s exactly as funny as you think it would be. Juliette is struggling with writer’s block so she’s books herself a little writing retreat and Reno is in need of some relaxation so he goes on “honeymoon” trip, that his ex booked, by himself. Little did either of them know before arriving that’d they be spending the next few weeks in paradise at a swinger’s resort.
Reno is the epitome of goofball, cinnamon roll, with a big sprinkle of dirty talking man candy. Juliette writes some serious smut in her books but didn’t know the meaning of the upside down pineapple or the “unicorn squad.” These two quickly start up a little vacation fling and Reno swoops in to unblock Juliette’s writers block. All I can say is, the spice was spicing. It’s no wonder Juliette worked out her writer’s block when she had Reno helping her out *wink wink*
This book was so fun from start to finish. The plot flowed so well and there wasn’t a single dull moment in the entire book. Their quick banter was top tier and I was laughing out loud the entire time. I can’t emphasize enough how funny this book truly was. It’s the perfect summer rom-com. This was my first book from Jade but it definitely won’t be my last. She has a new fan and that fan is me. 1000/10 highly recommend checking this one out for your next summer read.

5 freaking ⭐️ and then some
When you hear the name you know you are going to be in for some laughs and fun. And there was so much of it. What I didn’t expect was that the story was so much more. Fabulous love story with some shocking twist added in. I’m blown away.

I am completely obsessed with this romcom that the incredibly talented Jade Dollston has brought to life!
It’s the perfect mix of laugh-out-loud humor, sizzling chemistry, and heartfelt moments that leave you smiling long after the last page.
Not only is it a RomCom, but it’s such a feel good story that brings so much joy and happiness with the MC’s and side characters that feel like family.
From the first chapter, I was hooked by the witty banter and the absolutely swoon-worthy main character, Reno, a hockey player who could melt the ice…and your panties (or at least mine because I’m smitten for him).
And then there's Juliette, a romance author and full-time librarian living in charming small town, Texas. She has been through it was a past relationship and has warded off all hockey players…. Or so she thinks.
She also has an unconventional family dynamic, but goodness did I love each of the side characters of her family with my whole heart! They are truly an amazing mix of people you can’t help but LOVE.
R + J both unexpectedly end up at a retreat, and what starts as a needed get away for them each individually, turns into one unforgettable vacation fling. Their connection is instant, the sparks are undeniable, and watching their story evolve was pure deliciousness!
This book gave me all the warm fuzzies and left my heart full. I laughed so hard that My stomach was cramping, I cried happy tears, I felt pure joy, I felt compassion and empathy and love and all of the in between.
Truly a beautifully written book with so much love poured in from Jade.
If you're looking for a feel-good romance with plenty of steam, sass, and swoon….. run, don’t walk, to get your hands on this gem. ((Coming June 24th))

I’d been seeing this book everywhere and finally decided to give it a shot, and I’m so glad I did! It was such a fun, laugh-out-loud, swoony read. Juliette and Reno end up at the swingers resort by accident. Juliette didn’t realize what the upside-down pineapple meant, she just booked the trip because the price was right and the pictures were pretty.
From the moment they met, the chemistry between them was instant. Juliette was there to finish her book, while Reno was laying low before a team trade, and that trip just happened to be already booked. What started as a fling turned into something deeper. The banter, the connection, the understanding between them, it was everything. Juliette has ADHD, something her ex never understood, but Reno saw her, listened to her, and appreciated her fully. After a messy breakup of his own, Juliette was the spark he didn’t know he needed.
One day, Reno offered to help inspire her for her novel, and let me just say, the spice? Chef’s kiss. This was my first book by Jade Dollston, but it definitely won’t be my last! I’m already looking up the series that includes the backstories of some of the side characters. If you're looking for a flirty, feel-good summer romance with heart and heat, add this one to your TBR!

