“She thinks she can ensnare me and walk away, but I’m a man who gets what he wants and there’s nothing more I want than Iris.”
Iris They say the truth sets you free. Mine made me a captive and shackled me in chains worse than ever. Betrayed. Heartbroken. Alone. I thought I was in control. Turns out, I’m nothing but a pawn. Caught in a war between two brothers. Paying the ultimate price for my sin. Bound to marry a man I don’t love. While the one my heart beats for thinks I didn’t choose him. When every decision I’ve ever made was to become his. Just when I did, I had to let him go. Because happily ever after doesn’t exist for someone living a lie.
Kian The world believes I’m selfish, conceited, and vicious. While all I’ve made are sacrifices in the dark. The only one who ever saw the real me, ruthlessly believed in the good in me, breathed life back into me, thinks she can give me a glimpse of a future I’m longing for the first time in my life and walk away to live it with my brother by marrying him. Even though I know her heart and soul lie with me. She’s dead wrong to think I’ll ever allow it. All this time, it was her fighting for me. Now, it’s my turn. The world will finally see how brutal and menacing I can be. Because a king never sacrifices his queen.
Author's Note: The Conclusion to Kian and Iris's explosive love story. This is to be read after Carnal Games. This is a forbidden billionaire romance, featuring morally grey characters with HIGH burn heat. NO CHEATING. Guaranteed HEA.
I legally have to hate a book where the MMC reminds the FMC of her « place » in the bedroom, I’m still fuming. Basically I hated Iris, Kian and every single thing that happened in this book. The smut made me extremely uncomfortable, the whole « Daddy » thing was cringe as hell, and as open-minded as I try to be, a woman getting off on being called a fuck toy, a whore and a slut by the man who’s supposed to love her will always ruin it for me. It was basically just smut and the plot was all over the place. Last book I will be reading from this author for sure.
I'm so excited to dive into this book after the thrilling cliffhanger from the first one! It picks up right where we left off, and let me tell you, the pacing is much faster this time around. The chemistry between Kian and Iris is off the charts! I absolutely adore how Kian is always fighting for Iris, going to great lengths to keep her by his side. Their love story is packed with challenges, and there were definitely moments that brought tears to my eyes. But their bond is powerful, and I couldn't be happier when they finally find their happily ever after.
For those who have read Carnal Games, you know that Kian is a billionaire who's estranged from his family, while Iris has been in love with him and has been secretly stalking him for years. When Kian starts to notice her and develop feelings, things get complicated with his brother—who just so happens to be Iris's fake fiancé—threatening her to marry him or risk having her secrets exposed.
Kian may have a morally gray side and can be a little unhinged at times, but he’s such a softie when it comes to Iris. He does everything he can to keep her safe and happy, fulfilling her dreams along the way. Iris, while petite and innocent, is fierce and stands up for Kian, showing her strength and determination to help those she loves. Their dynamic is just beautiful!
I also appreciate that there’s no unnecessary third-act breakup, and Kian and Iris are always straightforward with each other—no misunderstandings between them, just pure love and honesty. The mystery and suspense in this book were really well done; I honestly didn't see the villain coming! The twist at the end totally caught me by surprise. I'm looking forward to the next book in the series, which will focus on Kian's brother. I’m still not sure I’ve completely forgiven him, but I do love a good redemption arc, so I can’t wait to see where that story goes!
This story was like a storm that hit my heart and refused to slow down. Iris was such a wild mix of soft and strong, always trying to do the right thing even when her choices were a mess. And Kian. My gosh. This man went from grumpy wall to full romantic powerhouse, fighting for her like nothing else matters. Their obsession was wild in the best way, dangerous, sweet, and completely addictive. And that spice. Pls. My kindle almost exploded. I loved that there was no useless breakup, just them pushing through every problem together. There were moments that melted me and moments that left me wrecked, and the ending was everything they deserved. I really wish I could read it for the first time again. Thank you so much to the author and The Author Agency for giving me the opportunity to read the book in advance, I received this for free and I'm leaving an honest review.
The conclusion to Kian and Iris story. I was not prepared for the thru Kian and we really see him in this book. Kian and iris are a precut match in all ways.
I will be vague because this book needs to be read to enjoy. I will say this book is fun in that Iris matches a morally grey man in her crazy. And i loved meeting her!
