This book wastes no time in introducing the main characters and what exactly their challenges will be. I loved the more "scientific" explanations about the virus. The doo doo hits the fan very quickly and they are overwhelmed by cases, (not just on their station). It is a short story and goes along quickly. There is room at the end for a continuation or offshoot from this story. I really enjoyed this.