The only series of books that I have read by Jade Dollston, thus far, is her Bouvier Family Saga. She impressed me. A lot. With her words and her “plot skills” she not only grabbed my attention but grabbed me by the throat and had me on the edge of my seat for most of the series. This isn’t one of those books, but it still grabbed me! LOL I won’t lie and say that I was instantly attracted to reading this book because I wasn’t. The title alone had me side-eyeing and the cover was not what I was used to from Jade and I also very rarely read blurbs, so it took me more than a minute to decide on whether I’d be putting in the time on this ARC. I’m glad I decided to do so, but the twitch I have towards the cover and title is still there 🤷♀️!
This is one of those stories that will have you laughing through tears. It’s pure comedic relief with a side of emotion. It’s not slap-stick humor or silly or even over the top, it’s just entertaining. It did not stop “entertaining” from beginning to end. I really like the plot point relating to Juliette’s “writer’s block” and Reno’s solution for it. *fans self* lol It was unique to me, and it felt organic for the situation. The entire story felt very organic to me and unfolded easily and with very little over dramatization of anything. Obviously, there were shenanigans running amok, duh lol, but everything felt so natural that I found myself more than just reading superficially, I found myself imagining myself at this resort while it was all unfolding and I gotta tell ya, I was having a pretty good time!
Jade Dollston is proving to be an author I don’t have to “think about” reading and this story goes a long way in solidifying that for me. I’m looking forward to getting to know “all” sides of her writing in the future!

So let me start by saying that this frigging heck of a read ,filled a need ,I didn’t know I’d even want or ask for . Jade Dollston ,I adore this story of yours about Reno Swain a hockey player of course and his Juli / Juliette McNamara, full time Librarian and Spicy Smut author . She has writer’s block ,if only she knew how much she wanted the real thing in her bed instead of looking through pics of cock with her fellow author ,while looking ahead to taking her writer’s retreat she’s been talked into but needs, a bargain that can’t be beat! She books herself into a Caribbean cottage retreat full of the knowledge she got it for a song for three whole weeks …Eek! Can’t go wrong.Reno he’s feeling a bit lost ,his fiancée did the dirty ,how gross, some time away is what he wants most, so he uses his honeymoon ,time alone . Reset and figure out his head and his career .if only he’d known what he’d find here. He doesn’t set out to hook up ,he just needs to run away for a while. Find his smile…Best one yet in the laughter stakes as well the heat and repeat and repeat ,like a broken record or rampant rabbit pumping heat . Such is their habit, I hear ,wonder why they have such long ears.. Anyway where was I ? Oh yes sorry for the digress..He shoots the puck and tries his luck in her goalmouth, her cave and scores first hit as she did not save it in her hands but where it hits is mighty and grand , he’s an XL…What the hell?! Well at least he don’t smell as he likes pineapples too... Well of course the slap-shot comes second nature and the follow through, he’s quite a hockey player and he’s the bomb ,so it’s no wonder he scores straight to her core with aplomb. He knows what his cock is for and she’s sweet on him too, this full time librarian and part time smut provider . Her xxx and feathers of the highest heat order with tethers ,she even lets him ride her with ardour,despite her no hockey player rule. She needs him harder ,fast too. She’s no fool you see ,she knows he only pump blasts ecstasy with his dick and his stick handing is slick woohoo. Puns galore and phwoar what a scorching long hot summer read . It’s delicious ,it’s sweet as honey on your honey trap , your date on a plate even on pineapple slab ,it’s so funny and thick and slick as molasses,not an ounce of harsh odour or un-delicious tang from these two souls who are hot rod dang! 🥵 and firing on all cylinders of heat to behold. It really is a superbly penned treat. A bit of fun with plenty of heat and Jade Dollston,you know how to tell a good one hon. Those one liners those pearls ,earrings or globes ,ropes or cords ,tangles or threads or beads this one is an almighty wrangle indeed. It covers all the angles ,even white triangles where her bikini’s been ,he thinks she’s serene, it’s real neat ,a sundae or even Sunday treat . Cool you down ,as your ardour gets harder to keep up or is that down ? One things for sure they’re at it till the sun goes down or he does or she does with lust and with trust. Not a frown in place on their face. Playful ,joyful and full to bursting ,all this is making me thirsting for an encore .But there are twists and stings ,many things appertaining ,it’s highly entertaining! It’s going off and it’s a bit of a laugh to boot a real hoot and so blooming cute! I’m,undone Jade Dollston lass , with this divine , kick ass storyline. This book was funny. Like, real life giggle funny. I fell head over hammock (don’t ask) for Reno Swain the minute he appeared with all that cinnamon roll charm. The man hot, emotionally available and says ‘dream girl’ with his whole chest. I melted. It’s fine.
The swinger resort setup delivered the perfect mix of tropical tension, hilariously awkward moments and straight up thirst. And the chemistry? Immediate. Irresistible. Loved.
Also? The spice was SPICEING. I will never look at a hammock the same again. Jade Dollston gave us tension, build up, emotional vulnerability and toe curling scenes!
The banter was sharp, the side characters were golden (Evie, please get your own book) and the emotional depth caught me off guard in the best way. Reno and Juliette’s story felt heartfelt without ever losing the fun!
Jade Dollston, you nailed it. This whole story was a vibe and I am now a loyal fan. 10/10 recommend for anyone who likes their romcoms spicy, sweet, and a little bit sweaty.

