Secrets are revealed

The sixth book of the Princesses of Chadwick Castle, "Down with the Crown", continued the story of young princesses Elle and Belle as they search for secrets in the tunnels of their home. With the help of their new friends, the princesses and the ballerinas discover answers to their strange behaviors as well as a plot that could be catastrophic.
The story fit for a princess and the illustrations of artwork suitable for that period of the story compliment the pages well. My daughter has asked a lot of questions about the words used when talking about ballet or royalty. We also talk about the featured artist at the end of the book; this book introduces January Davidszoon de Heem. It had been fun to share and she is ready for book 7.

I've been reading a few of the stories in this series because the writing is just perfectly put together for a child to keep them engaged and challenged throughout the book. This new addition is no different as the story is yet again entertaining with an incredible mystery until the very end. Elle & Belle are really fun characters to follow and my niece and I have really liked them ever since; though we tend to like Belle a lot! I highly recommend this series as it is always fun and engaging.