-billionaire romance -fiances brother -boss x assistant -girl OBBBBSESSED -corruption kink -age gap
man there was a BUNCHHH that came to light for kian about iris & it was great that it was written in the way that it was always set up that whoever told kian thought it would ruin his relationship with her...but NEWPPP he's just as crazy as she is! haha this one was SIGNIFICANTLY spicier than book one also..haha
3.25 - 3.5 ⭐ Book #4 interconnected series each focusing on a different couple:
Book #2 of 2 for Iris + Kian
🔸Billionaire MMC + extravagant gifts 🔸Ex-militar, owner of security company 🔸She-fell-first, he-fell-harder 🔸Brother's fiance 🔸Fake relationship with MMC's brother 🔸Family drama 🔸Betrayal & blackmail/coersion 🔸Investigative journalism student 🔸Boss-assistant 🔸Undercover investigating a crime (MMC doesn't know) 🔸He enters in protective+caveman mode when she is attacked 🔸Brooding, grumpy, lone wolf 🔸Grumpy-sunshine (kinda) 🔸Possessive & obsessed (both of them) 🔸Acts of love, devoted to each other 🔸Age gap: FMC 21 + MMC 36(?) 🔸Secrets & predictable problems because of it 🔸Indian characters & culture (lightly) 🔸Pet names/Nicknames: Rainbow, Mr. Severe, love, baby 🔸Tattoo with each others names
🔥Spice: including virgin FMC, Dom/sub vibes, calling "sir" and "daddy" (less times), corruption kink, breading kink (no baby, just fantasy), 🍑 play, office sex, spanking ✅ MMC isn't a womaniser ✅ No cheating, no OW drama
❗Mentions women being abudcted and disappearing from workplace (off page), FMC does get beaten up and threatened for investigating the case, family member's death, killing the bad guy, being shot, dealing with PTSD and learning the possibility of becoming pregnant is difficult
Notes:
Adorable romance with some morally grey vibes, they are devoted to each other, they have their own little world together where they can be as obsessed with each other as they want because their partner loves everything about them.
A lot of the romantic drama felt a bit too forced, quite predictable and easily fixed which begs the question why did it exist in the first place. All the angst and tension knowing it was coming, the characters' tormoil every once in a while, only to come and pass fast.
And 3 years between the time the FMC first saw the MMC until they meet...it felt a bit too long, especially if you consider they frequent the same circles...

Illicit Games is fast paced and kept me turning page after page. It was full of betrayal, lies, secrets and whoa such hot spice it will set you on fire. You didn’t see the true side of Kian until this part 2 of Iris and Kian’s story.
Nathan is not a person I like. This is a taboo, enemies to lovers, billionaire, family complexity that will have you wanting to throw the book through the wall.
Iris and Kian’s crazy matches each other. Morally grey characters. This is an HEA but you’ll have to read it to find out who’s HEA it is.
Wow! What a great conclusion to Carnal Games. I love seeing Kian and Iris’ relationship evolve. This was such a great love story and was full of spice. There were so many things going on in this book and I couldn’t put it down because I needed to know what in the world was going on. There were so many twists and turns going on that I couldn’t put this book down! Also, so many tears were shed! My heart broke a few times too. Make sure to add this to your TBR today! You won’t be disappointed!
This duet is THE MOTHER of all slow burns but man DID IT FINALLY BURN 🥵
I greatly appreciate the “she falls first but he falls harder” trope and these two did it so well. And the pinch of romantic suspense in the plot really did it for me.
If you love a woman obsessed and an equally obsessed dark billionaire romance, this duet is for you!
Too much smut for my liking, but I read for the plot cos it was so good. And I need Nathan’s book because I have loved him from the start and I read for the found family I love them all sm. nova and Nathan are my favourite but I imagine dash and Kian as old men it’s not even funny like it ruined the whole book for me because I was imagining them as old men. But love iris and Bianca and Rosalie. And I guessed it was Arjun since the last book and I guessed it was Sonya that was his mother since the second we found out he was half siblings with Nathan.

Iris is hiding so many things from Kian, the man she's obsessed over for years. Now they're in love but there's a lot lurking beneath the surface that, if revealed, could spell the end of Kian and his rainbow. If they can get past the bombshells being dropped on them, they just might have a chance at that future they've been running toward.