A FUN, STEAMY and SPICY summer romantic comedy that had me laughing out loud and grinning like a fool!
I didn't know how much I need this book in my life. I have been devouring dark romances and took a break to read this one and DANG. I am so glad that I did. This book had me smiling, laughing out loud, grinning and kicking my feet.
The story is cute, smart (the FMC being a romance writer really added to the book because you get an inside look into romance writing), steamy and oh so spicy! The tension and chemistry was so good and it had me hooked!

I was enjoying the story for the most part, and while there were certain things that were making me raise my eyebrows, I thought maybe I could get past them and finish the book but no.
Right when they’re about to get spicy for the first time, she wonders how he got her romper off without her noticing and likens him to being “a Harry Potter wizard or something.”
In 2025? We’re still making Harry Potter references? No.
Plus the :
-Vaguely brown friend telling the MMC(who we presume is white) that he’s almost as dark as him after spending maybe 2 days at a resort in the Caribbean 😐.
-Mmc thinks “oh she’s gorgeous and isn’t even wearing makeup. Not like those other girls”😒
-She calls her sex her kitty cave.
-He does the sexily commanding her to do stuff and be a good girl, which is cute but also…they literally just met and had one lunch together…give it time maybe? Let them kiss first?

3.75 this one was a little harder to write and review for me because the first half I really enjoyed it was funny and sweet, but then the middle got a little bit slow for me. This book is 407 pages and I feel like it could’ve been at least 50 pages shorter. But it was a good sweet romcom.

Oh my God Jade Dollston has done it again. The book this book the idea that she came about this is just insane if people know her know how she came about this idea and we as readers just ate it up every single page every single chapter it was amazing.
What happens when you accidentally book yourself to go for a writing retreat to get your author juices flowing and not realising it's a swingers only resort and you have to put down a story which is due in some time. Enter Juliette McNamara.
What happens when a hockey player is ditched by his fiance and goes on his honeymoon by himself without realizing where he is going aka a swingers only resort, enter Reno Swain. And becomes neighbors with the said author , oh my god!!!
I could not believe the lines, the jokes, the characters that I met reading this book. I was transported into another world. Did I say funny already because so so funny. I definitely have some ABS forming on my body with the sheer amount of laughter that I've had and enjoyed. I mean hard out grab my stomach oh my god let me not pee right now laughter.
I can officially say that this has been one of the most funniest books I have read in 2025 and it was absolutely worth it if you want some spice. Not some a lot of spice, funny moments, funny banter and so much of ooh la la happening and just having a good time reading, this book is it for you.

I could not believe the lines, the jokes, the characters that I met reading this book. I was transported into another world. Juliette is probably one of my favorite FMC'S I've ever read. She's real. She makes mistakes. She rambles. She over shares, and she doubts herself.
You want happiness/love for her.
Reno is the ultimate book boyfriend. He cares deeply and wants what is best for his FMC.

