Parker

Everything is falling into place. My brothers-in-arms and I are taking down bad guys, and I get extra side missions from our benefactor that scratch my constant itch to avenge those who have been wronged. But what I don’t expect is for Mason, Reid’s older brother, to throw a massive wrench in one of my missions. He’s there, he’s everywhere, and I don’t know what it means when my heart thumps dangerously at the sight of him. I want to keep Mason safe, even if it means I take the fall for his crimes.

Mason

I’m not going to ever let anyone hurt Reid, not again, not after the death of our parents. Does that mean I have to commit a crime that sends my anxiety spiraling in a way it never has before? Absolutely. But when my crime derails not just my life, but Parker’s, and the other boys’, nothing is as easy as it seems. Parker is going to protect me at all costs, and suddenly I’m willing to do the same. We might all go down, but we’ll go down together, even as we begin to unravel the secret that is their mysterious benefactor, Robin.

One More Touch is book two in the One for All series, which follows a group of college-aged vigilantes as they strive to right society’s wrongs. One More Touch features two nerds falling in love against the backdrop of murder, mayhem, and a deepening mystery of who is pulling the strings, along with slow burn, queer awakening, friends to lovers, forced proximity, bodyguard adjacent, hurt/comfort, and OCD and anxiety rep.

Once I realised this story wasn’t meant to be taken too seriously 😄 and leaned into its over-the-top chaos, I had such a good time. It’s fun, flirty, emotional in parts, and exactly the kind of slightly unhinged ride I enjoy when I’m in the mood for pure entertainment.

Maya Jean really has a gift for creating characters that just click. Even the ones you should hate end up being fascinating (yes, Claude the Carver — you absolute menace). I still don’t know how Dante managed to let him live, but fine, we move!

Parker completely caught me off guard. The way he’s so patient, thoughtful, and endlessly respectful toward Mason melted me. Every little consent check, every quiet show of care — it was beautiful. He understood Mason better than Mason did himself at times.

And Mason… what a gem. A lethal one, but still. Watching him piece himself back together, regain his voice, and start owning his choices again made me genuinely proud. His spark, his sass — it was so good to see that return.

Dante and Reid brought the perfect amount of humour and chaos, and I just know Hayden and Jacob are going to destroy me in the best possible way. Protect Hayden at all costs, please and thank you.

As for the plot — the way everyone handles murder here? Utterly casual. Someone says “take care of it,” and off they go. And the whole “you killed your uncle? no worries, we’ll tidy that up” made me go, ok??!!!! The creation of the hoods also felt a bit too neat, like everything just fell into place with no resistance and really fast.

The no-touching aspect. I understood Mason’s trauma completely, but all the cleaning rituals — showers, Listerine, brushing, gloves, condoms — while fitting his situation, sometimes made the intimacy feel clinical and a bit hard to connect with emotionally.
Still, it’s a story full of care, loyalty, and love — even when it gets wild. I had fun, I cared, and I’m absolutely ready for the next book.

“You’re my happily ever after,” I whisper, just before pressing a soft kiss to his mouth I go to pull away, but Parker murmurs, “One more touch,” against my mouth, and I can’t deny him when he asks so sweetly, even if my heart stings a little at the quietly uttered plea. All the touches in time. As long as we have this, have each other, nothing else will ever matter.

One More Touch is book two in the One For All series. This MM college romance story is about Parker and Mason.

After reading book one where we met both Parker and Mason, I couldn’t wait to read their story. Mason has OCD and anxiety, as well as contamination fears. When Parker ends up staying at Mason’s house to protect him, they spend a lot of time together. Parker soon realizes he is attracted to Mason, and that he might not be as straight as he thought.

I just loved how Parker was with Mason and how he truly saw him without judgment. Parker was so respectful and thoughtful, always checking in with Mason and making sure he was okay. Parker was so devoted to Mason, and I was swooning with how Parker made Mason feel cherished and loved.

Parker and Mason were touch starved and ended up being what each other needed. I loved how Mason felt safe with Parker, and how Parker happily took what Mason was willing to give. It was so sweet to see both of them take care of each other throughout this story. Parker and Mason’s love for each other was special.

I am a big fan of this found family they have in this group of college vigilantes. As their missions continued, I definitely enjoyed the action and suspense. I was intrigued by the information we were given and wanting to know more. And with how things ended for now, I can’t wait to find out what happens next in this series. I especially am dying to get Hayden and Jacob’s story.

I received an advanced copy of this book, and this is my honest review.

