Whispers of unrest echo through the Shadowrealm. As tensions rise and long-buried fears resurface, a mysterious cult emerges from the darkness, vowing to challenge the rule of the Shadowbearer. As the shadows close in, Edan finds his guarded heart unraveling and his growing affection for Ryuji and Micah pulling him deeper into a bond that defies fate. But with betrayal lurking in every corner, love may be the most dangerous promise of all.
In this soul-shattering final instalment of the trilogy, the Shadowbearer must decide how much he’s willing to sacrifice, and whether their love is strong enough to survive the chaos.

A slow-burn M/M/M romantic fantasy featuring flowery prose, emotionally rich worldbuilding, and court intrigue. Perfect for fans of danmei, longing-filled poly relationships, and stories where love unfolds like a wound that finally learns how to heal.
Dark fantasy romance author crafting art-forward, lore-laced tomes for readers who collect shadows and stories. My novels are made to be held—rich with illustrations, maps, and the scent of ink and terrible decisions.
✦ Known for: traumantasy, morally gay, cottagegore ✦ Guaranteed to provide: relic-style books, cursed love, and immersive worldbuilding. ✦ Print-first. Lore-heavy. Haunting always.
I absolutely loved The Shadowbearer’s Promise! Every second was pure magic, and it was everything I hoped for in a finale. Edan, as always, stole the show, my favourite brat through and through. I didn’t fall for the bunny boi, though; I was wary of him the whole time, always expecting some grand reveal. I honestly can’t see dragons the same way after reading this. The prose was breathtaking, as always, and had me both giggling and gasping in shock more than once. Highly recommend to anyone who loves to read something with a lot of heart, and jaw-dropping unforgettable moments!
