Livia Koi writes the kind of steamy, heart-tugging romances that make you believe in love all over again. Her stories are filled with protective alpha heroes, bold heroines with bite, and sparks that fly from the very first page.
She’s all about forbidden love, delicious age gaps, fake dating that gets way too real, and boss-employee dynamic that breaks every rule. Enemies-to-lovers? Yes, please. Opposites attract? Even better.
Livia lives for razor-sharp banter, slow-burn seduction, and scenes that go from witty to wicked in a heartbeat. If you’re into sizzling chemistry, laugh-out-loud clashes, and toe-curling makeups—welcome to your new addiction.
A few fun facts:
Livia is a proud middle child (where drama and sarcasm are practically genetic), swears chocolate before bed is a life necessity, and unapologetically adds salt to her Coke—don’t knock it till you try it.

I really wanted to like this. I did and I promise I didn’t hate it but the story is just all over the place. The pacing is choppy and there were moments where I felt like I was missing important parts of the story but I wasn’t. Also Hazel’s parents confused me. The way her father was acting you would think she’s 16 but I’m sure she’s in her mid to late 20s. So how are you calling the cops on Ethan?!?
Well this was actually unexpected 😎 i loved this short, sweet and spicy novella its a debut by this author and it delivered 🤩,
Friendly Tip: the book is free and available for download in the author’s Bio 😉
I loved Ethan and Hazel story she is a teacher and he is a parents/single dad of one of the students, you get the idea now its forbidden yet so tasty🥵, i liked hazel’s personality she holds her ground and fights back, Ethan lacks in some areas he want to work on and he trully does, especially for his daughter
The only bad thing about this book was it was short and i wanted more of them and the relationship and the character development because there would have alot of maturing for each character , i picked up the book on a whim and it was the best decision i made during this weekend, please give it a go it will be so fun.
4.5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫
Trops: -Single Dad -Forbidden Romance -Billionaire CEO -Enemies to Lovers -One night stand -Dual POV -Opposites attract
Hazel doesn’t particularly like her boss. She finds him rude and arrogant. Until she accidentally see’s him naked and now she can’t get him out of her head. Ethan just thinks of her as his daughter’s piano teacher until one night they cross the line. They shouldn’t be together but neither of them can stay away. Until they realise Ethan is Hazel’s dad’s best friend. But now they’ve found each other they won’t let anyone stand in their way.
This was a super short novella that was full of spice and drama. I enjoyed it but it could have been a bit longer to expand the story more.
This novella might be quick to read, but it packs all the heat and chemistry I could want. The story hooked me instantly—fast-paced, full of sparks, and oh-so-addictive. Perfect when you need a bite-sized romance fix that still leaves you fanning yourself. 🔥
If you love short reads with big steam, this one’s a must!
I travel a lot for work, and I stumbled on this short novella—exactly what I needed.
It’s a sweet and scorching romance between silver fox billionaire Ethan and his young piano muse Harper. The steamy obsession between them had me hooked, and I devoured the entire book during my trip.
For a short novella, I didn’t expect too much—but Livia nailed it. ❤️🔥
Disclaimer: I was given this as a free copy before the next billionaire book
Nice short spicy story with an older billionaire and the piano teacher. Sparks fly- when life happens will they burn out or embrace eachother? Find out.
Only reason this is not 5 star was the short length of the story, would have absolutely read more
Hazel see her boss of his ful naked glory by accident! Ethan can't get his daughter panic teacher out of his mind!! Great characters, fun, sad and wonderful story!!! But what happens when the man your falling for just happens to be your fathers best friend? I highly recommend!!!!
This was… meh. I know it’s a novella and therefore a short story with a fast pace. But it still felt choppy, off and a little rushed. I was confused while reading it, because the timeline wasn’t “told” - you had to guess most times.
Though this was not for me, I’ll definitely try and read a full book by this author and not just this novella.