MJ has a way of writing characters that you can't help but fall in love/like with. Even characters you aren't supposed to like (I'm looking at you Claude)

Parker kind of came out of nowhere for me in the best way. His tenderness, consent checks and pure devotion for Mason I was teary eyed every time. He knew exactly what Mason needed even before Mason knew.

Mason was such a sweetie. A deadly sweetie but sweet all the same. He gained so much confidence back throughout the book. I loved every bit of independence he tried to take back for himself. By the end, his sass was shining through and I was literally shouting YES KING by the end.

Seeing Dante & Reid interact made me giggle and kick my feet up. I fear that Hayden & Jacob's story might be my favorite though. I want to wrap Hayden up and protect him from everything. I cannot wait to see how everything ends.

I am really loving this series! It's a very delightful brand of fun, thrilling and emotional. I do have a weakness for morally gray MC's and their vigilante shenanigans. This second installment of the One for All series is about Mason and Parker and ohh how beautiful it was.

I don't want to spoil too much because there is a bit of an overarching storyline, so I'm going to keep this fairly short. We met both MC's in book one - and I highly recommend reading that one first! - so I was very excited to get their story. Parker may enjoy unaliving people a tad too much, but when it comes to Mason he's very sweet. He's considerate and respectful towards him, as well as his OCD and anxiety. It just made my heart melt every time. So Mason has his issues, and while they're sensitive topics, it's clear Maya wrote from the heart with this one. She handles it all with grace and it was just so beautiful to see. It made Mason and Parker's dynamic almost wholesome, in a way. It's just so beautiful to see, because yes Parker takes care of Mason but Mason takes care of Parker as well. It's so very sweet.

Also, touch-starved MC's are my kryptonite so combine it with a healthy dose of "touch-him-and-perish" energy and I'm sold.

If you like your dark romance on the lighter side, and enjoy morally gray vigilantes, with a good dollop of mental health rep thrown in, definitely check this series out! I, for one, can't wait to get my hands on the next book in the series!

I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I love Parker and Mason together. This trained k!ller really has a soft side. Parker is so caring and patient with Mason, it just melted my heart.Aww Mason was the sweetest.i loved watching Masons personal growth while being with Parker. Both men were so touch starved, but were what the other needed. The family they have formed, the missions, the mystery, the banter, laughter & love between them all is really special. The way they all just accommodated to Masons needs without complaint just proved how much of a family they are.I'm so excited to see what Maya gives us next in this series, it is so intriguing it's left me wanting more.

Mason my beloved <3 (I promise I don't love Mason *just* because he's Reid's brother. I mean, it a reason for sure, but it's not the only reason ;) )

Mason and Parker have a vastly different relationship than Reid and Dante did from Book 1. They have more of this "schoolyard crush" type of relationship that starts off very hesitantly like they don't want to push the boundaries out of fear that if they dive into this too fast, it'll be over before it starts. I like how cautious they are with each other, but once they get past the initial "are you into this?" they really go for it.

I loved how Parker didn't exactly treat Mason like he was fragile, but recognized he got himself into a difficult situation and did whatever he could to try to calm Mason's racing thoughts. He made any accomodation possible to ensure that Mason was taken care of.

I feel like also because Mason and Parker were a lot softer than Dante/Reid, it allowed for there to be more opportunity to expand on the Robin lore which was super intriguing. Especially now that we've gotten little hints that the whole operation is a lot bigger than all of the boys previously thought.

Overall, Mason and Parker have an easy, fall fast kind of relationship that I really enjoyed, and also think softened up the series as a whole. I appreciate Maya Jean for always putting pieces of herself into her characters, it makes them so much easier to root for and love!

Super excited for Hayden and Jacob!!!

This had a little bit of a slow start, but then it picked up quickly. I really liked Parker and Mason's dynamic, was really cute. I must say that the plot did thicken towards the end and I can't wait for the final book to come out! And Hayden and Jacob will probably be the most interesting couple out of this series.

I really enjoyed this second installment in this series. It was great seeing all of the boys again and getting more of Mason as well. I loved all of the action and suspense, but I also really loved the focus on the relationship between Mason and Parker. Parker was so patient and understanding when it came to Mason and his struggles. And Mason was so brave, I loved how he tried to overcome some of the things that were bothering him. Their relationship and love developed so beautifully and naturally and I loved seeing them give each other the thouches they needed.

I really enjoyed this story and now I'm so intrigued to see how this whole series ends.

I received an ARC of this book from the author, and this is my honest review.

