FOREVER YOUR VAMPIRE is the sequel to BLOOD FOR LOVE that follows the whirlwind love story of Bastian Blackwell and Love Anderson, who are the next in line to fall for each other in a world where vampires and humans coexist and are the key to one another’s existence.
Love Anderson is a talented but guarded event designer whose one blue eye and one brown eye make her just as unique as the business she owns. Love is hired by vampire royalty for a high-profile Valentine's Day celebration. Her past trauma with her vampire ex makes the assignment nearly impossible. But then Bastian Blackwell, the Vampire Guardian’s new advisor and youngest brother, enters Love’s life and changes everything she thought she felt about the fanged creatures.
Bastian is charming, powerful, dangerous, and he is everything Love swore she'd avoid but everything she wants. What follows is a slow burn, beauty and the beast tale, that includes death, danger, and undeniable chemistry in the midst of a world changing to accommodate humans and vampires when not everyone wants that to happen – especially not the enemies of the Blackwell family. Those enemies will stop at nothing to make the Blackwells suffer and fail at their mission to protect the humans, themselves, and the partners they’ve chosen to love.
Fall for a vampire . . . and watch your heart race.
I really enjoyed this book. I like Bastian and love relationship. I wish love didn’t have to become a vampire the way she did however, I really enjoy them getting to know eachother in the book.
One of the things I really enjoy about some of the paranormal genre is the insta-love. The paranormal party in the coupling has this undeniable feeling that they are supposed to be with a particular person and is basically persistent until the other person sees things through the eyes of the person who is already in love. That was definitely the case for our MC and FMC.
In the middle of a "whodunnit" situation, Bastian crosses paths with the person he knows is supposed to be his forever. Love, however, isn't so convinced. I liked the pacing of the story and the characters seemed to have good chemistry.
For anyone reading that thinks pestering someone into giving you a chance romantically is good idea irl...it's not. It only works on the pages...very well on the pages.
I loved Bastian and Love's story even though Love got on my last nerve with how stubborn she was. This was a really good paranormal book that had good vibes, passion, and drama. The dangerous situations had me on the edge of my seat. I was glad to see some of the characters from the first book in the series were included. I can't wait to read the other siblings' books as well as finding out the mystery behind Monday and Sira.
I love Bas and his brothers can't wait until the next book about them. But the leading lady crying about her ex all the time and comparing everything thing and everyone with was insane. Didn't understand how she complained about his treatment of her then turned around and cried about him suffering the consequences.
If you need a change from contemporary romance. Needing a little excitement, secret passages, supernatural character traits and some spicy romance scenes. Come along to Eden and meet the Blackwells. These brothers will not disappoint. A little love mixed with corruption and scandals and new adventures.
Love was going through a lot from her past relationships with a vampire and had decided that she will never date a vampire again. But fate had other plans cause when Bastian cross paths with Love he knew instantly that she was his. This story was good, but Love’s immaturity was working my nerves in this story. I’m glad it all worked out in the end. 3.5
As I read the 2 book to this series it was long with the partners being so stubborn and indecisive but it all worked out in the end…. Lived that the myths of vampires were explained and ruled out when it came to love….
Blake Moore really put her foot into this one! Bastian is VERY calculated in everything he does, unlike his brother Asa. When him and Love meet the battle continues. Love really showed us how guarded one can become once they’ve been hurt. It’s scary to think that in real life we all do this, which can cause us to miss out in the love of our live. I’m happy that once the vampires find their soul mates both can’t run from it, because Love would have missed out on a good man! Bastian was very patient with her despite’s having his own fears. Eventually they realized they needed each other. The battle these brothers faced was so crazy. Hopefully, they can find a places if peace once the dust settles.
