Snugverse #2

Knot Your Sunshine: A Cozy Omegaverse Romance

Rate this book
When life makes you go viral, hot billionaires apparently slide into your DMs.

After my artisanal hair oil video blows up online, I suddenly become the internet's favorite omega hair salon owner.

But as I bask in my fifteen minutes of fame, a mysterious invitation changes a first-class ticket to Hawaii, with a chance to explore "a business opportunity" at an oceanfront resort...

Little do I know, I’m about to walk straight into a courtship setup orchestrated by three alpha billionaires (who’ve been watching my every video)...

Josh, the nerdy coffee roaster who's all about the hands-on approach.

Keanu, the laid-back surfer eager to teach me to ride waves—among other things.

Noa, the ukulele master whose fingers know exactly how to tease out the sweetest sounds.

Early-retired, they've made pleasure their priority and fully intend to make me embrace their world of endless massages and island escapades.

The only problem? I'm here expecting to talk deals, not to play pampered pack princess.

And yet, when casual negotiations turn into regular humping sessions, I can’t help but ask
What if the most valuable asset I could ever acquire isn't a salon empire... but a pack to call my own?

Knot Your Sunshine is a reverse harem romance with insta-love, low angst, and a guaranteed HEA. It contains knotting, heat, (bonding) bites, MFMM (no sword crossing), and absolutely no choosing!

This standalone is part of a series of interconnected stories that can be read in any order (with recurring cameos).

This was cute but I felt like this was insta love. It isn’t my favorite of the series but it was a good read.

2 stars. I had higher hopes than could be met. I really didn’t get what the business thing was, like I get it was about hair, but did 40 new salons just magically pop up for a week of competition? Feels so far fetched. And if they already were established with the community, what does her model bring to the table when they’re already on a roll? The way the mmcs call her my queen felt so off it was a bit icky for my taste. I didn’t like how she was so against finding her mates that she made a lawyer make a contract for it and then the first time she’s alone with each of them she basically jumps them and all bets are off. I don’t really get the flip flop 180 degree change. I don’t think I’ll be reading anything else that this author has made, life’s too short for very mediocre books.

I loved every second of this book. It’s heartfelt, feel good and the characters are so sweet.

Mia is our career driven omega. I loved how passionate she was and she just needed alphas who would match that energy.

Josh is our sweet lovable nerd. I love an Alpha nerd, they hit every time 😍

Keanu our laidback water loving Alpha, he balances everyone out so well.

Noa our surly ukulele playing Alpha who is of course the pack lead.

All these characters were so amazing and the story was perfect.

Low angst, swoon worthy omegaverse ❤️

Thank you Eve for the ARC.

Good Read

I loved that this story had a strong FMC, especially one who was career focused which you don’t always see with omega characters. I enjoyed the story, I found that I couldn’t put it down. I would recommend giving this book a read.

I really enjoyed book 1 in this series, so was super excited to get an ARC of this book and luckily it was just as good as I had hoped it would be! The FMC was determined and realistic and I loved her. The men were smitten and total simps which is a MUST in any Omegaverse. 🥹 The premise wasn’t my absolute favorite, but I loved that it was set in Hawaii and the men definitely delivered on all the tropical dates and excursions. All of that combined with the spice 🌶️🔥 and I was a happy camper. I highly recommend!

This was a cute, quick read, but I was honestly a little disappointed with it. The story follows Mia, a salon-owner who went viral on Tiktok for her hair oil. She's never had luck in love for to her career-first attitude. She's quite stubborn and puts her all into her work, almost to her detriment. Three billionaire alphas fly her to a resort in Hawaii for a potential business deal with an ulterior motive to confirm a scent match. I thought the progression of the relationships felt really rushed. Where it lost me though, was the miscommunication trope. I won't go into details so there are no spoilers though. It was a cute book, but I just don't think it was the right book for me.

I went into the book with high hopes. I enjoyed the author’s previous entry into this series “Knot Your Sugar” and was excited to read a continuation of her works. However, this book was a disappointment.

The cliched intro of men so rich they could own Heaven was fine; it’s what’s practically expected. It is always exciting to think of being the recipient person who is being showered with love, presents, and adoration. However, in the end, I felt bored and craved something else.

Each man wooed her in a separate way with dates that showed their personal interests and how they shared their passion with the FMC, which is fine. However, I found their hobbies to be boring. Therefore, as the author spent page after page of waxing poetic over coffee plantations or making ukeleles, I started skimming. I sought out something more interesting and actual plot movement that came in predictable waves. It was easy to see where the plot was going which fed into the cozy romantic narrative where things would always work themselves out so it was a low stakes environment even when the FMC appeared to be breaking up with the MMCs.

