This book is very quick and full of the same things one would hear if you have read or listen to a decluttering book.

There is A LOT of repetition for such a small book. The basic premise is do something every day and eventually you’ll feel good about it.

The 30 days is just a suggestion as there is no plan whatsoever; there are no real “helps” more of statements.

I have decluttered many times and that’s what you need to do as people tend to bring in more stuff without removing others. My brain can clear out spaces and throw things away but if you haven’t dealt with your emotions or you don’t have a neurotypical brain, this will not be helpful
