No stars. None. This is the worst book I have read recently. It's like a wattpad book that should've never left wattpad. Between it feeling like a fever dream of Fourth Wing mixed with ACOTAR the writing was terrible. I wouldn't recommend this book to my worst enemies. It took me four days to get through the terrible writing. Please do not waste your time like me, save your money. It isn't worth it. The author needs to do something original and work on her writing. Try something less popular, and actually take time on it. The whole thing was rushed, the characters weren't consistent and you get a bad case of whiplash.

I actually really liked this book— it is very similar to Fourth Wing and ACOTAR, I will say. But the characters seemed very human and they felt like I was reading about ACTUAL people and not strong characters that were always perfect. I liked the flaws and I’ve heard rumors that she’s doing some sort of like, rewrite? I dunno. Vry excited