Kian and Iris have the obsessive kind of love that can go either way depending upon circumstances, and the people involved. Thankfully they make it work, but not without being put through so many obstacles that I feared they wouldn't make it. Their physical connection is so strong it set my Kindle on fire, but it's their emotional connection, obsessive though it was, that kept them together and allowed them to to the other side. Twisty, spicy af, and a pair whose individual crazy perfectly fit with the other's. Couldn't have asked for a better crazy meets crazy and falls in love.
ARC provided by The Author Agency for an honest review.
Another huge thank you to Simran and the Author Agency for the Illicit Games ARC. We were lucky enough to read part 1 of Iris and Kian’s story and we were even luckier to receive their HEA. When I finished Carnal Games I had no idea where this story was going to go. It had me on edge and I was counting down the days for part 2. It has finally arrived and it was better than I even imagined! Kian was not going to let Iris go and he was not going to let her push him away and he made that very clear from the start. We love an MMC who isn’t going to back down but will fight for his girl. This man sleeps in a car and in a hallway because he did not want to leave her. He is the perfect billionaire and wants to spoil her but also is the perfect man because he does the little things for her. And Iris matches his energy. She is just as protective and possessive as him and I live for it. And I am not the only one… Kian loves her for it. He loves all sides of Iris and there is nothing better than a man who knows and understands her and accepts it all. And she loves all sides of him in return. They really bring out the best in each other. I cannot leave this review without mentioning the family and friend dynamics. The trio from the Arranged Games series are just so iconic. I love that we get to see their shenanigans in every book. And in return get to see their men’s reactions. It was nice to see how Kian was introduced to the group and received well because they all love Iris. But what I loved the most was Iris’s dad. He was so good to Kian and given Kian’s past it made it that much more special. I go feral for the parents taking the MMC or FMC in immediately no questions asked. Although Simran gives comedic relief throughout the books, she writes SPICY and emotional books. She said it best in her Author’s note in Hateful Games, her books are steamy and with a lot of heart, emotions, suspense, heartbreak, and angst. Illicit games is no different so please proceed with caution because there is kink and some topics that could be triggering. This book was one of my favorites in the series and I can’t wait for the rest of the series because so far they just keep getting better and better.
The plot was so slow because of all the unnecessary spicy scenes. There was alot of inconsistency in the plot like an urgent matter that should be solved immediately are completely forgotten because the mc have to bang each other 🙄🙄. The MCs were very selfish in their feelings and not considering others. They are trying to villainize Nathan for hating his brother who he believes abandoned him. It’s not like Nathan was ever given the reason why Kian left so why is he faulted for being mad and angry at him. Iris is manipulative and can’t stand someone else doing what she does to people. She used Nathan for years and now wants to play saint when he does the same to her. She kicked him out when he came to pay his respects to her grandfather despite what he did for her grandfather and also not outing her secret, that’s reason enough to know he actually isn’t a bad guy.
Some things were unnecessary like looking for his mom before going to talk to Nathan like why is she necessary. All their gateways were so not relevant. He kisses her in front of everyone and declares her engagement with his brother is over and that’s about it they go to Seattle and come back to No real drama 🙄
Iria pissed me off so much when she started comparing herself to Nathan when Kian found out she was spying on him like girl why?? What do you mean by that??
I hated Nathan for a brief moment but my anger for Iris just made me like him again. Most of the spicy scenes were VERY irrelevant. I loved iris in the first book so much but after she got together with Kian they were just two horny people always banging and no plot anymore . Most of her books have spice but they were well incorporated in the story but in this one just so irritating. Like there was an instance she learnt her friend was kidnapped and was so worried then the next chapter they were having an earth shuttering sex which takes away from the sombre mood that was supposed to be there due to her childhood friends kidnapping. Then in the next chapter she is begging the police to find her friend. This leads to a disconnet with the character’s emotions.
🔥 Forbidden Love 💔 Enemies to Lovers 👑 Billionaire Romance 💍 Forced Marriage 👯♂️ Brothers' Rivalry 😈 Morally Grey Characters ❤️🔥 High Burn Heat 🔒 Captive Heart 💔 Second Chances
Star: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Illicit Games by Simran, the fourth book in the Arranged Games series, delivers a passionate, high-stakes conclusion to Kian and Iris’s tumultuous romance. Picking up after the events of Carnal Games, the story plunges straight into emotional chaos, betrayal, and the claustrophobic pressure of impossible choices. Iris, trapped by loyalty, lies, and the weight of her own sacrifices, finds herself on the brink of marrying a man she doesn’t love—while the one she truly wants believes she’s turned her back on him. Her internal struggle is raw, and Simran captures her pain with a striking mix of vulnerability and steel.