My favourite in the series so far - I love a touch averse MC finding that one person they feel safe and comfortable with and Parker is absolutely top 10 book boyfriend material. He's so careful with Mason, protective, thoughtful, and considerate. He starts living at Mason's house in order to protect him and seamlessly picks up all the little things that Mason needs to feel comfortable in his space. Everything moves at Mason's pace and it's just so swoony and sweet in amongst this hard world of young vigilantes. It was interesting getting more information about their mysterious handler and some crumbs about the next book. I'll definitely be reading book 3 when it comes out because I'm completely obsessed with Maya Jean's boys.

One More Touch is the second installment for the One For All series.
We already know all the characters from the previous book: Dante, Hayden, Parker and Jacob are college guys recruited by an anonymous Robin Hood to “take care” of criminals. During one of their missions, Dante met Reid and they fell in love. When Reid was accepted into the group as Dante’s boyfriend, Mason was kind of dragged along.
When Mason needs protection and he can’t leave his own house to go living at the guys’, Parker moves in with him as his protector.
Mason’s life is challenging: he has OCD, anxiety and a deep fear of contamination. His life is made of a strict routine that leaves him with very little contact with the outside world; he also can’t bear to be touched, not even by his brother.
After spending so much time together, Parker starts feeling a strong attraction towards Mason and he soon realises that he’s not so straight after all.
Parker was amazing with Mason: so thoughtful, respectful, caring, always checking if Mason was comfortable, always asking for consent before doing anything. Mason felt finally safe and cherished for the first time in his life. Their relationship is on another level of tenderness and love, Parker is completely devoted to Mason and while he never treats him like he’s fragile or incapacitated, he still adores him and puts him above everything else.
The mysterious part of the story, involving bad guys seeking revenge and the guys doing their own missions, is still going on strong: we have hints that the operation is way bigger and that there could be other groups involved. I honestly cannot wait to know more about all of it.
I was shocked to see Claude the Carver brought into the mix and a lot more shocked because Dante didn’t unalive him on the spot. I’m so curious about what will happen and I hope the next book will be released soon.
Especially because the tension between Hayden and Jacob has become unbearable: these two must got together like asap and release all the sexual frustration that they’ve been carrying since the first book!
So Dante and Reid were chaos and tough love, while Parker and Mason are tenderness and devotion. What will Hayden and Jacob be like? Can’t wait to find out.

I was so excited to read this and it’s a filler book at best.

Mason and Parker have a surface level relationship. The barely know each other and they clearly don’t get to know each other either. The forced proximity wasn’t even forced, parker was HAPPY to live with mason, nothing forced about it.

For some reason don’t have a review for Reid and Dante, i must’ve forgot to do it BUT i do not remember reid being this annoying in his own book. He was so loud and obnoxious like what are you even here for really??

Claude joining the team was random as hell but okay. Jacob and Hayden clearly have DEEP DEEP DEEP issues that they need to work on together and separately. That fact that my reviews is about the others and not the main pairing says enough. Mason and Parker barely have a relationship, they’re together just because they can be.

Mason’s OCD and anxiety was a wack trope, no way his brain got rewired that fast. I need multiple breakdowns, multiple days cleaning, multiple days apart from each other because he doesn’t want anyone in his space. WHERE WAS THE PARANOIA??? I didn’t get any of that!

"Did you touch me?"
"Yeah"

"Thought I dreamt it"
One More Touch by Maya Jean

Oh my goodness, where do I even begin with this one? One More Touch is such a beautifully fitting title, Maya absolutely outdid herself. This series takes on a darker tone compared to her previous work, yet she still delivers that signature depth, respect, and fiercely honest love she’s known for. Whether it’s swoony cowboys or vigilantes with bruised souls, she never loses the heart.

Just imagine loving someone so deeply, the person who brings you peace, joy, and comfort, and yet… you can’t touch them. And then imagine that same person doing everything in their power to earn your trust, honor your trauma, and help you heal. That first brush of skin, that first moment of warmth… suddenly, it’s never enough. That’s the magic here.

Parker was endlessly patient, gentle, and steadfast. His devotion to Mason will make you melt. He moved at Mason’s pace, respected every boundary, and held space for every fear, every trembling step toward healing. You can’t help but wish on the brightest star for a love like that.

