This book is absolutely life changing! Just from reading a few chapters I already noticed my mindset shifting and I think its because theres a reflection section at the end, which helps you think about things in a different way, and it happens so subtly, as you make your way through the chapters, you’ll notice a lot of small things in your day to day life, which at the end turn into a huge mindset shift! I’ve read several self help books and often find they lack the integration into real life, but this book helps you do it so easily, it doesn’t require any hard work, just simply asking yourself the questions at the end of each chapter.
If you are feeling lost, or need some clarity in your life, feeling burnt out or lost your passion, this is definitely the book for you! Don’t hesitate!

Having read this book, I feel like I'll definitely spend less time going over and over negative thoughts in my head. It taught me how I just need to see the thought for what it is and not let it ruin my day!

This is a fantastic book to help you see past your thinking and live a better life. Very easy to read with helpful reflection boxes to complete as you read it. It has really helped me understand my psychology and get past thoughts that stop me doing what I want. Highly recommend to anyone with an interest in wellbeing and mindset.

This book is my bible. Life can feel hard at times due to thoughts getting in the way- this book is helping me to realise how exciting life can actually be.

Such a transformational read without feeling heavy. This book really gives you an exciting, empowering and easeful way of seeing life so you can create the life you want to lead without being caught up in your mind. It's not about adding lots of 'strategies' and 'techniques' which can feel heavy and overwhelming, but instead allows you to let go and truly feel free. I honestly feel without this book and working with Chris, I could have resigned myself to a diagnosis of chronic fatigue and a life full of limitations, worry, inauthenticity and overwhelm. Instead I feel energised, alive, connected, excited and ready for life! Cannot recommend this book enough!

I loved this book. Really shows our thinking gets in the way of ourselves and that we can find life much more peaceful by letting go of some unhelpful thinking habits. The book showed me that our thoughts are not reality, and that 'thought problems' don't need to be solved.

This book is life changing. I'm half way through and it's already making a positive difference to how I see my life. Chris Finn's work points the way to personal freedom and a happier and more fulfilled way of living. I have already bought a second copy for my son, as this needs to be shared. Absolutely brilliant.
