Reading Sage Adderley’s new book on Intuitive Structure felt like coming home to myself.

With every page, I saw how often I’d twisted myself to fit someone else’s mold—trying to write the “right” way instead of my way. What really made this book stand out were the hands-on creative break exercises. They gave me permission to play, to get messy, and to trust that my voice didn’t have to be polished or perfect to be powerful. Sage’s approach helped me release the pressure to be “just so” and instead tune into my heart, my rhythm, my truth.

If you’re feeling blocked, stuck, or boxed in by what “the experts” say to do with your writing—you need this book.

The Art of intuitive structure is more than just a good read - it’s a whole experience. So many times throughout the book I had to pause and digest what Sage was saying because she kept presenting things in a way I had never thought of before or with a depth that I had never considered.

I love the way she wove invitations for reflections throughout the book with create breaks and journal prompts. These built in breaks gave me the opportunity to really be with the information in a deeper way. I feel empowered and inspired to begin writing the book I’ve been dreaming of!

I've read the introduction and I'm already excited to go on this journey. Sage is not giving advice; she's leading you on a path of self-discovery. I'm ready to start my Explorer's Journal and work through the exercises in creativity that Sage has mapped out. If you've ever wanted to write but felt stuck, Sage will shift your mindset and lead you out of the stuckness. Be open to the idea that you already have everything you need and the possibilities will be endless.
