Quill is an acquired taste.
I’m sick because as a Jatoria stan, this book didn’t hit for me and I really wanted it to. 😔🤦🏾♀️
Here’s my pros:
Quill loved Niecey down from day 1. Let’s be clear…the Brasi family are all equally crazy and Quill was no exception. He moved swift and with precision when it came to getting and keeping Niecey. It started a lil rocky due to him psyching her out, but when his plan was set in motion, where was she gonna hide? He stood on business and he supported both her and her brother. Niecey of course had to learn to let him in and not sabotage receiving her blessing regardless of the few hurdles they had to jump.
Cons:
I don’t in any shape or form get down with cannibalism. That part of the book was difficult for me to push past. Perhaps it skewed my outlook on the book in its entirety, but I don’t believe it did. I literally had to block out the thought of it just to push through to the end. I love a good unhinged, powerfully dark lover. Yet, every time he kissed Niecey, my only thought was, “Girl, you have no idea what he’s done with that mouth!” I wasn’t just morally disgusted (and I read some pretty dark things), I was physically disgusted. 🤢🤮
There were also a few scenes I felt Jatoria missed an opportunity to showcase her talent for colorful words. It was like she cut the scene too quickly and left more to be desired.
That’s me though. If you can stomach it…give it a go!

Quill was definitely layered. He loved him some Niecy. And we saw how he was a sweet and protective partner. But some of the things he did…the turkey baster….the pizza….the gun in the restaurant. Like it just made me not want to like him. I enjoyed the character’s inner dialogues though. They made me giggle. I had some unanswered questions and there were a couple of things that I wish were addressed by the end of the book

Deliciously Dark & Funny
The author told us to trust her and honestly why not?
Biggest lesson learned in this sweet and enduring dark romance: ladies if you don't want to end up preggers do not! I mean do not! Leave a turkey baser in your house with your one night stand still awake while you catch post-sex snoozes. If you do be prepared for a jerking off to your combined sex juices-special type of pizza eating-help you take your panties off before you pee-I like to cut open brains psycho to be your Hubby-come Baby Daddy.
This read was a delight! Quill felt like such a breath of fresh air but don't trip, the Brasi family is filled with a lot of crays who speak reckless. Quill is the perfect insta-That's My Wife Over There Falling in Love ah murdery dude. It's so sweet and romantic the way he will talk about murking anyone who hurts his girl and baby.
Nicey was another strong character. Her insecurities made sense. She didn't hold out too long and she felt like a well rounded character. She just needed to recognize the good man she had, willing to quietly stalk her as a form of courtship is the highest honor.
This read goes by quick but I had a blast with Quill and the Brasi bunch, even though this is the finale I hope we get at least some short stories here and there for the others such as Cloud and even Sage would have been a hoot to read. Such a goodt goodt man, that Quill!

Great Read
In part one. I thought Navy was the psychotic sibling when he became a serial killer and forced Marli to marry him but his brother Quill might have him beat when it comes to being crazy. Quill isn't the average neurosurgeon. Underneath that doctor coat is the twin version of Hannibal Lecter. The one night stand Niecy had with Quill had binded them for life when Niecy told him she was pregnant. However Niecy didn't know how deeply obsessed Quill was with her and that he got her pregnant on purpose. I felt sorry for Niecy and her brother Shawn. Especially after learning that their father didn't raise them on love. He raised them in a physically and mentally abusive home after their mother passed away. Even as full grown ass adults. Their father thought he had the right to be physically and mentally abusive to them. Shawn couldn't fully live in his truth because he was afraid of how his father would react. Niecy didn't even want to tell her father she was pregnant but somehow he found out and showed his entire ass. I knew Quill was going to find out what Jamestown done to Niecy and Shawn. His reaction had me ready to throw up and stop reading. I didn't expect Niecy reaction when she found out what happened to their father. Shawn played his part well. I wasn't surprised that Quill killed Carlos. I knew that was going to happen sooner or later.

I thought Navy was throwed but Quill might just have him beat!! I cannot believe he turkey basted Niecy and purposely got her pregnant among other things! At this point, the parents have to be throwed off too! Niecy grew up with an abusive father so it was hard for her to open up to Quill in the beginning and I can guarantee you she has no idea what she has gotten herself into!! She is deserving of genuine love and friendships though. I think Quill could have told her the truth about everything and she would have stayed but then again I don't know.
I enjoyed this installment of the Brasi Family but it looks as if this is the end of the road for them and that makes me sad because I was hoping that Sage got a book...