Kian, on the other hand, is the perfect morally grey hero—commanding, intense, and unwilling to let the woman he loves slip away, no matter the cost. His voice brims with determination and dangerous devotion, turning the tables as he becomes the one fighting for them. The tension between them crackles through every page, heightened by the forbidden, almost claustrophobic dynamic of the “fiancé’s older brother” trope.
Simran balances scorching chemistry with plot-driven twists, weaving betrayal, family power struggles, and high emotional stakes into a romance that never loses its pace. While the heat is undeniable, the emotional depth makes their connection feel more than just physical—it’s a battle for survival, love, and the right to a future together. The resolution is satisfyingly intense, giving long-time readers the HEA they’ve been craving without downplaying the obstacles that made the journey so gripping.
Illicit Games is unapologetically bold—romantic, fierce, and fuelled by characters who will risk everything for each other. It’s a finale that will leave fans of the series breathless and entirely satisfied.
First off- you MUST read Carnal Games before getting into this one. This is Book 2 in Kian and Iris’s amazing duet.
Book 1 gives us so much background and history and ends on a heart breaking cliffy but Book 2 picks up where we left off and IT IS SPICY!!! The level and amount of spice in book 2….wow. Kian has a filthy mouth (yay!) and Iris is gaining confidence in herself. Kian gives her the confidence she needs and builds her up. Their relationship grows and evolves and it’s a thing of beauty. Kian is such a protector. He is the classic “touch her and ☠️”, like for real. Iris just wants to love the man she’s been obsessing over for years and live a happily ever after life. I don’t want to give anything away or spoil anything….
Book 2 had some crazy twists and turns and the last 10-15% of the book was WHOA! Like heart stopping twists and turns. Ones I was not expecting or see coming- which just shows how talented Simran is as an author.
I loved loved watching Iris slowly come out of her shell and step into the amazing, strong, loyal, person she is. She has made some mistakes and those mistakes come knocking at the worst times, of course!! She is navigating so many things all at the same time and trying to do right by everyone but also keep her loved ones safe. She works hard at it for a while but the secrets come out.
Despite the rocky road that Kian and Iris started down, they are solid. The love they have for each other and how they show each other constantly, swoon worthy. In big and small ways. And Kian is the king of grand gestures!! The shoe company and the rainbow fireworks!! OMG!!! And then there’s the small things like Iris cooking for him. Kian making her tea. So many sweet moments. Kian also comes out of his shell and opens his heart and it’s a beautiful thing to watch unfold. This couple deserves their HEA and they get it. This was such a satisfying ending to an amazing duet.
I haven’t read the first 2 books in this series and that didn’t take away from this duet. I will be going back to read both couple’s stories though!!!
“I was living in the black- and - white prison of my own making. You freed me, Rainbow. You’re every color, every dream, every emotion I didn’t know I was missing.”
“You’re my world. My entire universe. If you don’t exist, how can I?”
In Carnal Games, we meet Iris young, softhearted, and hiding a darkness that only Kian her fiancé’s older brother, can see. Their chemistry is off the charts, but it’s the emotional stakes that make this book unforgettable. Kian is the ultimate morally grey antihero is reclusive, menacing, and utterly magnetic. Iris’s pursuit of him is bold, reckless, and heartbreakingly raw.
The tension simmers with every stolen glance and whispered threat.
Then Illicit Games takes everything deeper. Iris is caught in a war between brothers, forced to marry one while her heart belongs to the other. Kian, once silent and restrained, becomes feral in his devotion.
The quote “A king never sacrifices his queen” sums up the entire emotional arc he’s done hiding, and he’s ready to burn the world down for her. Simran’s writing is lush, cinematic, and packed with lines that feel like daggers: “She thinks she can ensnare me and walk away, but I’m a man who gets what he wants.” These books are not just romance they’re warfare, where love is the battlefield and every choice has consequences. If you crave morally grey characters, forbidden love, and high-burn emotional intensity, this duet is your next obsession.
Their love so intense it borders on madness.
