When Cordelia catches Harrison cheating, their once-perfect life together turns into a battlefield. Refusing to back down or leave, both stake their claim to the house — but Cordelia’s not about to lose without a fight. With her mischievous sister Miranda by her side, they unleash a series of pranks and schemes designed to make Harrison’s life a living nightmare. As Cordelia fakes a steamy new relationship with their irresistible neighbor Damon, Harrison realizes he’s losing more than just the house. A game of revenge, love, and ultimate comeuppance unfolds — and in the end, only one will walk away victorious.
This is a lighthearted, feel-good novella — perfect for a cozy evening or a weekend escape. Quick to read and full of charm, Cordelia's story delivers romance, sass, and sisterly love in a bite-sized package.
I've been inhaling all of Myranda Henty's stories the past couple of days, and this one is the total winner. I dived in blind, thinking this was just another of her awesome cheating stories. It was, but it also had phenomenal sister characters who made this story absolutely brilliant. I cannot remember the last time I laughed out loud so many times reading a story, like I did reading this one today. This story was awesome. It started out with a smidgen of cheating angst, all caused by an arrogant turd Hero, who was caught screwing his new (VERY YOUNG) side piece, by his girlfriend in her house. Cordy and Harrison fight over the house they pooled their money together to buy. Cordy just wants the money back that she put into their home; and pretentious, dickhead Harrison wants her to move and let him keep everything. He's such an insufferable and selfish asshole. It was a riot watching Cordy's sister take him down. And boy, did she! This story is another of my very top favorites of 2025, and I'm definitely going to read this baby all over again in the very new future!
Harrison cheats on Cordelia in their new home In Their bed. CIA. As if that’s not enough he moves his young gf into the same house. He won’t buy Cordelia out he offers a bond wth is that? This book is very British definitely not American but the cheater ex works at Wal mart Pharmacy…Miranda the sister of Cordelia pranks Harrison. I sort of got tired of all the pranking. I like more angst and less pranks. Cordelia finds love and her hea with her Nextdoor neighbor. Harrison ends up a loser.
This book had me laughing out loud. Cordelia's boyfriend cheats on her but both refuse to leave the house. This escalates into a war, with Cordelia and her sisters against the cheating ex and his woman, who moves into the house. Enter a fake boyfriend, the hot guy next door, and it's all a game of comeuppance and endurance. Loved it. Quick read (140 pages), light on the angst, but there is some. And for God sakes, don't read if you're sensitive to on-page cheating. Sick of reading reviews where people hate a book despite being warned of the triggers. Can't wait for Miranda's story.
So much fun! I’m enjoying these petty revenge drama filled novellas 😅.
Girlfriend moves in w boyfriend of a year. These buy a house together. 4 mo later she find him screwing much younger woman in their bed. Cheater says he lives OW and wants to h to live out of their new house immediately. He will give her enough money to get into a new place like a months rent. She wants what she invested in the house back around 15-20,000 or she ain’t moving out.
They both won’t bend and leave so let the game begin. Cheater moves 18yr old OW in and flaunts it in the h face and has loud sex daily in the next room.
h and her sister start pranks (mostly the sister cause the h is devastated) The hot next door neighbor who has had the hits for her since she moved in starts to fake date her in order to annoy the cheater. The h and real H fall in love and just want the cheater out. The cheater gets comeuppance The OW was young and stupid and moves on but no comeuppance for her.
New H and h get amazing HEA
Safety H no info ther then he had a GF a year before and he liked the h from the start. 4 mo after they meet she catches her BF cheating
h was still sleeping w her BF up till she caught him cheating

I think a lot of people would like this lively book about a scrappy woman who gets her revenge, complete with slapstick elements. This author is very popular on Wattpad.
For me, though, there was too much realness in terms of fluids and gross bodily stuff, like a discussion about popping an enormous zit.
I’m not going to give a low score to a book because of my individual preferences when others might enjoy it, so I’m not leaving a rating.

So this was a book with the cheating trope. Harrison had cheated on Cordy. Her sister Miranda makes his life miserable. Parts were funny but then you just feel bad for Harrison.
This was pretty funny, I found myself laughing out loud several times and giggling even more. I loved the side characters and will be diving into Miranda’s book next. It’s not a particularly well written story as it started on Wattpad but it was good for what it is. I wouldn’t say this is a romance even though there is an HEA with the FMC and her new man. But the story wasn’t really too focused on that, it was more about the shenanigans surrounding the situation with her cheating ex. I’d recommend this for anyone who is looking for a quick, lighthearted read.
Safety: This is completely safe as far as the FMC and new MMC go. There is a bit of on page cheating with the ex and his teenage lover but nothing really graphic. The new MMC had broken up with his last girlfriend a year before and there was no mention of him being with anyone since then. FMC was with her ex up until she found him cheating on her so only a few months before she got with the new MMC. No scenes with her and the ex though.