5 Stars – Quill is Crazy… But I Couldn’t Get Enough!
This story had me hooked from the very beginning! It follows Quill, who goes to some wild and devious lengths to get Niecy—and he’s not stopping anytime soon. Quill is crazy as hell, but Niecy secretly loves every bit of it (even if she won’t admit it at first). The pacing was perfect and kept my attention the whole time. I also really appreciated the setup for future stories—it made me excited to see what’s coming next. One of my favorite parts was the baby shower scene—I was cracking up! Even though Quill keeps secrets, you can tell it’s because he thinks it’s the only way to protect what they have. If you like intense love, drama, and just the right amount of chaos, this one’s for you.

You know Quill is a quiet crazy and that is concerning. I feel like this is Jatoria's version of a fluffy romance because Quill and Neicy's relationship isn't all that hectic and a weirdly smooth ride.
I will never eat anything that comes out of their house and Neicy shouldn't either!
Even though Neicy is a attorney she seems aloof and not tapped into to what Quill be doing. That could be her way of separating his crazy side from his loving side. 🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️
Neicy's inner monolog did have me chuckling at times especially during the baby shower because Sage is on another level.
If he didnt like a certain type of meat, he wouldn't be too bad. So its still 0/4 Brasi men I would date 🤣🤣

not as interesting as the first, but it’s still ok
I didn’t enjoy this book as the first one I feel like this book had a lot of potential, but we were just hearing was how the MMC is a bad guy who loves evil even though he’s a neurosurgeon also, he is a carnival and all sorts of things, but maybe he does one or two bad things that we see at the same time like it felt rushed. It felt so rushed. This is one of the books. That’s really disappointed me when it comes to the authors writing I didn’t like this book. maybe they should’ve just left it on book one that would’ve been cool. I feel we didn’t need

Quill and Niecy
I really like Quill. He's kinda sweet and he ain't as crazy as Navy nor Mason but don't get it twisted cause bruh is touched up top also. The turkey baster had me bent but the pizza took me all the way out😂😂😂. I'm glad Quill loved Niecy like he did because she deserved it after being raised by a father like hers. He deserved what Quill did to him. This was a great read and I look forward to the rest of the Brasi family, especially Sage.💘💘

A Perfect Ending- Please read
This was the perfect end into the story. I do feel like it was a little bit short, but it is perfect for the characters. The MMC is exactly what I expected him to be, and I love how the FMC accepted him without any unnecessary drama. This book was a breath of fresh air away from a lot oflong drawnout drama thank you to Jatoria. Can’t wait for your future work.

I see with all the creativity and education in this family, not a soul thought about adding a therapist to their clan!!!…
There were so many times that I all I could do is laugh because the thoughts and behaviors scared me for real!!!…
I enjoyed this book thoroughly though and can’t wait to read more by this author!!!…Took a very creative mind to be able to pull something off that was so insane!!!…

this book was somehow worst than the first book. it seemed so boring and it wasn’t well put together, the turkey baster incident seemed so unrealistic, the gun scene at the restaurant was weirddddd. then the whole dad thing and for her to not even question it was like ummm igh so we just a yes man now??? i don’t like this series and i would advise you not to waste your time reading this unless you just like bad stories…

I absolutely love the Brasi family. The limits they will go to in order to get their women is absurd. The book had me laughing sometimes and my mouth was wide open during other parts. Great read!!! I don't know who is worse Navy or Quill. I hope we get books on the rest of the siblings including Sage.

Quill. Well, from the first chapter it was pedal to the floor. Everyone in this family is unhinged! And I’m here for it! Niecy wasn’t ready and low key scared of Sage. Hell I’m scared I’d her 😂🤣. This was insta love and to the point! Quill saw, desired and conquered. Niecy didn’t have a chance!

It’s Quill for me!
Baby one thing for sure two things for certain Ms. Jatoria is going to write crazy and write it well. I thought Navy was something but baby Quill did it for me! He was a whole calculated cannibal in the streets. I thoroughly enjoyed this book more so than I did Navy. This was a good time!

I spent my Juneteenth enjoying this book , my mouth was open every time Quill did something. I thought mason was off then levy was worst but quill HE takes the cake along with sage. The baby shower scene had me laughing so hard. One thing , I know these men are crazy and off especially Quill but they love hard and they are wealthy , protective and LOYAL. I enjoyed the series.

This book was just a good as the first book…The Brasi children are very peculiar…However I love how the ride for each other…The way Navy had always loved Marli since they were children and now Quil finding love on his supposed one night stand is crazy work…However it all worked out in the end!!!

Ok so right now Quill is the more crazy one. No he is diabolical. That daddy scene and then the aftermath of consoling the wife was so funny and so wrong. If the entire family is as crazy as Navy and Quill we are in for a treat.

Wow!
The Brasi Family OMG. Not sure if I’m a fan of Quill or scared to death of him. He is definitely strange and complexed. Loved the family connections and the friendships within the story.
