“Held” is a gentle and intimate peek into the author’s journey of restoration and embodiment. Their poetry is rich and succinct, painting a picture of the stories of hurt and restoration that make up a life. It is specific to the author’s experience, but touching in a way that spoke to me in my hurts and healing as well. This book is a gift and I will return to it.