The connection and banter and chemistry between the two main characters is chefs kiss! Jade has done it again… Definitely go read her books!!!

I absolutely loved this book. I laughed so much. Reno Swain definitely earned his nickname Reno Swoon 😍 I also love that the FMC is a flighty author who has the best friends and family out there.

With writers block and a chaotic life getting in her way, she decides to get away on her own little writers retreat. Finding an amazing deal at the picturesque Pineapple Island Resort and Spa, Juliette presses book and heads out on her retreat. The beautiful cottage, stunning beach and extremely hot hockey player staying in the cabin beside her certainly provide inspiration for her book. Getting constant invitations from the other guest at the resort to enjoy playtime are a little weird but she figures they are just the friendly sort. Reno Swaine is on a solo trip enjoying what would have been his honeymoon but he quickly realizes that this resort is not what it seems and that it is a swingers resort. Unfortunately for Juliette it takes her a lot longer to find out. When Reno graciously offers to be the inspiration for Juliette’s next book, she is more than happy to take him up on it. She doesn’t date hockey players anymore and he’s not looking for anything serious so they will enjoy their time together and go their separate ways. Easy right?
I knew right from the beginning with the hilarious exchanges between Juliette and her sister-in-law that I was going to enjoy this book, but I was NOT expecting how spicy it was! Juliette was a funny, relatable FMC who can be a little spacey while living in the clouds. She is successful and really enjoys her life but her last relationship left her a little raw. While she immediately recognizes Reno when she sees him, figuring he is there incognito, she doesn’t let on that she knows who he is. Fresh off the news that he is being traded to Dallas, and being left at the altar, Reno could have been a real ass. Instead, he was funny, sweet and caring - but with a filthy mouth that hits all the right spots for both Juliette and the reader. This was my first book by Jade Dollston but it definitely won’t be my last. The comedy and spice were top notch and this book was great from start to finish.

Both Juliette and Reno are pro level at dirty talk and Juliette was not afraid to ask for what she wanted. I loved the relationships and banter between Juliette and her sister-in-law as well as the close bond she has with her siblings. The back and forth between her and Reno was top notch and once I started I stayed up all night finishing it. I can’t wait to read some of the stories of characters we saw in the book that have already been written.

Operation Flirty Pants
This book is hi-lar-i-ous and I devoured every delicious page. You have a writer seeking inspiration at a writing retreat and a hockey player using a cancelled honeymoon who both accidentally end up at a swingers resort leading to a vacation fling to forever. You can expect a hockey romance, vacation “no strings” fling, millionaire, small town, found family, mistaken identity (the resort), and a “surprise” in this ridiculously delightful and spicy rom-com. The laughs in this one started nearly from the beginning. I haven’t chuckled so much while reading a book in a long time… maybe ever. It isn’t all laughs though. There are incredibly sweet moments, spicy moments 🥵, and even some serious and heavy moments. I think I ran the gamut of emotions in this book. There was even a twist or two that I didn’t see coming. Juliette might just be my favorite FMC ever. She’s smart, loving, and loyal but a little dingy and naive. I just loved her and felt like I could relate to her in a lot of ways. Reno Swoon was the perfect nickname for the MMC Reno. The nickname says it all. He was definitely swoony and I loved his nickname for Juliette. Dream girl. *Sigh* The side characters were all great added and additional layers and depth to the story. I adored the found family vibe with Dad and Pops. The familial love was as touching as the romantic one in this story. I’m going to be honest. I’d love to visit Pineapple Island and Pine Tree Falls. They make great backdrops for this story. But now the bad news. This one was definitely spicy and while I don’t mind that, I felt like it was trying to overwhelm the plot at times. Not all the time but I felt like it could have been balanced a little better. Also, the adult language was a little much for my taste. I’m not easily offended in that regard but it also seemed over used and unbalanced. As a result I’d rate this 4.5 stars. This is well written and well paced though for the most part. Simp,y put: this book is everything. It’s the whole package. I enjoyed my time between the pages of this story with the characters, the storylines, the laughs, the love, the satisfying happily ever after, and even my happy sigh at the end. I can wholeheartedly recommend this to rom-com lovers who enjoy adult content.