And sweet, brave Mason, my heart. He had far more courage than even he realized. He would go to any length to protect the people he loves, even if the plan… wasn’t exactly the safest or most thought-out. His terror at the thought of jail, not for punishment but for the germs, was both heartbreaking and so deeply human. Learning the roots of his fear truly broke me. But watching Parker steady him, protect him, and slowly dismantle those walls built in childhood? It was healing in the purest form. Parker gave him more than love, he gave him belief, confidence, and a sense of normalcy he never thought possible.

With Maya’s storytelling, one moment you’re swooning, and the next you’re breathless in the middle of a mission that feels impossible. This book captured both men so beautifully, the softness of Mason’s heart and the fierce, unwavering intensity of Parker’s love. It’s the perfect bridge from book one and a stunning setup for what’s coming next.

And speaking of next, Parker’s twin, Jacob, and Hayden? I just know they’re going to be explosive, and I am READY. And that character I absolutely hated in book one because of what he did, suddenly stepping in to help? Say less, I need more immediately.

I was provided with an ARC by GRR in exchange for an honest review. These are my real sentiments about the story and everything written here is respectful, without meaning to harm anyone, but to offer my opinion as constructive criticism.

⭐⭐⭐⭐- Really liked it! There are some minor things I'd change for it to be perfect, but I'd highly recommend and have been impacted by it.

Since the first book (Call It Desire), both Parker and Mason intrigued me. They had a mystery to them that made me curious, and seeing how protective Parker became of Mason, they just clicked together in my mind. I was really looking forward to their story. They did not disappoint.

First, Mason's OCD and fear of touch, despite also being starved for it, got me curious to how things would work out between them. I wasn't even expecting real spicy scenes. What was my surprise when not only did we get them, but they were way hotter than I'd imagined they could be. Maya nailed their attraction and sexual tension. The way she described even the way they looked at each other felt like fire even more than a lot of actual sex scenes did for me in other books.

Most of all, though, it was about two imperfect, broken persons finding sense in each other. Like Mason says, The care and pure love they feel drip from all the pages. Parker is such an interesting contrast between a sweetheart and a thirsty murderer. Their grey morality didn't make me dislike or judge them at any moment. They had their own questions regarding what they did, but were also very true to themselves all the way. I respected that as a reader.

Also, the plot related to their work evolved a lot in this book. We got some new information that set the ground for the next one and made me really invested in wanting to know how all of it will play out. Their group, found-family dynamics was also amazing. I always loved scenes with all of them together.

I do hope the next book will be longer than the first two, for we still have a lot to see unravel, both regarding the connected plot and the main couple (I am SO invested in Jacob and Hayden!). I'd like to read it all in detail and at a pacing that doesn't feel rushed, just like this second book.

I loved how Parker helped Mason be more comfortable with touch and it was so nice to see so much love between them. If you want smut it’s like 2.5/3 out of 5 but the storyline is really good. I can’t wait for Jacob’s & Hayden’s story because my heart hurts for them both right now.

Omggg this was so so good. Mason and Parker were so perfect. I really enjoyed Call It Desire but One More Touch is definitely my favourite of the two so far. I loved how Parker was so careful with and respectful of Mason and his boundaries. He really is the perfect person for Mason. I really loved being back in this world. We learn new information about Robin in this one and we get more insight into Hayden and Jacob’s relationship as well as the dynamics between all the guys. I can’t say much about the plot, I don’t want to give anything away but I can’t wait for the conclusion of this series, both to see Hayden and Jacob’s relationship play out and to find out the inner workings of Robin.

ARC review:
I was really looking forward to Mason and Parker’s story. They were definitely more of a fast burn but with low spice. Lots of intimate touches and mushiness. Parker is definitely a closet romantic. I enjoyed the progression of the background storyline and am looking forward to Hayden and Jacob’s story. They definitely have a lot of tense chemistry going on.

I don't know why it took me so long to read this one, it was fantastic.
Parker is the hitman in the group and he enjoys it. When one mission goes diferent than planned, he uses it to get close to Mason, the one he was intrigued by.
Mason was a guy that had a lot happening since he was small and that left emotional and physical scars. Then Parker came along and his world got bigger and more open.
These two were meant to find each other and that was so beautiful. They fit together like puzzle pieces

___________•___________

One more touch is the second book in the one for all series by Maya Jean this story follows Mason and Parker. Mason Reid’s brother the Mc from the first book and Parker one of the 4 of the Robin Hood group I have been so excited for their book. Something just told me that this one was gonna top the first and in my opinion, it did!

