Goliath: Every character has their own story.

Everyone knows the David part of David and Goliath, but who is Goliath? Is he merely a menacing giant of a warrior? Is he human? Does he love? Does he live? How has he lived? For the first time ever, one writer has dared to explore the mystery behind the behemoth.

After nearly a month of constant challenges to his opponents, searching for one warrior worthy to fight him in battle to settle their dispute, Goliath is dismayed to find that only a young boy, with barely any hair, has accepted the challenge. Weary of fighting and yearning to be free, Goliath devises a plan to free himself and his beloved. If he's successful, he'll change history as we know it.

David is considered the underdog, but in reality, David had nothing to lose. Goliath, on the other hand, had a reputation! A loss for him meant that the entire army and all its victories would be called into question. Goliath was expected to win, and that pressure evened the playing field.

When choosing the underdog, there may be more considerations than just one's size.
