Maybe it’s going to be a useful book for someone very new to most concepts and logical thinking as well as introspection as a whole, but if you have over 10 years of experience in management and/or business school or psychology background you will find this quite basic.
Also most of the “advice” is obvious and not really helpful. Think: are you worrying to much? Advice: put things into perspective. Think if it’s gonna matter in x years. Then let it go. Are you too stressed? Advice: try to take it easy and learn to live with the uncertainty. Are you thinking too much? Try to give yourself an advice as if you were someone else, etc.
The best thing I read in this book is to time box your worries. Still easier said than done but the idea to “let yourself worry, but time box it to 30’” is quite useful as it gives you space to think things through. Three stars for this thought.
