wow wow wow wow
first: proud I actually finished a book that is not school related, even if it took me a while
second: this book was so life changing for me. it made what I felt I inherently thought of about my faith and the world come to the surface where I can recognize it, understand it, and discern it. I have never felt closer to God and the life I feel He is calling me to than when I was reading this and praying along with it. my wall is now covered in post it note quotes from this book because I want its words to stick with me every day.

Been using these "Praying with... " devotionals for many years and always find them helpful. Lots of questions for meditation, journaling, and reflection. As with all of Dorothy's writing, not intended to make the reader feel good, but to challenge one to rise to the challenges of truly being a follower of Christ. Hers was truly a radical and profound devotion.