What in all the upside down pineapples, goats and starbursts did I just read?! Jade Dollston, I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW MUCH I LOVED THIS BOOK!! I laughed so hard I snorted, SNORTED. I got so so hot (because the smutty, smexy delciousness is off the charts), and there was emotion that had the odd tear sneak out, and roll down my cheeks. (of course I cried when laughing too, and got hot.....lol).
Juilette finds herself with a case of writers block, so why not book yourself a cottage at the most beautiful resort ever. Okay, yes it is a swingers resort, but, to be fair, this would be so me, I had NO CLUE about the upside down pineapples, unicorns (the swinger kind), and found myself educated, where here I thought I was. And, every resort needs is a delcious piece of man meat (yep because trust me when you read this book......damn Jade always serves us, the reader, the good(ies)) Enter Reno Swain, hockey player and adding dumped fiancé to that resume. He doesn't plan on staying, but when he spies is neighbour (Juilette) he decides he might stay, a night or two.
Well, suffice to say, the writers block resolves, with both entering into a vacation fling, but OMFG their chemistry is OFF THE CHARTS....so can they ever return to their lives post PIneapple Island? I also had to message Jade, as, I am not a audio book person, but I could swear I heard her reading this story to me, and I loved that.
Sprinkle thru characters we have met in recently completed Bouvier Family Series (and you will need the tissues, the biggest box you can find) and I loved this book even more than I thought possible (I mean if I could give double the stars I would). I do not want to spoil this book, I absolutely love this so so much, and it is the funniest, spicest fun filled book I have read this year. It is a complete standalone, even though there is crossovers, and gives us a delicious seque into the new series coming, and that epilogue Jade, Jade......LOOK AT ME, I WANT IT SO SO BAD. I love you.

Pretty sure I have tear stains on my cheeks….I also don’t know if they’re from laughing so hard or crying because my heart was BURSTING! Wow, here I thought it was going to be all hilarious puns and laugh until you pee your pants the entire time but man oh man…YOU.GET.IT.ALL! Yes, this book is HILARIOUS. So hilarious that I was crying I was laughing so hard. But my heart you guys…Reno and Juliette’s story was simply so beautiful. Did I want to reach into my kindle and strangle the both of them at times? Yes….yes I did. What started as a “no strings” attached vaca at a swingers resort…turned into a beautiful love story with two people who have had to endure their own traumatic past and overcome challenges along the ride.
Reno is a hockey player, a delicious one at that, who ends up going on what was supposed to be his “honeymoon” to the Pineapple Island Resort & Spa. Thank God he got rid of her….I’ll leave it at that. Jade!!! You absolutely smashed it with this one. I love all her books but this one was absolutely hilarious and it was just what I needed during a tough time in my life.
This book is long but because it was soooo good I flew through it.
I think I loved this more because Juliette was so relatable. Every clumsy thing she did, the scatter brain moments, the hilarious weird comments, always caring about others and the it was cemented with cloud spotting!! That's one of my favourite things to do and naming the clouds. So yeah I felt extra connected to this story.
Reno is just as amazing, kind, caring and nurturing. I loved that side of him but he was just as dominating and hot.
Reno and Juliette find themselves in a Swingers Island. How it all happens you will have to read and find out. Trust me it was brilliant, specially how romance author Juliette finds herself there. It's a totally something I would do.
I loved the instant connection they both had but Juliette will never date a hockey player again or get to close and lose her heart. So they agree to holiday fling with rules. Hehe, rules they break 1 by 1.
It was fun, refreshing (like the world building was so good, you could feel and see it all vividly), funny and super super hot.
There was a short break up which luckily gets resolved quickly, so don't fear.

