I listed to this one on libro.fm. Simply wonderful and such a surprise. I didn't realize how much I needed it right now. Chocked full of great advice and inspiration about how to manage (albeit it is mainly written for men) my topsy turvy existence right now. I am getting a copy for the library. It would be such a help for so many of my young charges...and old ones too.

Although this book is geared toward the male individuals, this is a self help book I actually felt wasn’t complete bullsh*t. The author is very down to earth and was relatable in his case studies. Interesting facts and helpful tips all throughout the book that are easy enough to actually implement in your life. Realistic. Would recommend this to others when it comes out.

Perhaps nobody understands young men better than Trey Tucker. This book was detailed yet practical. The “tips” at the end of each chapter were great. My only regret is he didn’t publish the book about 8 years sooner. Congrats Coach!!

Unfortunately, I lost the book so I couldn't finish it. I was about half way through.