There was a lot of descriptive repetition like how so much smelled of plumeria and the constant need to draw attention to the fact that the ocean is various shades of blue. Comparative to the last book I read by this author, she spent an inordinate amount of time on the scenery that brought the plot to a standstill. It seemed to be a way of demonstrating the MMCs wealth since they supposedly owned so much of this slice of paradise and were the masters of the area, but it didn’t add anything after the first few mentions.

The addition of Elena and her mates felt like an advertisement for the other book, and to act as a sounding board to answer questions dubious readers might have. However, the presumption that a kidnapper/trafficker wouldn’t be such a wealthy man is a statement that didn’t age well. It was cute about Elena’s (past book FMC’s) mother, Rose, finding a man, but it’s so out of left field that I found myself wondering why it mattered to the overall plot.

In the end, I would not read this book again, which is tragic because I enjoyed the author’s previous book so much that I purchased it after devouring it on KU in one night. I will not let this sour my feelings on this author entirely, so in the future, I will read more of her works.

I want to preface this review by saying I may not have been in the right headspace for this book at the time I ARC read it. I think the bones of this story were good but I also disagree with how the FMC handled a lot of the small conflicts throughout the book with her pack. The choice to use blockers at the start by the MMCs to me made very little sense especially since they had such high suspicions of being scent matched. I do think the FMC stayed true to herself throughout the book but she also had little meaningful character growth. I think the book could have benefited from being longer. All three individual dates devolved into excuses to initiate physical intimacy, and I don’t feel like we learned much about the MMCs. We get very little back story other than we built a company from scratch and got very rich now we live on an island isn’t that great. I also pegged the franchise guy from the start, like, why are we trusting the guy clearly set in his ways that has a stake in the bet with the business to handle all of the information and run the whole thing with no oversight? I dunno, it just wasn’t for me. I do appreciate the opportunity to arc read this book.

I received this book for free as an ARC, all opinions are my own

Noa, Keanu, and Josh find their possible scent match in the most obscure way. They resort to somewhat underhanded tactics to get her to Hawaii, so they can be sure. Mia, fresh off a breakup, decides to take a chance and head to Hawaii to pitch her business idea to an interested company. Things take a bit of a turn when Mia realizes the businessmen she’s meeting with are her scent matches. She needs to protect herself and her business while getting to know the guys. They are super sweet and well meaning, but they don’t always make the right decisions in regard to Mia and what she can handle. Despite their obvious chemistry and heat, they still have things to work through to get to their happily ever after. Such a fun and low angst read. Loved it!

What a novel and somewhat sweet way to discover your scent-matched Omega.  But I did wonder if the pack might have overdone things just a tad.

Josh is adorable, and so are the other two, Noa and Keanu. I loved seeing Elena and her pack again. It's one of my favorite things about standalone yet interconnected series—the characters quickly become lifelong friends.

Mia is an incredible character; her drive, ambition, and focus, though not appreciated by everyone, really drew me in. She craves support rather than being controlled or managed, and that definitely resonated with me.

Another amazing omegaverse story from this author!  Low angst, well enough angst to keep me hooked, with plenty of sweetness to make me melt, well worth the read.

This was a sweet and cozy Omegaverse book.

I enjoy a strong FMC, and Mia definitely delivered. She knew what she wanted and wasn’t your standard submissive omega. I enjoyed her character so much. This book, set primarily in Hawaii, was like a big summery vacation in book form. It was exactly what I needed at the time and was a great, easygoing read.

I loved seeing Elena and her pack from Knot Your Sugar appear again in this book, though this book could definitely be read as a standalone. I always love repeat characters in a series.

Overall, this was a cute and sweet Omegaverse story.

This is my first book to read from this author and I’m so excited I found them! “Knot Your Sunshine” is not your typical omegaverse. Mia is an omega who knows what she wants and is not going to let a bunch of alphas get in her way, even if that means getting an attorney and making them sign a contract. Mia is determined to make sure there’s a connection beyond just I sent. It was so refreshing to read something different! The alpha’s are a little more typical because they attempt to prove they know what’s best for Mia, but she’s not putting up with that. If you love a good omega verse with a twist this is definitely for you!

Cute and Cozy!