Kian is the ultimate morally grey alpha, possessive, ruthless, and absolutely devoted to Iris. Their chemistry is off the charts, and the emotional stakes are sky-high. I loved how Simran didn’t shy away from the messy parts of love: the pain, the sacrifice, the impossible choices. Iris’s strength and vulnerability made her feel real, and watching her fight for her own happiness was deeply satisfying.
The writing is sharp, the pacing relentless, and the tension never lets up. No cheating, no filler just pure, addictive drama with a guaranteed HEA. If you love forbidden love, dominant men, and high-stakes romance, this book is a must-read.
💬 Favorite quote: “He was never mine to begin with. But I was always his.”
This whole book felt like one massive filler. Instead of dragging the story into a pointless duet, it could’ve easily been condensed into one solid novel.
The only reason this isn’t getting just one star is the ending. I was fully prepared for a miraculous pregnancy despite Iris losing one ovary and having a weak remaining one, but thankfully the author stuck with the acceptance and adoption route.
Beyond that, the story is packed with cliché “grand gestures.” It honestly feels like the author asked ChatGPT for a list of them and decided to include every single one. Many don’t even fit Iris’s character - like making her a brand ambassador for a shoe company when she can barely handle small work tasks without an anxiety spiral. Or the fact that she's supposed to be a family-oriented person, yet he buys her an island, where they're supposed to settle.
I’m also completely over the “FMC has a faucet instead of a vagina” trope. Every time I read about the heroine “leaking” or “creating puddles,” I want to send the author a biology article. So many of the intimate scenes read like they were written by someone who’s never actually had sex.
The dialogue often felt unnatural, the flow between scenes disjointed, and the conclusions to key storylines were lazy. There were zero hints leading up to the big reveals -any random side characters could’ve been the villains, and it would’ve made just as much sense.
I was hoping that despite the “she fell first” setup, we’d at least get a “he fell harder” payoff - but until the very last page, it’s clear she loves him more. His affection comes mostly in the form of gifts, and his dominance often crosses into straight-up abuse (rough, dry anal with zero aftercare being one example).
Overall, the concept had potential, but the execution was painfully poor and way too long.
Illicit Games is an emotional rollercoaster of emotions. It is very well-written and is the highly anticipated conclusion of Carnal Games. It was hard to put down and will leave you breathless.
The story picks up where Carnal Games left off. Iris has agreed to marry Nathan who she doesn't love. He is blackmailing her into marrying him so that he doesn't reveal her secrets to his older brother, Kian, who Iris loves. Iris doesn't want Kian to know that she stalked him for years before they met. You feel each of the emotions that she is struggling with. I love how she was so strong and believed what she was doing was right.
Kian is unwilling to let the love of his life, Iris, go. When she leaves he bangs down her door until she talks to him. He takes on the responsibility for fighting for their relationship. He has never believed in love so this was all new for him. Iris gives in and goes with him back to his home. They discuss what happens in their relationship. She works for him but he doesn't want to keep them a secret. Their relationship is so hot it burns the pages of their story.
Iris and Kian face a lot of struggles with her family as well as with Nathan. They are also still trying to solve the mystery of the missing women from Carnal Games. This story will finally give the readers what they have been wondering about in all of the suspense from the first book. This is one story you don't want to miss. It is beautiful and so emotional. I look forward to more from this talented author.
Reasons you will love this story: * Forbidden love * Workplace romance * Enemies to lovers * Second chance * Billionaire
Thank you to the author for an advanced copy for an honest review.
Freaking fantastic and just the way I love it. The writing is fabulous. Simran definitely brings out all the guns blazing and leaves no stone unturned in making the readers fall for her stories and the characters. This one is a masterpiece, and pair it up with a whole package of the first and the second book, and you have a weekend binge read ready.
First, this story is Iris written all over, and I’m glad and appreciate that the author chose the cover accordingly. It goes perfectly with the story. Second, the story is a gut-wrenching one in places, but the happy moments will mend the heart after it breaks into pieces. The spice is spicing, and the vibe is vibing. I can’t wait to see the epilogue; it’s much needed.
Iris and Kian were such darlings, and they both are here to stay. I’m not going to forget these characters. They have their own charm and charisma that I became a fan of. Where Kian won me with his protectiveness and how he keeps her first in everything. She’s the world to him.
At the same time, our little stalker, Iris, can do anything for him. She’s a dynamic character. They are a match made in heaven. The supporting characters support the story beautifully with lots of ups and downs, and they are all together to face it. Their support means the world.