Reno and Juliette find themselves in a Swingers Island. How it all happens you will have to read and find out. Trust me it was brilliant, specially how romance author Juliette finds herself there. It's a totally something I would do.
I loved the instant connection they both had but Juliette will never date a hockey player again or get to close and lose her heart. So they agree to holiday fling with rules. Hehe, rules they break 1 by 1.
It was fun, refreshing (like the world building was so good, you could feel and see it all vividly), funny and super super hot.
There was a short break up which luckily gets resolved quickly, so don't fear.
This book is exactly what you need as a pick me up. Reminded me to be my fun self again. I can't wait for this new series, I can already tell it will be great.

I don't want to spoil the book by saying too much about how, if at all, the swingers are involved, but I will say this was such a fun book with lots of humor, unexpected moments, spice(!), and it even tackled some serious topics. Trigger warnings are listed in the front cover of the book. I absolutely loved the moment when FMC Juliette finally realized what the resort truly was- I laughed out loud at 'game night'. This is a must-read if you enjoy hockey romance, spice, a good laugh, and vacation settings. This is a standalone novel, but one side character in the book actually has series by the author that was written before this one. I am definitely going to check those out!

Jade Dollston is an enigma...a literary freak (I mean that with all the love in the world). Every book I read from her I think there is no way she can top this one. Then the next one comes out and I am blown away all over again. Her stories just keep getting better. How does she do it? As long as she keeps putting out books like this I am happy not knowing the answer.
This is a hysterical and hot read from start to finish. Juliette is so real and relatable. She is a klutz, babbles when she's nervous, has ADHD, and a huge heart. She is also very naive despite being a wicked smart romance author and librarian. Her naiveté led to booking a getaway on a swinger's resort when she needed a quiet writing retreat. Let the hilarity commence.
Reno "Swoon" Swain arrived to his vacation on the resort just as surprised by the clientele but figures out the situation quickly. He plans to rest and relax and contemplate his hockey career with absolutely no female entanglement. Until he meets Juliette and feels an instant connection. I loved everything about this book. It had me laughing, nearly crying, swooning, and fanning myself from hot flashes while reading some very steamy scenes. It was an added bonus having mentions of a few favorites from previous books as well. It was perfection.
Your life will absolutely be incomplete without Jade Dollston and this book! So do not hesitate in grabbing a copy and reading this asap.

I knew this book was going to be hilarious based on the title alone, but I was not prepared to be emotionally wrecked by a romcom set at a swingers’ resort. Jade Dollston, you absolute menace—you had me crying from laughter and crying from feelings. A dangerous combo.

Juliette is a smut-writing librarian with a healthy dose of ADHD and a serious case of writer’s block. So she does what any frazzled romance author would do—books herself a solo writing retreat… at what she thinks is a wellness resort. Spoiler: it’s not. Meanwhile, Reno (yes, like the city, but hotter), a professional hockey player fresh off a breakup, shows up to use the honeymoon his ex booked… solo. I’m talking laugh-out-loud moments, sizzling chemistry, and just enough emotional heart to leave me grinning like I just finished a 90s teen movie marathon. Juliette, our directionally-challenged, spicy romance author/librarian, ends up booking a solo writing retreat… only to find out she’s landed smack dab in the middle of a swingers resort. This book was such a breath of fresh air! Reno and Juliette brought so much fun and laughter. Juliette is an author who has writers block who decides to take a writing retreat at a beautiful resort to reset her mind and relax. When she gets to the resort she finds everyone so kind and friendly, inviting her to spend time with them and is ready to get her creative mojo back.
Reno just found out his life is changing and before that happens he makes the decision to go on the honeymoon his ex-fiancée planned to get away. When he arrives he instantly realizes this type of resort isn’t what he thought and further confirms why he broke up with his ex.
When he sees Juliette is his cabana neighbor he instantly wants her and she feels the same. Fighting their attraction is futile and they decide to spend the vacation exploring each other and having fun…a fling with a deadline but they never expect to develop real feelings.
They spend their days picnicking and exploring the resort and their nights exploring each other. When it’s time to leave he’s ready to lay it out on the line and so is he but a miscommunication causes them to split ways. But fate always has a way to bringing people who are meant to be back to each other.

