Quick read. Very simple and straightforward way of looking at anxiety. No “quick fixes” are ever going to be found in a 63 page book. Or even in a 630 page book come to that! I found Ryan’s way of writing very believable and soothing. Few grammatical errors which irritated me - not that I’m overly anxious or OCD at all!
Nice little quick read, the first half of the book i would give 5 stars. Some good information explaining how anxiety works, overall some nice tips if your suffering from anxiety.
okay honestly no. i did not enjoy this book. i honestly thought i would feel the authors realistic view of anxiety but the writing and the way he portrayed it felt like a game and a toy.
Good read. Anyone who has anxiety I would recommend this to, the book really is a self help guide with tips and advise.
“Try some baby steps. Start very small, but push yourself. Take yourself out of your comfort zone. Give yourself an escape route if it makes you happier, but try not to use it. Never let the monkey win"