I got to say Parker he’s good people I don’t care that he’s a killer or that he enjoys it. He’s a good person in my eyes. Not to sound crazy, but he’s totally Relatable. I see a lot of myself in him and that is nice to see in a fictional character

It warms my heart to see the way that Parker cared for Mason. He was so patient. I’m thoughtful with this every move.
I’m also really proud of Mason’s progress if you can call that I know with OCD especially anxiety induced OCD that there are ups and downs but I am so happy that Mason found ways to cope and accept the things around him

Mason is such a lovely person. I just want to put him in my pocket and keep him safe. He’s also so direct. I love it like when Parker caught him watching porn or this shower scene or I to kiss you scene Mason is my absolute favourite person in this whole series so far love that guy

Honest to God Reid annoys the shit out of me which is weird because I really loved him in his and Dante’s book but in this book I just wanted to slap him across the face and say shut the fuck up pardon my French

(spoiler ahead)

THERE ARE OTHERS!!!
What the hell of Robin who is these guys? I mean Curtis or what’s his name whatever said that there was multiple groups like them and then Hayden drops the bomb that there are multiple Robbins I’m so excited for Hayden and Jacobs book really it’s gonna get me up on my tiptoes with excitement. Can’t wait.

I know my review has been mostly positive so you are probably wondering why I’ve read this book a four instead of a five will not to get into a whole thing but I feel like we need more darkness like the book have so much potential if it was a touch darker

I rated this book a 4 out of 5 stars and I really would like to recommend this Loves a slow burn, false proximity and excited queer awakening and a whole lot of toothbrushing if this sounds interesting to you I would recommend reading the first book before starting the second and also getting to read the third book that’s coming out early next year cause who doesn’t want to know the ending for these lovely boys
but remember to form your own opinions and not just listen to me
Until next time, my loves…

Rating: 4/5
Spice: 2/5
Angst: 3/5
Would I read again: yeeep

Here's Maya Jean's "One More Touch." It's the second novel in her new One For All series.

["Parker

This story was fabulous. Just as glorious and unhinged and not-what-it-seems hot-mess of a good time that the first novel was. And the third novel? It's credibility and mental health is rapidly decreasing as we speak (even though it's not even finished yet).

These two were adorable. We all knew they were obsessed with each other, going to eventually make it to a HEA. The timeline of that in this novel was adorable. Side-line looks and secret feelings suddenly shift into full-on-love and perfection. They helped each other love, heal, and grow...as other things descended into madness.

Trigger Warnings: murder, blood, gun violence, mentions of sex trafficking, mentions of bad guys being sexual predators to underage women, obsessive compulsive disorder that severely limits a characters life, anxiety spiral due to being triggered, obsessive cleaning, spiraling thoughts, fear of germs and being touched (contamination fear), childhood cancer and mentions of past treatments and hospitalizations, arrest of a major character, injury to a major character, past parental death, and more.

Firstly, let me say I got this book from gay Romance reviews and this is me leaving my honest review.
This is the second book in the series all for one and wow, there is a lot going on in this book. The last book was mainly about Reid and Dante. But in this one it’s all about Parker and Mason.
Mason has got OCD not the kind that people joke about if they do something more than once, the serious one that takes over their life. He had cancer as a child and thinks it stems from his mother being overprotective about germs And keeping him safe. Mason had been struggling with his uncle and what he made him do to protect Reid. Mason was very good with a computer and could pick up dirt on his uncle’s enemies. But one night it was just too much and he ends up shooting his uncle at a hotel after attending a gala. That should shock him enough, but when Parker comes out of nowhere, Mason is thrown off.
Parker was one of the boys that did solo work for Robin. And he had been sent to make it look like the Senator had taken his own life. He’s totally thrown when he sees Mason in the room with Mark. And watches Mason shoot him. He knows he needs to get Mason out of there and protect him. Parker had a big protective feeling towards Mason. He had always thought of himself as straight but his feelings for Mason were making him think he wasn’t as straight as he thought he was.
So this book is really about how Mason and Parker come together. And it’s not all plain sailing as Mason doesn’t like to be touched. Parker is very patient and conscientious of Mason‘s needs. There’s a lot more going on in this book, but I don’t want to give too much away But these two together are right. They Work as a team making sure they are both comfortable with the simplest of movements. It’s really sweet the way they come together.
I have one complaint we have to wait till next year for the third book in the series and I honestly believe this one’s going to be Epic.. because from the start you knew that there was feelings between Jacob and Hayden oh my gosh I cannot wait. This second book is brilliant couldn’t put it down.

