Essential insights, but poorly written. Probably because the book is based on live Q&A sessions. This is the teacher lecturing a student, rather than one spiritual being sharing with another. There are now much better alternatives. My recommendation: Byron Katie and her A Thousand Names for Joy: Living in Harmony with the Way Things Are.
