A good starter book for someone who has not been exposed to exercise, mobility, strength training or nutrition and is the third act of life. Informative, insightful, and plenty of pictures and illustrations to facilitate understanding.
If you’re at the intermediate or advanced of nutrition and exercise, this book will be a good refresher, but provide little insight into advancing your efforts.

such a helpful book
This book has been so helpful for me. Everything is broken down simply and understandably to help customize a plan for yourself. And the explanations and photographs of the exercises are some of the best I’ve seen. I highly recommend this book for anyone looking for practical ways to get stronger and more mobile to fight stiffness and pain and retain physical independence.