One More Touch by @mayajeanwrites is book 2 in her All For One series.
I enjoyed the heck out of book one and it’s premise of a quartet of slightly broken college boys recruited to act as vigilantes, punishing those who use their power and wealth to escape consequences, guided by the mysterious Robin.
The MCs: Quiet, bespectacled twin Parker, who possesses a very particular set of skills and a high body count as proof. And Mason, brilliant older brother of chaotic, mercurial Reid who struggles with OCD and anxiety. Neither is looking for any kind of relationship, yet when their paths cross one fateful night, with Mason inadvertently crashing a mission, they’re bonded by secrecy.
The mission parts of this book are action-packed and the personalities of each man in their group and the complicated relationships they share are compelling. The dashes of humor and some larger than life characters add to the fun.
But for me, the heart of this story is the developing slow-burn relationship between Mason and Parker. Even though he’s never been with a man, Parker goes all in and does his homework. The sensitivity he shows Mason, and the honest communication they share makes their scenes together shine.

“We’re two closed parentheses, our hands between us, not touching, but almost. And if I had courage, and if I wasn’t so afraid of everything, I’d close the scant space between us to touch my pinkie finger to his own. But I don’t. Instead, we lie there staring at each other in the muted darkness of my bedroom.”

Parker wants to protect Mason at all costs, and Mason finds himself wanting things he never thought possible.
There’s pining. Intimacy. And two men getting each other on a cellular levels.
Plus there’s an unknown enemy who tries to cause trouble, leading to the return of an unwelcome face from the past and setting up a very satisfying finale.
I hope Maya had half as much fun writing this as it was to read.

I really loved Call It Desire when I read it a few weeks ago, so when I saw the call for ARC sign-ups, I applied immediately — I’ve been so excited for Mason and Parker’s story (almost as much as for Jacob and Hayden’s!).

Mason and Parker have grown close over time, but when Mason finds himself in the middle of one of Parker’s solo missions, Parker starts to realize he has strange new feelings for Mason — something that surprises him, considering he’s always thought of himself as straight.

As the vigilante crew keeps working on their missions, and Mason and Parker try to figure out their relationship, things start to get complicated, and a few members of the team begin to question whether what they’ve been doing for years is truly for the greater good.

I absolutely loved how Parker so consciously, empathetically, and gently handled Mason’s OCD and fear of germs. I adored how careful he was to never assume anything, always making sure Mason felt safe and that their physical relationship was based on mutual consent. I was obsessed with how soft Parker became around Mason — the way they looked at each other, the small moments between them, and even when Mason confessed to Reid that he was in love with Parker, I couldn’t help but giggle because it was just so sweet. And I also loved how Parker could still take charge when needed, balancing care and strength perfectly.

All in all, this book was so captivating I couldn’t put it down until I finished it, and I honestly can’t wait for the next one — both to see what happens to the team, and to follow Jacob and Hayden’s potential relationship (which, at the moment, looks pretty hopeless).

This was an ARC, and I’m leaving this review voluntarily.

One More Touxh - Maya Jean
5/5

* SPOILERS *

I absolutely love Maya Jean’s writing and when she came out with a new series, I knew I was going to love it. It’s very different than her first series and I’m so here for every bit of it.

Mason and Parker were so perfect for one another. They were so in tune with each other’s needs, especially Parker when it came to Mason. I really loved how Parker never forced Mason to not do anything he wasn’t comfortable doing. One of my favorites was when

And Mason, I absolutely loved him so freaking much. You would never expect it from him in the beginning. When Parker bought Mason clothes and washed them in his own detergent before giving it to him was just the beginning of the sweet things Parker did for his man. I really loved how he guided Mason in shooting. God, that scene was everything and so special!

The found family in this book was so good and it made me want more from their banter and their hilarious moments. I loved the killing and the suspense in this book. Every part had me on the edge of my seat.

When Mason helped out Hayden at the end, my heart got all fuzzy because he truly belonged.

I really need Hayden and Jacob’s story now because I have a feeling so much is going to happen in their book.

This right here is probably my favorite quote from Parker.

