Lynn Hall grew up in Sarnia Ontario and after graduating high school attended university in both Vancouver and Toronto. She moved to Winnipeg in the late 70's and it is there that she raised her 3 children. In 2005 she moved to Vancouver and has worked up to just recently and has just retired from a 32 year career.

She has taken up writing Kindle books and to date has published 5. Her first 3 books are cookbooks, including recipes that are easy to make, healthy and yummy. Her new book is on decluttering a subject close to her heart as she knows this is a sure way of reducing stress in one's life. Just released is her book titled Stop Procrastinating Now! She believes all of us can benefit from this.

TOC where recipes are broken up into food categories.
Each recipe starts with a title, tiny color photo, servings and short sentence about the dish.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for her healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, low sugar and fresh vs. canned items.
Directions are given and facts are included for better nutrition.
Zucchini sound good and will wait for when they are grown from the garden this summer.
Red velvet heart cakes sound and look easy to make.
Conclusion and other works by the author are highlighted at the end.
