What an awesome addition to The Heart of Stone Trilogy. I have always loved Tristan and Nina's story, and this novella seemed to make it complete. This was a short, sweet read about life with the Stone family since the birth of the babies. Told in dual POV, this was a great little Christmas story.
Thank you to K.M. Scott for giving us a little more of Tristan and Nina, I never tire of reading about them. If you have not read The Heart of Stone series, you are really missing out on some great books, and if you have read the series, then you know what I mean when I say that I hate to see this series end.

It's so nice to see Tristan and Nina so happy and doing well. I loved the little Christmas short story. I only wish it were longer. I really miss them.

So, I have read this novella in a collection, “The Naughty List”. I got it through a newsletter from one of the authors of the collaboration. So, I read it, but I don't know the former books to that story. Unfortunately, I don't think I will read them. It's kind of a quirk of mine. Because I know some content of the Heart of Stone trilogy through this novella, it would be like making a step back. I don't want to do that, so I just let it go.

But it is a lovely and sweet story. That's for sure. Though, I wasn't much into the characters. That would be due to the not knowing the series behind it, of course. And a little on the part of Nina's behavior. So, it was fitting for a Christmas story, but it didn't make we want to read more about it.

Still, a solid read for the time being. I give it 4 stars.

short novella - doesn’t add much to the series

So I loved this series though by book three I thought it was a little dragged out. I only read this because I wanted to see their ending and I got this far so why not finish!. It’s a quick read / novella but it was cute enough and glad it’s wrapped up.

Can I get a Mr. Stone too?

I am indeed in love with this author. She knows how to make you remember a certain scene either from book 1 to right now. I am so in love with Ethan. “Mama” lol I hope to read soon about Ethan. Can chance we will see more of Jordan?

Tristan and Nina's story has already captured our hearts, but to add in a snippet of Christmas puts their saga in a whole new level. Very entertaining and very heartwarming. A power couple that knows the true meaning of togetherness and family - but always adds in a little spice.

I don't recall reading any other books in this series, so I wasn't familiar with Tristan and Nina's background story. Maybe that would have helped because I didn't like Nina at all. She was childish, bordering on TSTL.

Maybe I'll look into this series. It could change my view on this story.

This short story was okay. It was weird that the kids were only a year old in this while they were 5 years old at the end of the last book.

With the approaching holidays, Tristan has planned a surprise trip for Nina and their 3 children, as they have triplets. A storm is coming and so Tristan is trying to get everything arranged without Nina knowing and so the nanny and he are in cahoots planning everything.

Nina loves Tristan so much, but after having triplets and learning how to adjust their schedules to accommodate their love life around their beautiful babies, Nina is feeling a little insecure about being attractive to Tristan still, even with her slight weight gain she is still working on losing. Tristan is a very handsome man, and she is so insecure that even though she knows in her heart Tristan loves her just the way she is, she sees him whispering to the Nanny all the time and feels scared he is straying.

The storm has started hitting before they are ready to leave and it is Christmas Eve day and Nina runs out to get Tristan a gift he won't know about after he guessed the first gift she got him was a watch! Nina still has not gotten used to having to take security with her and being driven around so she tells the Nanny she is going to go get something in town. Nina slips out without her security and driver and walks to town. Then the storm hits.

Watch what happens as the story unfolds and when Tristan realizes Nina is gone, without her security or driver, he goes ballistic with worry and he has everyone out looking for her. The Nanny feels terrible(she is over 40 years old and the motherly type which is hilarious where Nina's thoughts are) Tristan tells her not to feel bad he knows how Nina is and goes out to look for her.

He finds her in an empty cottage down from their home, and after his car goes off the snowbank, watch how a frantic Tristan finds his Nina, and there they are finally able to put some ghosts to rest about Nina and her insecurities about herself and her marriage and the love she has for this man in her life.

I loved this book, and it was so nice to read about Tristan and Nina again! Things have changed and yet the main things haven't! This book is filled with love between Nina, Tristan and their adorable children, and steamy sex scenes all add up to a wonderful holiday novella!

I gave this book 5***** stars and this is one of my new favorite holiday reads!

REVIEW: 4.25 stars--A HEART OF STONE CHRISTMAS is the latest novella in KM Scott’s adult, contemporary Heart of Stone erotic romance series focusing on Tristan and Nina Stone. Their continuing story finds our couple and now family of five preparing for the upcoming Christmas holidays. With a severe winter storm approaching, Tristan is determined to give Nina the best Christmas ever but Nina’s emotional strength will begin to crumble as the holidays draw near.

KM Scott pulls the reader into an intimate look at one couple’s struggle for intimacy after the birth of their children. Like many women following the birth of their child, Nina battles with her self image and self esteem, and in this our heroine is in need of a little one on one time with the man that she loves. But fate and Mother Nature take it upon themselves to intercede in the best laid plans.

A HEART OF STONE CHRISTMAS novella is a provocative, seductive and emotional storyline. There are moments of tenderness between a husband and wife matched by the ferocity of erotic sex between two people drawn together by physical and emotional needs. KM Scott gives us another glimpse into Tristan and Nina’s life, their love and their expanding family.

I love Tristan and Nina's story and I am really happy the author put the final touches on their love. It's a short and sweet story and totally worth the read. It touches on how Nina feels about her body after she gives birth, which is something I'm sure many women can relate to. The love between the two of them is so beautiful and even though I know this might be the last time we hear about Tristan and Nina, it is the perfect Happily Ever After fans could ask for.

Well done.
