Officially this is a commentary on the Shach’s תקפו כהן. But, it can be read by itself. Volume 1 has 4 כללים. Topics discussed are possession engendering the rights of ownership and adverse possession in cases of doubt or litigant dispute.
Very technical halachic work which requires effort to understand. The commentary is excellent and explaining the issues and providing background.
