He lives in an isolated cabin in the middle of nowhere, as a recluse, yet still manages to find time to talk to people online, in a positive and delightful manner. Not one of those creepy hermit types though, you understand. It's more of an isolated farm style thing. Or ranch really. He's also interested in three dimensional photography, and long moonlit walks on the beach, sometimes with vampires. Hello Everyone!
In chatting with Dale over the past few weeks, it was decided that he was interested in blogging to you, his readers. The blog he had within the main site was not going to be a viable solution and there were thoughts of just creating a Forum where only he could post and everyone else could reply. This MOD is a nice meeting of the two for what will hopefully be a highly successful blog!
Hoping this first (and only) post by me will kick off a nice method of interaction with Dale's readers!

Captivating addition to Behind the Wall
This story continues the story of Jake Hines, in the universe where our intrepid 15 year old has contact with aliens. The story is wonderfully written, and a great continuation of this series, which started with the book, “ Cul de Sac.” Jake is fifteen, and after watching his mother die and sustaining life threatening injuries, he is put in solitary for an entire month. He is released into his grandparent’s care and their unconventional world. There are many trials and devastations, but this young/old man will not give up, or in. His friends and allies have to rally around him, and they do. I hope there are many more in this series, I’m fascinated to know what happens in Earth’s introduction to other civilizations.

The story moves ahead
Jake continues to be one of a kind. It's his nature to save people. He would live in misery if he didn't. Damn the consequences! So he does, and there are consequences. But that's school for you. Meanwhile, his extraordinary talents continue to grow, and his helpful nature takes him into national and even worldwide situations, never leaving his little piece of the world, except when he's in space, of course! Another great book by PS Powers...
