I liked the characters and how it played put at the end. There's a few kissing scenes and I dont remember any swearing. It reminds me of Monster by Frank Peretti. I believe its secular, but the main character is Christian:)

I love these tales from Grim Hollow. The story involves a monster but not in the typical monster novel. This book told the story of E and Wilder. A totally in love couple about to face some tough times. I liked knowing that Evie had a disability but still chose to live life. She did not let pain stand in the way of helping those in need, especially her loved ones. Wilder was the guy everyone hopes to meet. Handsome, loving and ready to fight for those he loves. When he experiences some fall out from Crane’s gruesome work, the reader hopes that he is not the monster behind the new attacks. Evie made every heart sing when she chose to love Wilder through thick and thin. I loved the words they used for part of their vows, “I will love you through the dark times, the bright times, and the in-between times.” This is sometimes harder than others think but it was the main thought behind the strength between these two. I am glad that Lewis may get his chance to find ‘the one’ because Evie loves Wilder.

Omg I loved this book. This series of books is absolutely amazing. I love her writing style and the book is a very good pace. The character Evie is amazing and so relatable and can see myself in her and can relate to some of the hardships she has throughout the story. The twist in the story was unexpected. You will need to read the first book in the series to understand some details that are talked about in this book would highly recommend reading the first book. A lot of the characters from the first book are talked and apart of this book as well. I feel like there are so many characters that are so easy to fall in love with and hope more readers love this book just as much as I loved this book.

This fast paced sequel to Into the Hollow expands on the love story between Evie and Wilder while they navigate their relationship, a tragedy in his family and a mysterious monster in the woods attacking people. It holds the same sense of eerie uniqueness that Into the Hollow had and built up to a twist I didn’t see coming. This book is the perfect balance of a love story and a thriller and the characters are just amazing. I absolutely love it all and cannot wait to see what happens in Grim Haven next.

Another great read by Breck Suzanne! Just like Brom and Kat from Into the Hollow, Within the Woods keeps you on your toes wondering what happens on the next page. Evie and Wilder are an adorable couple faced with many UNEXPECTED challenges but come out better for them. I hope there will be another installment of the Grim Haven Series.

Within the Woods is a great installment to this series. It was so fun, and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it. I can't wait for the rest since Breck Suzanne is an instant auto-buy author. I've read everything by her now, lol.

This was a perfect read for spooky season. It's the second book in the Grim Haven series. There's monster in the woods killing people, Wilder and Evie have to solve the mystery to protect the town and save a traumatized child. This book was phenomenal. Breck Suzanne has never disappointed me.