This book was a cute omegaverse story that revolved around Mia, her hair salon, and her strong independence that conflicted with her want and need for romance and love. I enjoyed having MMCs like Josh, Noa, and Keanu that were more nerdy and computer savvy rather than being complete, chest-beating, Alpha males. We get to see how Mia, Josh, Noa, and Keanu do in a Hawaiian resort while trying to navigate a new relationship, a booming business, and a looming heat. I definitely recommend it to anyone who has read omegaverse books before! It wasn't super spicy, probably 2 peppers, but there definitely were some intimate moments between the characters.

– Snugverse romcom with flair
What a great book! Happily recommend it. Strong omega & cute-as alphas trying to ensure their scent match chooses them. Fantastic location, setting is described with rich vibrancy – think Jurassic Park without the dinosaurs and danger 😊. I really want to visit their divine sounding ‘special’ place. The plot is lively and never a dull moment, great balance. This is the second book but can be comfortably read as a standalone, as previous characters bring warm stability to the FMC. A beautiful, comfortable read from a very skilled author.

I like this book about how career minded Mia travelled to Hawaii and met her pack.
I want to love this book, but I couldn’t. I like Mia and The fact that she is sticking to her guns about her dreams. I didn’t like the fact that her pack used scent blocker's. That’s dishonest and Mia accepted it and nothing was really said or done. Isn’t them whole point about being yourself and not hiding? That was a sticking point for me and I couldn’t get past it.
The story was well-written and the characters were likeable in the end.

i’m sorry but how are we going to move past that first chapter?? she stood this man up 5 times in one month and then was like “well i WARNED him my work comes first”… did i mention they had only been dating for a month?? right. sorry but that isn’t cute too me. i mean kudos to you being a successful businesswoman and having a successful hair salon, but that’s messed up. anyways i immediately didn’t like this character and refuse to read abt her.

Another Amazing Omegaverse Romance

This was another awesome story of a strong Omega who happened upon her scent matches in three billionaire alphas in Hawaii who came across her hair oil. It was definitely a fun and exciting adventure for her as she and her best friend and her alphas came along to Hawaii to meet the person interested in investing in her. What a surprise! I can’t wait to read more!

Super cute

Fairly low angst and not super dramatic. I love how Mia brought Elena along for the ride and the separate romances. Rose getting her love story in the background is adorable and well earned! There are some miscommunication issues between Mia and her pack but they grow stronger. Honestly reading this really makes me wanna visit Hawaii! Love the details and imagery used.

Knot Your Sunshine by Eve Wolfe is the second in the SnugVerse Romcom series. I loved that Mia was a smart, independent Omega who didn't need any Alphas. This was a cute, loving story. Loved it. Loved the guys for Mia. I love me a nerdy Alpha. Plus a ukulele playing Alpha! Can't wait for more in this series.

Good sweet read

Follow Mia on her adventure to franchise her hair salon, and unknowingly being invited by and meeting her scent matches, when she thought it was just a business trip. Several typos or grammatical errors throughout. Super sweet, with normal relationship woes, and a bit of spice 😁🔥🔥

This is such a cute and comforting read. Mia is so dedicated to her business and making her way in the world. Miscommunication abounds and the guys don’t always do what seems to be the best thing for her. They desperately try to protect her to the best of their ability.

This book was sweet and cozy. Very low angst with the twist of omegaverse. Loved all the characters. I love that the FMC was a character that pop ups from another in the series but is a standalone. And reading about Hawaii didn’t hurt.

Bland sex with a pothole plot

I so wanted to like this book after reading the first one, but I didn’t. The plot was horribly underwhelming and as unrealistic as a book can be. I had to skip a bunch of chapters and ended up just reading the last few and the epilogue.

good story

I feel if the FMC wasn’t so dramatic it would have read a bit better but the foundation of the story is solid. I’ll read more of this authors books for sure. I am an avid omegaverse reader and there was many times I laughed out loud reading this. So I do recommend.

Cozy Spice

This was such a sweet and spicy story. I loved each character and how the relationships developed. All three Alphas are uniquely perfect, and I resonated with Mia’s drive for success and love. It was perfect.

Not as themed but a great read

The first book in the series was full of every baking themed and I was expecting this one to be the same but with hair only it wasn't. Don't get me wrong, I loved it. It just wasn't what I expected it to be.

Le schéma se répète mais cette fois ci avec la meilleur amie de Elena, Mia.
Bon je me suis faite peut-être un peu moins chier que le 1er tome mais pareil ce n'était pas transcendant et trop cliché pour moi.