“𝒴𝑜𝓊’𝓇𝑒 𝒽𝑒𝓇𝑒 𝒷𝑒𝒸𝒶𝓊𝓈𝑒 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝒷𝑜𝓈𝓈 𝓈𝒶𝓎𝓈 𝓈𝑜,” 𝒫𝒶𝓇𝓀𝑒𝓇 𝓈𝒶𝓎𝓈 𝓌𝒾𝓉𝒽 𝒶 𝓃𝑜𝒹 𝓉𝑜𝓌𝒶𝓇𝒹 𝐻𝒶𝓎𝒹𝑒𝓃. “𝐵𝓊𝓉 𝒾𝒻 𝓎𝑜𝓊 𝓉𝑜𝓊𝒸𝒽 𝑅𝑒𝒾𝒹, 𝓉𝒽𝒶𝓉 𝑜𝓃𝑒 𝓌𝒾𝓁𝓁 𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁 𝓎𝑜𝓊”—𝒽𝑒 𝓅𝑜𝒾𝓃𝓉𝓈 𝓉𝑜𝓌𝒶𝓇𝒹 𝒟𝒶𝓃𝓉𝑒 𝓌𝒾𝓉𝒽 𝒶 𝓈𝑒𝓋𝑒𝓇𝑒 𝓁𝑜𝑜𝓀, 𝓉𝒽𝑒𝓃 𝒽𝑒 𝓅𝑜𝒾𝓃𝓉𝓈 𝒶𝓉 𝓂𝑒 𝓌𝒾𝓉𝒽 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝓈𝒸𝒶𝓇𝒾𝑒𝓈𝓉 𝓈𝓂𝒾𝓁𝑒 𝐼’𝓋𝑒 𝑒𝓋𝑒𝓇 𝓈𝑒𝑒𝓃—“𝒶𝓃𝒹 𝒾𝒻 𝓎𝑜𝓊 𝓉𝑜𝓊𝒸𝒽 𝒽𝒾𝓂, 𝓎𝑜𝓊’𝓁𝓁 𝒹𝒾𝑒 𝓉𝓌𝒾𝒸𝑒, 𝒷𝑒𝒸𝒶𝓊𝓈𝑒 𝐼’𝓁𝓁 𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁 𝓎𝑜𝓊, 𝒷𝓇𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝓎𝑜𝓊 𝒷𝒶𝒸𝓀 𝓉𝑜 𝓁𝒾𝒻𝑒, 𝓉𝒽𝑒𝓃 𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁 𝓎𝑜𝓊 𝒶𝑔𝒶𝒾𝓃 𝓉𝑜 𝓂𝒶𝓀𝑒 𝓈𝓊𝓇𝑒 𝓎𝑜𝓊 𝑒𝓃𝒹 𝓊𝓅 𝒾𝓃 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝓋𝑒𝓇𝓎 𝓁𝒶𝓈𝓉 𝒸𝒾𝓇𝒸𝓁𝑒 𝑜𝒻 𝒽𝑒𝓁𝓁.”

I received a copy of this book and this is my honest review.

This storyline just gets better and better. This sucked me right in from the beginning all the way to the end.

I loved Parker and Mason so much. I enjoyed watching their interactions with each other and falling in love. They just clicked, they just were.

Parker was unhinged at times but also so sweet and thoughtful when it came to Mason and what he needed. He was there for Mason and never push him beyond what he was capable of. He accepted him as he was and never asked or wanted him to change. He loved Mason just the way he was.

Mason you little, sassy spitfire self, you surprised me in the best of ways. The more he got comfortable the more he grew in to himself, and he was a little lethal as well. Didn't know he had it in him but he fit so well with the guys that you think he has been doing the same thing for years.

The humor and banter kept me laughing, the chaos kept me on my toes and the twists and turns that I did not see coming left me gasping and the aftermath of it all left me just as unsettled as the guys.

Ok but Claude?? Why did I enjoy him in this book, he's quite unhinged but also a little hilarious and interesting.

Hayden and Jacob are next and the end of the series. I'm not ready to say goodbye to them all yet but I have so many questions that I can't wait to find the answers out on.

One More Touch was so good.
Sweet, emotional, vulnerable…. I loved it.

This story starts off where the 1st left off. I don't want to spoil the storyline, so I'll keep plot details to a minimum.

I really think you should read book 1.

Parker, the ever protector of those he cares for, has a special spot for Mason.
Always watching out for him.

These two connect well. Mason, with his anxieties and OCD trusts Parker easily. Allowing himself to open up and try new things.

There is action, suspense and mystery in this book. The book moves quickly. I literally read it in one day.

I loved seeing Mason open up about his personal struggles. Maya wrote about them so tenderly.

Although this is darkish themed we have two Touch Starved MCs who find their person amongst chaos and ruin in their world.

Parker was so kind, respectful and patient. They were so beautiful together.

“I think you’re my puzzle piece.”

They were so sassy too lol both bossing each other around lol lovingly that is.

The ending pretty much broke me.