The fast-paced story has many plot twists, and the revelations are as surprising as they drop out of the blue. A few things I couldn’t see coming, but I loved it so much. The first half was the relationship and the strong bond, the second half was the twists, and it was rolling high in the emotion level. Now I’m looking forward to Nathan. Must read duet.
Oh my heart. This book deserves infinity stars from me.✨️♾️ I can't even explain the mix of emotions this book makes me feel. I'm crying, sobbing, blushing, screaming, and kicking my feet.
My love Kian Singhania.🤌🏻🥹💘 THE MAN HE IS... oh my gosh, I'm totally in love with him. My goodness. This guy transformed from a grumpy wall into a full-on romantic powerhouse, fighting for her like nothing else matters. The way he cares, his protectiveness and possessiveness, and how he's obsessed with Iris as if she is his reason to breathe. UGHHHH... I'm getting so emotional. 🥹🤭🫠 AND AT THE CHARITY PARTY, THE WAY KIAN ANNOUNCED EVERYONE... AAHHHHHHH>>>>> I was completely GONEEE. 🫠😱💞
Kian and Iris are just perfect for each other. They are 100% soulmates.💞 These two are obsessively in love with each other in the best way possible. They complete each other. Their obsession is wild, but in a good way—dangerous, sweet, and totally addictive. And I can't get enough of their obsession.
The final 40%... was packed with surprises, unexpected twists, and a lot of heartbreak. I couldn't help but cry. 😭😭 When I say there's a twist that will catch you off guard, I mean it! I was totally shocked! My heart felt shattered and then somehow mended. Kian and Iris are just meant to be together, and I'm so happy they found their joy in each other. 🥹🤌🏻❤️🩹
In summary, this duet is AMAZING. 💯🙌🏻 The earlier books in this series were fantastic, but this one is THE BEST. I already knew that this story would be very beautiful because I had faith in Simran. All of her books are truly special to me. ♾️✨️🫂
Iris + Kian = morally grey, filthy, obsessive, and so devoted they’d kill and take a bullet for each other… and then go home to breed.
We’ve got: 🌈 “We will have it all, Rainbow. ALL of it.” ← chills. 🍓 A strawberry scene that has permanently altered my brain chemistry. 📱 His phone? Only pictures of her. 🏝️ Oh, and he casually buys her an island for her birthday. 💼 Also a whole company. Because… why not?
Kian’s brand of love is feral and filthy:
“Feel the burn, Iris. It’s your man claiming you. Feel how I’m stretching you, stealing your innocence.” “I’ll be dad to our kid’s rainbow, cause Daddy is for good girls… like you.” “My filthy little fuck toy.”
The man eats her out while she sleeps, gets mad when she’s a bad stalker, and still respects her choice about having kids. The breeding kink? Mutual. The possessiveness? Off the charts.
Simran also hit me with: 💔 a grief gut-punch I wasn’t ready for 🤝 a hilarious high scene 🖤 a friendship trio (Iris, Rosalie, Bianca) that owns my heart 🔪 Kian and Nathan bonding as brothers… while doing soemthing together. Iconic.
And that plot twist?! I cried. I sobbed. Nathan, I forgive you. Your woman better be epic — I’m counting the days for your book.
Final verdict: Illicit Games is filthy, emotional, and jaw-droppingly extra. It’s love, obsession, murder, and strawberries — and I devoured every second.

I can't say enough of how much I loved not only this endgame couple and how they join forces, but also how exhilarating the drama was! It had moving pieces and suspense that just felt so immediate, like you were right beside Iris and Kian every step.
Even though the spice was "crazier" than my personal taste and I'm not a fan of harsh dirty talk, the story and characters are still as strong. And part of their intense love just happens to be intense s3xual bedroom play lol. I skimmed a bit of that and you don't lose anything by doing so. But extra spice lovers will be in glory.
These two are obsessive for one another in the best way. Kian can be incredibly romantic. He worships her, respects her, and they are each other's missing piece. I am obsessed with their obsession haha. It's so lovely how he cherishes her v1rginity and how she waited only for him. Seeing beyond the aloof grump from book one and seeing behind his mask, is truly a beautiful revelation in his arc.
But them united is just a powerhouse. The drama of his brother, betrayal, and family secrets is a riveting delight. These two love so all consumingly, it just makes me glow with happiness at how in love they are.
