As a founder running my own business, I’m thrilled to have found this book! Just like many other business books I’ve read, The Leverage Point has earned me far more than it cost. Unlike other business books, this one tackles a very specific problem that I’ve personally dealt with and I’ve seen many friends struggle with - How to let go of tasks and let your employees fully deal with the day to day minutiae so the owner can spend time and energy steering the company instead of dealing with all the little problems that occur daily. YOU HAVE TO LET GO in order for your business to scale and so you can get the life you wanted out of the business you built. This book provides a log of insight, be humble and give it a read.

I couldn’t put this book down because it finally spoke to the chaos I’ve been living as a founder (super easy read). Most business books add pressure with endless frameworks, but The Leverage Point is refreshingly practical. It helped me see where I was my own bottleneck and gave me simple tools to create space and clarity. I feel lighter and more focused after reading it & working through the associated material.

Great book, easy read with tons of tips to free you from the busy work of your business so you can take it to the next level. If you are above $1M in sales and find your business is becoming more like the job you were trying to escape in the first place, check your ego, then READ THIS BOOK!

Very insightful book on the strategies to lead a start-up company, and not being a private business founder myself, the techniques are invaluable for any type of leadership. Recommend for anybody in management or who owns and runs their business.
