A must-read “How to Scale Your SaaS Startup to $1M ARR” is an interesting guide penned by Robert Moment where he gives pieces of advice about markets, how to start and maintain it without troubles. Thanks to his experience, he has plenty of strategies to teach and to encourage people to set up anything. He also gives information about the qualities that a CEO should have to be part of a company and make it thrive. The ideas are explained with clear and specific vocabulary related to the market. I learned many things about the field and I think that it's a good read for people who are familiar with business. It's a must read.
I thoroughly enjoyed the book, but I’ve got to admit that my first, knee-jerk response to the title was: - “Hey! You darn kids got off my lawn!” In many ways, I’m not the guy it was written for. I’m the guy it was written about, the guy this book shows you to reach. I’m 69 years old. In 1979 I owned a small business and bought my first PC. I predate Windows (with any number behind it) and the first Mac gui. A mouse was a rodent you left traps out for. My career eventually took me through employment with a larger company where I eventually became the Department Head over IT. I was in my heyday in the age of Software as a Product. I would buy a product and install it. As long as it worked, I didn’t mess with it. My first question with any upgrade was, “Why do I need it?” If my folks can come in, turn on their machines, and do their work, why would I spend money on the time, effort to learn the changes, and risk of surprises? My greatest concerns were security and reliability. Now some guy wants to not even let me own the product, but rent it from him? That sounded to me like putting out a fire with gasoline. How much cocaine would it take to ever sell me on and idea like that? What possible reason could there ever be to make something like that a good idea for me as a user? This book answers that question and gives you advise on, and understanding of, how to reach the user I was. The last piece of advice I will leave potential readers (other than read the book) is get a day calendar and wright down some of the golden nuggets of wisdom found here. For example, “The right 100 users are better than the wrong 1,000.” I’d have ingested far fewer aspirins through my career if I had adopted SaaS as a user sooner than I did.
I don't have a StarUp but I have been involved in consulting a couple and I think this book is an excellent contribution, not only for those who are immersed in the business but for those of us who need to understand their needs to help them grow. The truth is that this book brings more practical tools than I thought, at first, I was terrified by some concepts that I did not understand, but little by little, I realized how they are explained almost by themselves and in a very simplified way. It is like breaking down a very, very lush forest a little at a time, but it gives you almost leaf by leaf to understand and examine it in detail without missing absolutely nothing. If you already have some basic technical knowledge of economics and the market, you'll surf through it with ease and be pleasantly surprised.

Software as a service, which is abbreviated to SaaS is immensely important for today’s market. My favorite thing about this guide book is that Robert Moment writes very clearly and — at the same time — inspiringly. He presents several game-changing concepts for growing your business. The N.A.I.L.™ Product-Market Fit Formula is especially useful for me. It explains how to get customers’ confidence and large investments. I love the section of the book in which Moment describes the success of other SaaS founders such as Melanie Perkins. Her genius created Canva against all odds. With inspiring stories and actionable advice, this is the best book I have come across for scaling your SaaS startup.
I started this book out of curiosity and finished devouring it in just a few days. This reading is direct, clear, and packed with tools you can apply from day one. What I liked most is that it doesn't sell you smoke or limit itself to theory. Let me tell you, with the SCOPE system, I understood why some things in my startup weren't working and how to adjust them without wasting time or money. I applied the method to better define my product, and I'm already starting to see results. Its method of decomposing difficult ideas into manageable steps is fantastic.
The author clearly communicates his knowledge of the subject. This book is a true guidance, not simply another inspirational speech, for SaaS companies who are genuinely interested in expanding.
I consider this book to be quite comprehensive and entertaining, as it teaches us how to analyze all the factors involved in running a successful business, and I believe that for many, this is synonymous with a great book. In addition, it teaches us how to implement the right measures to ensure our businesses are successful. The author meticulously compiles valuable information and real-life stories that support many of the findings in the book, making it an invaluable read. It's quite technical, but not boring, and definitely a book worth reading and treasuring in our homes. I highly recommend it, especially if you want to grow and generate value for your business or if you are an entrepreneur.
This book gave me clarity that I had not found in other SaaS resources. Sometimes we think we need more ideas or inspiration, but what we really need is a clear and concrete system to follow. What I liked most is that the author does not focus on complicated theories but on practical steps you can start using today. The N.A.I.L. formula and the SCOPE system helped me see exactly what I was doing wrong and where to focus. It is not just about growing fast, but about growing with order and purpose. If you have a startup and feel stuck or disorganized, this book is like having a coach beside you. I recommend it to any founder who wants to scale without wasting time guessing what to do.
