The Cowboy's Secret Obsession is
Book 6 of the Perish Prosper Cowboys series. It's a short and steamy, instalove, OTT, opposites-attract, stalker-lite, mutual-pining, girl gets her cowboy romance. Bianca is a smart and sassy librarian and computer hacker. Clint is a hunky attorney and cowboy. He has been obsessed with Bianca ever since she returned to town after losing her parents. They have a hot encounter one night but she says it can't happen again. Fast forward 3 years and they are still pining for each other, and he has low-keyed stalker her the entire time. Neither thinks the other feels the same so they don't say anything. I wanted to smack their heads together and scream at them to communicate lol. Their chemistry was pure fire and the ending was so happy once they got on the same page. I loved it.

Clint Prosper has been in love with Bianca, the librarian for three long years but he doesn’t realize it. He just knows he has to have her even if that means stalking her. When he finds out she may lose her job he’ll do anything to keep her in town. I loved Clint and Briana, well written fast read, some steam and lots of sweet too. It’s just a great read and I loved visiting the Prosper Brothers again.

She comes back to town to clean up the remnants of her childhood, not intending to stay. But when she runs into him, he convinces her to take on the library that her parents once loved. He is ready to go all in for her, but she is trying to keep him at arms length because she doesn’t think that he could be her forever. They both have some mutual pining and there is a push and pull with tension between them. He is the latest of his brothers to fall. The story is part of a series while each couple has their own standalone story. The characters from previous stories do pop up in subsequent ones making it a better reading experience if you do read them in order. The author always give you a good ending as well as a bonus epilogue several years into the future, which really makes it seem like a longer more detailed story, even though these are quickies. A little spice a little sass and a happily ever after.

The Cowboy's Secret Obsession is the sixth book in the Perish Prosper Cowboys series. This book is a delicious and sexy read with a bit of danger in the form of lite stalking. But fear not as our lovely damsel in distress, Bianca, has a rugged and sexy hero, queue the music and in saunters Clint. The problem is that Clint is the one doing the stalking as he wants to lasso Bianca and keep her not only in town but in his bed. Bianca is having none of it and puts up a great fight. The next problem is that these two have undeniable chemistry that burns brighter than a hot Texas sun in the desert.

4.25 stars. This novella is dual POV, well written, and a sweet and steamy, hidden attraction and miscommunication, contemporary western romantic comedy. I chuckled at Clint’s theoretically hidden observation of Bianca. I empathised with Bianca’s internal conflict over life path. I appreciated the active involvement of secondary characters to help the lead characters sort themselves out. I enjoyed the steamy intimate scenes and enjoyed the happy ending.

The Cowboy's Secret Obsession is an opposites attract romance and is part of the Perish Prosper Cowboys Series which focuses on Bianca who comes to the town to settle her recently deceased parent's estate including the town's library, and Clint who is obsessed with her and has no intentions of letting her go. While Bianca only wants a platonic relationship, Clint is quietly stalking her as he cannot resist her after the one night they had together. This quick read novella is an enjoyable romance.

He noticed her blue hair three years ago and haven't looked back since. She attracted to Clint and not sure if they could have a relationship. The chemistry was intense from the first few paragraphs. She didn't want to go and he would do what he must to help her stay. Good bantering. Realistic situations that urged the passages to be reread. Family is always family when they want to help. Misunderstanding could lead to drama. Very good read.

The book is a tale of opposites attracting. Clint is a proper, straight laced lawyer who is gobsmacked by colorful, quirky cyber specialist Bianca. Neither wants to upset the other's world, which keeps them apart for years. It leads to a sweet and spicy small town story with a HEA.

Way to go Lark Anderson. I really enjoyed The Cowboy's Secret Obsession Clint and Bianca' s story. Bianca returns home after the unexpected death of her parents and quickly runs into Clint while exploring the library her parents devoted their lives to. Bianca has no idea how deep Clint's obsession for goes. If you enjoy opposites attract romance you will love their story.
