Warning - this is a filler episode. It's mostly wrapping up the events from Volume 8 and setting up for volume 10. The author even acknowledges so with their comments at the end.

Part two of the traditional school festival episode. Nicely done with interesting situations.

Could have been longer and would have perfered more action, there was pretty much no fights. It helped with the build up to the next book.