From almost angsty to crazy to wtfly icky/nasty. I did not care for the premise - living with your ex and his new gf - but still read on, hoping for some revenge and light moments.
Basically the POS cheats, moves in his young gf into their home, hoping the fmc would out. But treh fmc is made of sterner stuff so she battens down and refuses to leave. Her sister, friends - and the hot neighbor - aid her in annoying the cheater, hoping he'd move out. Yes, I love a good revenge on the cheater but this did not work for me.
So, the new gf is 'forgiven' and moves into their posse, because well, she's young and impressionable? I did not care for her - she knew he had a live-in gf (the fmc) when she moved into the fmc's home, and did her best to provoke her. So, in my book - she is a nasty piece of work. To redeem her in order to annoy the ex-bf did not do it for me.
This got increasingly ridiculous and I can never imagine myself doing this. Aka un-relatable! I would move out asap even if I lost on money or whatever.

Okay, so I’m dying. Miranda was EVERYTHING, no contest. 😂 She was the true star. But Cordelia and Damon were the perfect sidekicks, like lowkey hilarious. I did feel a teeny tiny bit sorry for Harrison at the end… but then I was like, nah. He’s still stuck in his same old mess, so no sympathy here. Honestly, he’s just arrested development in human form. 🙄
But seriously. Miranda’s book next, right? Are all the sisters getting one?? Because if that’s the case, I’m so in. Anyway, that’s my two cents! Catch ya later! 😘
This was a hilarious novella about a woman who walks in on her live in boyfriend cheating on her with his 28 year old colleague ( fmc is 23 and loser bf is 27). They had just bought the house together after dating several years and she refuses to give it up...but so does he. The lisee even moves in his hussy to torture the fmc out of the house.
Her sister grts the ex good with hilarious pranks and the fmc finds new love with a neighbor willing to engage in fake dating and fake sex to get revenge on the ex and drive him out.
Its nothing too deep but Id recommend the book if you need a good laugh.
A silly and fun romance about a betrayed woman getting her revenge on her cheating partner. The new hero is a serious upgrade and her sister, Miranda, steals the book. Will read more by this author.
The sisters have Shakespeare names, hence the series title, and they are all hysterically funny! I adored all of them. This first book is about Cordelia, AKA Cordy. Her and her boyfriend have bought a house, in a neighborhood that is predominantly elderly. The next door neighbor is pretty much the only young person in the neighborhood. The boyfriend is a weird guy with a phobia of germs, but he turns out to be a cheater. And just like the description says, neither of the MCs wants to leave their investment in the house.
And enter sister Miranda.
This was really funny! I loved the sisters, and I love that the next door neighbor was compared to Henry Cavill, who I adore.
KU read and looking forward to more sister stories.
I started this book on Wattpad before realizing it had been moved to Kindle Unlimited.
Cordelia, a 23-year-old pharmacist sales rep, and her 26-year-old Pharmacist boyfriend, Harrison, are living together in a house they just bought. But when Cordelia catches Harrison cheating with his 18-year-old intern, Emma, her world is turned upside down. Harrison demands that she leave the house since he contributed more to the deposit, and he wants Emma to move in. Despite his hurtful actions, Cordelia stays, moping around while Harrison flaunts his new relationship in her face. Harrison refuses to give back Cordelia the money she invested in the house (15k) so she digs in like a tick even after the new girlfriend moves in, literally day after the cheating incident.
Initially, I didn't like Cordelia. She wallows in misery, refusing to leave despite how toxic the situation gets. Her sister Miranda, however, encourages her to fake date the hot neighbor, Damon, to get back at Harrison. Miranda also pranks Harrison the entire book. It was mostly hilarious. As the book wore on, it got a little too immature for me. As Harrison’s life spirals—he loses his job, his reputation, his teenage girlfriend and his mindCordelia slowly moves on, starting a real relationship with Damon.
The side characters, particularly Cordelia’s sisters, provide much-needed humor and support. But as Harrison’s life unravels due to his selfishness, Cordelia finally buys him out of the house. Three years later, she and Damon are happily living together, planning for the future. Ten years on, Harrison is still single and stalking Cordelia on social media, watching her thrive with her family.
Definitely a quick, fun and humorous read.

