It’s so difficult to put into words all the wisdom I’ve received from this book! The meditations are food for your soul, take your time and do them all.

This book resonated with me on such a deep level. It beautifully aligns with so many of the lessons, beliefs, and understandings I’ve been growing into over the past few years. The way it’s broken down makes the ideas and beliefs easy to follow, yet incredibly powerful.