This series and the plot line is nowhere near done. It leaves you desperately wanting more. I could have kept reading on and on.

It was fun seeing Dante and Reid from book 1 as well lol

I seriously cannot wait for the next book in the series. 👀 Jacob and Hayden's book is surely going to break my heart but hopefully put it back together again.

"You give off the scariest touch-him-and-die energy. I'm safe when you're around." Swoon 🥹😍.

The relationship between Parker and Mason is the sweetest (which is incredible considering they're murderers). They really are perfect for each other. They challenge, sass, and support one another in the ways that they need. The development of their characters and their connection (friendship to romantic) was beautiful. Because physical touch was challenging due to Mason's OCD, intimacy was built in such a deeper and more profound manner. Physical proximity, small gestures, quality time, and mutual respect and adoration were all used to build upon their relationship to develop a deeper and more meaningful connection. I loved that they could be their truest, most authentic self with one another...they both found their person. This is a slow burn but oh so worth it.

In the background of their romance, we continue to follow them on missions and the crime/mystery part of the story continues to unfold which will continue into the third book. If you loved the crew from the first book, they are all back in this book too: Dante, Reid, Hayden, and Jacob are all an integral part of this story.

In the second book of the One for All series, Maya Jean gives us two of the best characters she has ever written. Sweet, loving, attentive Parker that has a deadly side to him and a thirst for revenge like no other. And shy, adorable, smart Mason that has been plagued with fear and sickness for most of his life.

We dive deep in the mind of a man living with OCD trying so hard to overcome his challenges for the patient man that just wants to love him, whatever it looks like for them.

We also get to witness how deep and profound Parker's love for Mason is, with love declarations that literally swept me off my feet, one after another.

I can't tell you enough how much I loved this book. It's action packed, making the story of our group of modern day Robin Hoods progress and leaving us on the edge of our seat, but we also get some sweet, soft moments of romance that take our breath away.

I finished this book excited to see what comes next in the finale chapter of this series but also wanting more of Parker and Mason that became fast new favorites of mine.

ARC REVIEW

I’ve been waiting for Parker’s story since the first book, and wow, it did not disappoint. I already adore this found family, but this one made me even more attached. Maya Jean wrote Mason’s OCD and anxiety so delicately it felt raw, honest, and handled with real care.
Parker and Mason together? My heart. 🥺 The way Parker understood him, never rushed, and always made sure Mason felt safe it was everything. He didn’t just love him; he saw him. That kind of quiet love hits harder than any grand gesture.

Both of them were a little lost, but they found comfort in each other. Watching their bond grow was the kind of soft, healing love I’ll never get tired of reading about.

My favorite part, though, was getting to see more of Reid’s sassiness and Dante being so patient and understanding with him honestly made me swoon. 🥹

And the found family vibes? Still one of my favorite parts of this series. The mix of emotion, action, and loyalty just works. I’m already counting down until we get Hayden and Jacob’s story next because I know it’s going to wreck me in the best way. 💙

I'm loving this series! The overarching story line, and the way it's interconnected, is really interested.

We met Mason and Parker in book one, but this was clearly their story. I loved seeing Mason grow and adapt to his environment. His challenges with his OCD were so real, and I appreciated how they impacted so much of his life but how Mason tried to be considerate and respectful of everyone around him too. Parker was kinda funny, because you knew he was a little feral for Mason from the get-go, but watching it play out was so entertaining. They really were well-suited for each other, and their dynamic fit with their other family (found and biological), but also was uniquely their own too.

I love the found family vibes of this story, and I think I'll be a little sad if everyone grows up and goes their own way. But I know that's life too. But I love the bonds all of them have - even if they are embedded in their own traumas too.

I was excited to read this book, not just for the sweet, gentle mutual consideration between Parker and Mason! But because I had a lot of questions about the over arching vigilante network plot?! Once I started it I did not stop till I was finished!

MJ's focus on emotional intimacy (with or without physical intimacies) is one of my favorite things in their writing. Parker and Mason are a great example too. Mason is touch averse and germ phobic due to a childhood illness, plus his natural anxiety. Parker just gets it. Just creates space, time, and consideration of Mason's concerns...because consent, respect, and communication are key! and sexy!

We also got some insight into the twins (Parker/Jacob) role in the vigilante house, as well as get even more teases for book 3! I knew we'd see our sassy antagonist Claude from book 1 again, and the way he's worked into this story was surprising! Yet brought a touch of levity to some heavier scenes.

One More Touch is book 2 in the 'One For All' series and should be read in order.
