A great read full of recipes I can actually make good use of without making a lot of adaptations. I am copying recipes like mad out of this thing. Normally I'm lucky to find 2 or 3 edible ones out of a whole book; this is an entirely different story. Most of them are also super simple to fix, which is a huge selling point to me.
