There are places in the book to write down your responses to the questions asked. Love the author's human side where he tells you about another and their problem and how they are able to solve the why's and move forward. Very touching and compassionate. Quotes are also included at the start of chapters. Lots about triggers but also how to overcome them. Like checkmark list from social interactions and belonging. So many to check off. Steps to take: set your intention, take action, reflect and outcome. So much to learn about and understand. At times things are so intense that I don't follow along til I read the next section where it's more personalized by a true story. Bonus ebook is offered at the end. Resources are listed at the end.
