Enough I am done with it: Alochol Cigarette Gutkha

Rate this book
The author has worked with people to help them quit Tobacco—
and at one point, ran a nonprofit dedicated to the cause.
Now, he has shared everything in this book,
hoping to connect with anyone who might need support.

This book doesn’t preach. It doesn’t throw science at you.
It talks to you like a friend who’s been there.
Who’s fallen, gotten back up, and found a way out.

With raw honesty and hardwon insight.
And maybe, just maybe, that’s where freedom begins.

The author believes that when we say, “I can quit any day,”
It’s not always a lie—
But often, it’s a delusion.

Oh my goodness! I had no clue what was going to hit me when I decided to read this book. Bipin Sir, hats off to you for writing such a masterpiece! This book hits the Bulls eye. Every thought, struggle, perspective of de-addiction has been skillfully and effortlessly covered. The approach prescribed is definitely impactful. As an avid reader and a Management professional, I have read at least 50 Self-help books. I would rate this book as high as I would rate Simon Sinek. 5 stars. The only 2 times Neuro science has struck a chord with me was when I read Simon Sinek and Bipin Gupta. The book made me introspect, reflect and resolve to dare. I never thought there is such in-depth and practical help available. Bipin Sir doesn't preach, he guides you. 5 hours spent reading this book were well utilised. The book taught me many lessons of life other than the subject. Narration is classic, free flowing and has a sequence. Being an aspiring author myself, I learned a lot on narration too. This book is recommended to be read for those who want to quit an addiction and also for those who like to learn life lessons. Thanks Bipin Sir for writing this book. Pls keep writing and sharing your years of experience, wisdom and knowledge with us. Thank You 🙂