I’ve been in a bit of a Rom-Com reading slump, and this one definitely satisfied. This book had me audibly laughing and kicking my feet. Reno Swain knows how to treat (and talk to) a woman and I thought he was the ideal “Swoon”worthy MMC (maybe aside from the first time he saw Juliette 😬). Every girl wants a man to look at her and think the same things that Reno thinks when he looks at Juliette.
“When she turns, our eyes meet, and all the damn cheesy cliches take effect. The entire world stops turning on its axis. Time stands still. My mouth goes dry.”
I also really liked the Reno was a hockey player. This added a nice sports trope to the book. As someone who is a Jade Dollston fan, I also really enjoyed the characters crossing over from her Bouvier Family Saga. I had missed those characters and I was excited for their appearance. You do not have to read the Saga to understand this book, but the side plot may seem and little “barely touched” for those who haven’t read the previous books. Overall, I really enjoyed this book and would recommend for a fun, silly summer romance read.
I’ll leave you with this - “Life is too short to eat lemon Starbursts”, so go ahead, just read it 🤭

Can I Just say that this is definitely one of My Favourite books that I read this year.

The Book is parts Hilarious, Hot as the Desert and Emotional all wrapped up in one.
I loved that one of my other favourite Authors AK Landow got a talking part in this book.
Juliette works in the local Library by day and writes when ever she can. She is under pressure for a deadline she needs to make and due to having extra time on her hands because the Library is getting a Make over she decides to book herself a vacation to a resort that looks really nice online.
Reno is after having a horrible time of it and decides to go on the Honeymoon that his former Fiancée booked for both of them on his own for a few days to get away from it all.
This is where the two meet and kind of hit it off from the beginning. Different things happen within their stay that get mis-interrupted by both of them but still lead them to each other. I will leave you read what happens without spoiling it for you but you are going to love it!
On return home circumstances work their Magic for the two of them to meet again and it is just the best all round.
Pineapples and Cheetos have taken on a new meaning for me...ha ha
This Book was a breath of Fresh Air that I didn't realise I needed and anyone who is looking for a Fun read that has everything is going to love this book!

I loved adorably nerdy, directionally challenged and clumsy Juliette. She is a mix of sweet and sexy, innocent and all-knowing and falls head over heels in love with her handsome hockey player. Reno is big, buff and sexy, with a soft heart he hides well. His ex fiancée had left him a bit rattled and wary of love and relationships, but his instant attraction to Juliette is encouraging. Their chemistry is supernova hot and their connection is soul-deep. When he realizes he has fallen for the gorgeous romance author, he is all in, even after she walks away. When they reunite months later, Reno is determined to claim Juliette as his forever, whether her brother and his new teammate likes it or not.
Reno and Juliette’s story is funny, emotional, over the top sexy and decidedly steamy. Several familiar characters and incidences from the author’s previous books make an appearance in this book, which make this book even more enjoyable and compelling. Juliette and Reno’s close knit families also add so much more to this book. They add to the humour of this book as well as highlight the caring, loyal and supportive traits of both Juliette and Reno. I DEVOURED this book in a day! It was sweet, engrossing, funny, spicy, and perfect, as is always the case with Jade Dollston books. There’s a reason she’s my favorite author.
I love it when two flawed, yet innately good characters find their way to each other for an HEA. That’s what we got here. Quirky Juli goes on a writing retreat, but unknowingly does so at a resort. I love how the author very obviously researched swingers resorts to capture the healthy, consensual, supportive nature of it. Yes, mainstream may think of it as sordid, but she doesn’t portray it that way, and I’m sure swingers everywhere are cheering.
Reno unknowingly ends up there, and… well… sparks fly. He was immediately besotted with Juli, and I love it when he falls first and HARD. And dirty. Filthy dirty. The mouth on this man. Wow!
Dollston has a writing style that makes us feel as though we’re right there with the characters. That the characters are our friends. Which is why I hate finishing one of her books because I miss my new friends. Good news? We always get cameos. It was great to see some of her past characters pop in. And now we know we’ll be seeing more of Juli and Reno in the future.
I hope this becomes a series because I love all the supporting characters too.