this book did make me laugh lout loud a couple of times. Do not take it seriously going in. The first H is caught with a much younger girl, the h is devastated. Does she move out, no she stays and the H moves in his hussy. Hijinks ensue because the h has some great sisters who make the H life miserable. He does get comeuppance, nothing crazy, the ow isn't evil just young and naive (she moves on eventually) and there is no hea for him. The h, gets a new man, fake dating into a real relationship and cute epilogue. The sisters are funny, but OTT. I liked the shakespear references. The pranks were silly and that kept me from taking this book seriously at all however it was entertaining and silly and fun especially given that I dnf a few books lately. I think the author is british, there were references that I had to look up.
I loved this book 😂 I am so glad someone did a review to say that this was actually funny (although it was also brutal because of the cheating, lying husband).
Honestly, I probably would have been arrested if my ex-husband did that to me…like I would relentlessly destroy his life.
I loved the FMC’s sister! She was like my spirit animal. The shit she did to the husband 🤣 The cats 🐈 🤣 and “EMBARRISON (instead of Harrison). I literally laughed every time she called him that :)
I have been into this cheating trope for the past couple weeks, and like, I’ll be honest, I don’t know why I continue to do this to myself 🤯 This was such a breath of fresh air. I love when the FMC’s life gets better, and the MMC’s get worse.
Very enjoyable laugh out loud book. Well written. No boring parts or dragged out storyline. Unique story. Original H was pitiful by the end. New H was awesome. Not OTT but definitely retriever personality. Loved him. The h was a strong woman. Great character. Loved her funny sister Miranda. She was awesome. Made the book funny. Loved the closeness of the h family. So good. Great long epilogues.
Sometimes cheating books are rage reads for me because the author depicts the h as weak but not this one.
Absolutely brilliant book, couldn’t put it down. It is about the genre of cheating, and what happens is pretty awful but the whole book is hilarious. The revenge is brilliant especially by big sister Miranda. The things she did just had me howling with laughter . I read it in one sitting and I will read it again. Justice was served on the cheating ex fiancé and there is a HEA. If you avoid books with cheating you might want to make an exception for this novel.
The book was absolutely worth the read. It was quick but holy crap it was packed to the gills with hilarity. I know this book was about Cordelia but my God I love Miranda.
Obviously, Harrison’s ending was pretty far fetched and definitely a whole lot of what every woman who has ever been cheated on hopes will happen to the the cheating ex but Miranda seriously made this worth the read!
I like these types of books, where the cheater has to face his regret. I’m not the type for redemption in the hopes they get back together. Growth from realizing your mistakes is always good. If your partner cheats sometimes it’s not the pain of heartbreak, but also self worth, because you want to know why? When it was never you, it was the cheater needing an ego boost.
This is a humorous short vengeance fantasy wherein our hapless heroine fights to get half of the value from the couple's home after her fiancé finds a new love but refuses to leave the house. I laughed out loud at some of the pranks the heroine's sister played on the scurvy boyfriend - my favorites were replacing the hand sanitizer with lube and the autocorrect.
OMG! This was hilarious! Karmas served with a vengeance! MFC has a dorky boyfriend who is absolutely clueless. His actions were cringey. But the payback was the best I’ve ever read!😂
I have NEVER heard of this author. I picked book because the blurb was intriguing.. I won’t spoil the book for anyone, just know it is funny, and Miranda’s antics I worth the price of the book.
Well, this was one heck of a ride, and I loved every bit of it. Fabulous characters with *just enough* “extra” to their personalities that made it comedic without overkill.
Love this book ,funny and revenge is great ,loved the sister she was definitely the best character and I'm so glad the girlfriend of the cheating idiot was strong enough to not forgive him
A very different story......I would know, since I read 4+ books a weeks. I just loved this "laugh out loud" book and will definitely seek out more books by this author.
Everyone needs a sister or bestie like Miranda in their life! I laughed out loud so many times for a book of this length! The banter is fantastic, Damon is a gem, and the epilogue with 10 years in the future is perfect.
First time reading this author's books but it was a good time. Gawd Harrison was just insufferable and when I started to pity him a bit he just had to be sure to let you know he learned NOTHING. But Miranda was an absolute blast! Absolutely loved the HEA!
Great banter Tons of pranks. I hate pranks, but understand the usefulness in this story. Not very emotionally arresting for a cheating story Harrison is definitely the TA (think Reddit AITA) and needs therapy. Very little spice. Lots of grammar typos.
