This contemporary tame, starting over, second chance romance is a clean and wholesome women's fiction with a beach town mystery. It is page-turning with exceptional world-building in southwest Florida at the inn at Crescent Bay, where there are magnificent sunrises and sunsets that are vibrantly painted across the sky that are breathtaking, and characters that are resilient, captivating, intelligent, an inn owner, and realistic. Their journey is enthralling with the inn at Crescent Bay where Naomi Brennon escapes from a failed marriage and her ruined journalism career, small town where gossip about Naomi is causing a minefield of cold stares and abruptly ended conversations because of some spreading the parts of her past she never wanted anyone to know, drama, suspense that will leave readers on the edge of their seats, danger, deception, heartfelt emotions that will leave readers needing Kleenex to wipe the tears that are threatening to spill down their cheeks, Naomi settles into island life, her estranged husband appears trying to win her back, mysterious occurrences at the inn are evidence that someone is waiting for her to fail, doesn't know who to trust/or if she can trust, action adventure, and more. I recommend reading this book by an extraordinary author who knows how to captivate her readers' hearts and attention with the inn at Crescent Bay and a second chance romance that is sure to transport readers into a world that is engulfed with love and loss and unforgettable.

Naomi and Ryan are quite surprised when her soon to be ex husband shows up at the Inn trying to persuade her that she has to resume their marriage. But that is not going to happen. Naomi has gotten stronger and more confident in herself and her abilities and she will not let Logan control her. She also is not going to let the powers that be in Crescent Bay control her and proves that initially by refusing to sell the Inn to Heath Prescott Then the harassment begins Her friend Crystal who is doing a documentary/expose’ on the corruption she is uncovering is putting them all in danger, including Heidi, whom they have brought into the secrets to help them and oh what secrets they are uncovering. The plot truly thickens
Sage Parker is a great story teller. Can’t wait for the next installment!.

I was so happy to receive The Inn at Crescent Bay, book five that I read it in one sitting. The suspense had me on pins and needles. This is by far Sage Parker's best! I love all her books, but this one takes the cake. The story plot and the conspiracies are intense. There are so many people involved in unsavory things that my head is spinning. I cheered Aunt Matilda on when she put Logan in his place and loved how Ryan stepped in as Naome's supporter. Naiomi found a great man in Ryan. Heidi is so far proving herself as a good friend by helping Naiomi get to the bottom of the threats. Book six is sure to have me on high alert and my nerves about to be shattered while Sage unfolds the ending of this series. This is so good!!!! I am loving it and cannot wait for the finally...

This book had so much going on. After Naomi’s husband appears on her doorstep he seems hell bent on winning her back and creating some drama in her relationship with Ryan but Naomi puts a stop to it all and makes him leave. Ryan constantly is coming to Naomi’s rescue and when she is threatened again they are both shocked to discover that the police sheriff is not willing to investigate and help Naomi. Heidi gives Naomi explosive information into the acquaintances for Heath Prescott and I am so eager to discover more about these connections. We are left on a bit of a cliffhanger and I cannot wait for next book to discover the truth into the dealings of the Prescott family.

Ok, finished book 5 and now looking forward to finding out all the in's and out's of what is going to happen to Naomi and her family. So many strange things are happening and Sage has us on our toes trying to figure it out. Several of the clues have been figured out in this book but the final one is who wrote the diary. Now Heidi seems to know the answer and it's all because of the backward letter. Who do you think did it after you read this chapter? I am thinking I know but not totally sure. OK please send me book 6 so I can read it and finish up this series. In the meantime I am on to another of Sages series as I love them all and it makes it easy to read when you can do one segment at a time.

Naomi continues to get threats, fines, and other difficulties as she tries to get the inn up and running. When her phone rings with a potential guest needing a room that night, it is the start of something great. That guest is a travel blogger and loves the inn. Suddenly, the inn is booked out for a year. On the night the guests are there, a rock with a threat comes through her door. Heidi gets involved by making a list of those who are involved with Heath. When I final clue is found it could bring down everything. I received an advanced reader copy of this book, and this is my honest review. I can't wait to learn what happens.
I love the storyline and the mystery. I don't like that each of the books are not stand alone. If I had picked any of the books without reading the previous books I would have no idea what was going on. The last chapter of one book leaves you hanging and you have to read the next book immediately to know what is happening. There is not any conclusion to the storyline in the first five books. Now I have to wait another month to get the next book and will have to re read the last couple of chapters of the previous book to get familiar with the plot.
Good reading when you have a second chance to start over but there are complications that need to be dealt with. Interesting characters and complex issues that throw them all together. The conflicts are interesting to read about and the journey to the resolution can make for good reading. Like the setting and the background of the story. Like the characters because they are unique and strong in their own ways. Makes for some interesting interactions. Good read.

Book five and the plot thickens as first Logan turns up uninvited, a rocks is thrown through the window o the inn and then after Naomi turns down the offer on the inn, receives a brutal amount of citations to make her out of pocket. With her friends by her side though, Naomi will not be beat down and the investigation into the secrets of Crescent bay continues. It’s getting more dangerous, the closer they get, more mysterious, more suspenseful and oh to say I cannot wait to read the last book to get all of the answers we are missing!
This series must be read in order. The books are longer than most of Sage's other books and definitely leave you hanging. I've had to remind myself that throwing a tablet would cost more than a paperback after most of the books in this series as well as biting my tongue to keep from upsetting my family by screaming. Just got the Inn ready for guests Her soon to be ex shows up Threats are becoming more costly and disturbing Relationships are changing.
-The story continues in this series with secrets, tensions and surprises. I received a free copy and am voluntarily sharing my honest thoughts.
Naomi’s soon-to-be ex stirs trouble at the inn, while a shady town politician targets her. Threats escalate, secrets surface, and friends rally to protect her.
Packed with suspense, conspiracies, and heart, this installment raises the stakes. I cannot wait for the final book.
There are a few mysteries happening in this series. This book deals with threats to Naomi. Logan shows up to intimidate her and Naomi's relationship with Ryan changes. Out of the blue they get a clue as to who is making the threats and is also involved with the shenanigans happening with the Founders Fair. I recommend this book to all women's fiction readers.

Naomi has her hands full trying to make the Inn a success. But she is finding out there are people in Crescent Bay that do not want that to happen. I found myself holding my beath as I read this book. There was a lot going on and so much of it I did not see coming. This is one series you will be thrilled to read. Sage Parker outdid herself with this one.

The Inn at Crescent Bay, Book 5, continues the threats to Naomi as someone really wants her gone from town. Naomi's divorce is finalized but not before Logan attempts to reconcile with her. Ryan continues to be Naomi's protector which deepens their relationship. More helpful information is uncovered by both Heidi and Crystal. The book ends in a cliffhanger.

These books are all very well written and so worth reading! A great plot and wonderful characters. This Crescent Bay story is full of mysery and suspense in all the right places with so much going on it keeps the pages turning. I loved reading it and I can't wait for the next one.
I do like this series,or you could say book because is divided into short episodes. Not very found of this approach but if you have Kindle Unlimited it’s easy to get into characters and situations.
