A paranormal romance with a whole new twist.
Dr Summer Vale (nice foreshadowing 😉) has no idea the turn her life is about to take on the next full moon.
Centuries old vampire Fabian has a long held secret obsession.
And second in command werewolf Rowan can’t keep his hands off the pretty doctor.
This fast paced part supernatural thriller part love triangle romance had me hooked from the start. Ms Rush wastes no time jumping right in on the action. Keep on high alert because she throws a lot of lore at you really fast. But that’s what made this book so enjoyable for me. We didn’t get bogged down in back story or bored to tears with endless research and training.
While romance was a major factor, there was way more to the plot than that. The few spicy scenes were appropriate for the moment and the characters’ development but most of the story was devoted to Summer discovering herself and the external threat to her world.
All in all, an exciting and quick read that had me picking up my kindle in every free moment. Looking forward to book 2 to see how much our girl grows!

"Crescent Moon" by Cara Rush is an absolute delight! This book brings together a vampire, a werewolf, and a witch in a fun and thrilling story that’s packed with romance and supernatural drama. Cara Rush does a fantastic job of blending these classic characters into a fresh and exciting tale.
The characters are super relatable and well-written. You’ll find yourself rooting for the brooding vampire, the loyal werewolf, and the mysterious witch as they navigate their complicated relationships and the challenges that come with their different worlds. The chemistry between them is electric!
Rush’s writing is engaging and flows smoothly, making it easy to get lost in the story. The world she creates is vivid and immersive, pulling you right into the action. Plus, the themes of acceptance and fighting against prejudice add a nice layer of depth to the plot.
