A return to history and the religious courts (whether of the first century, or even the 18th-19th centuries) is needed. He makes a good case as to how justice is still left out of our communal/congregational lives. Overall very solid, although seemingly over-simplistic occasionally. He presents a lot of his views on divorce in this book also.
