SaaS, or software as a service, is more in demand than ever these days. Both individuals and large companies need it for a variety of purposes. Many businesses have started to supply it, and when they do, they would like to scale their operations. Scaling means taking the foundation of one’s company and expanding it to a much larger scale.
If your company is getting into the software as a service industry, and you would like to scale your enterprise so that it becomes profitable, that’s no easy thing. Luckily, this book is here to teach you how to do it. It might seem inconceivable that you could get to $1M in business when you start out, but it is attainable if you follow a relatively simple playbook that is presented here. There are many tips contained within these pages to help your SaaS company thrive.
With my pension I have generated a small business that has been doing well for all these months and I can't deny, despite being retired, it is a business that inspires me to grow and dream. Well, this book is precisely that for Startups, the possibility to grow in an organic way, without making so many hasty mistakes that although at the beginning are easy to mitigate, can in fact be the root of the decline of this type of volatile companies. The truth, the book is very down to earth and practical, I liked that although it handles a theory and some key technicalities, it also has a practical component too necessary when executing all the information transmitted and therefore it becomes an excellent and complete book.

Whether you’re bootstrapped, backed by VC, or somewhere in between, this book will help you stop guessing and start growing. Insightful, motivating, and deeply practical.
This book considers every single aspect of a company, helping the reader detect and implement the correct measures to achieve success. Robert Moment knows what he's writing about, with a complete bibliography and real examples that support his findings, making the read meaningful and immersive.
It was a technical and challenging read. It took me some time to fully grasp certain concepts. As a first-time leader, there was a lot I didn´t understand, but the author did a great job summarizing difficult concepts into useful guidance.
I recommend this read for people who already have certain experience; it might be too much for a beginner.
